Al is amazing, trustworthy and knowledgeable. He has always helped me and my family out with any repairs or issues we ve had. Never tries to get anything extra out of you like a lot of other auto repair guys. He tells you like it is and stands by his work always. Quick painless experience.Needed an inspection and they did it dame day.Rates are competitive eith the local shops.I like that they have an digital system which sends you the bill breakdown electronically as well.

I read the other reviews before coming to this shop and it did not add up to me. The local guides were all giving 5 stars and some individuals were giving a 1 star. I came in for my 2009 BMW 750 LI and they did an amazing job. They took care of my oil leak and repaired a couple of other things my car needed. I am happy to say that the issues they worked on haven't come up ever again. A couple of months later my daughter was off to college up at Albany and I purchased a Honda Accord from Jason with no issues. Every time my daughter is back, we take the car to Jason and he does a whole sweep of the car to make sure it is safe. When there are problems he fixes them for a fair price. The only way for me to stop coming here is if I move VERY far away.

If you are ever in a pickle this is the place to go! They have a couple of shops around town and East Northport New York and they have been very honest. Although a little pricey I think that's because of the type of work I had to have done. I had a new transmission put in with a 3-year warranty. They got it done in a very quick amount of time and work with me on the pavement. When it was not working right they recalibrated the brain of the computer in the vehicle and I have not had a problem spend. Al and Jason are both good guys and you should patronize their business!

I'll never go to another auto shop again. I've been coming here for 2 years now with 2 cars. The service has never been less than professional, courteous, and timely. The owners and mechanics are experts on what they do. They have always provided reasonable wait times and will do best to accommodate you. Best part of course is that their prices are HONEST AND FAIR. They won't do anything without your knowledge and approval. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Jason's is great. Good pricing and "An always very busy shop" is a good indicator of customer satisfaction. It is the only place I bring my high milage car for TLC. Nice guys too. I have full confidence when I bring my car to Jason's

I have the same trust issues with mechanics as everyone else. All experiences are unique, but I'll say this - I only started going to them because they were close. I've stayed for the honesty and the fair prices.

Took my car here a few years ago after NYS mandated tint levels for inspection, and had them remove front window tint in the process. Not only did they do a terrible job but they also actually did hundreds of dollars in damage to the door panels with reckless knife work. Manager barely admitted any fault, while actually trying to make an excuse for the piss poor workmanship, offered an oil change which is absolutely laughable. Many calls to try and get them to take ownership and remediate the issue got nowhere. Would not recommend unless you like punishing yourself.

Jason installed a brand new Gates timing belt kit on our 2007 Hyundai Elantra last year. We noticed soon after that the car was lacking power. The car was struggling going up hills. Gas mileage was down. We brought it back to Jason. He said everything was fine, don't worry about it. Over the course of the year we brought it back 2 more times. Each time he said it's fine, don't worry. Then on Tuesday, May 30th 2017, driving to work the car wouldn't go. The engine was idling but not able to go forward or reverse. Had the car towed to Jason's. He said the engine is shot, offered us $500 for it, and tried to sell us one of the used cars he had on his lot. He didn't say exactly what was wrong with the car. I wanted him to put the car on a diagnostic computer to see whats going on but he said that wasn't necessary. So we decided to have the car taken to a different mechanic for an evaluation. This mechanic said that the timing belt tensioner was installed incorrectly. It was 180 degrees off from were it should be. As a result the timing belt was loose and out of synchronization. As this got worse the engine valves came in contact with the pistons and the engine was destroyed. So now we must have a used engine installed in the car. Total cost will be close to $2000. JASON DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. YOU ARE TAKING A GREAT RISK IF YOU DO.put 9000Jason replied that the parts were wrong for the car and we put 9000 miles on the car after he worked on it. Both of those statements are false. The parts were correct for the car. The timing belt tensioner was installed incorrectly. He refused to stand behind his work. I wouldn't let him change a windshield wiper. No integrity!

I brought my wrx here to have the steering rack and pinion replaced since it was leaking. After installation i was still running out of fluid. I brought it back and he insisted that all wrx s do this. He even tried to get me to pay $400 to replace the pump. Being skeptical, i went to another mechanic and we lifted the car up and i could clearly see the leak coming from the rack. Brought it back and had to point out the obvious leak in order to get them to replace the faulty rack. Lost my trust and i wont be going back.

Good mechanic. I go sometimes for an oil change and wait for my car. No more than 15 minutes and he's done usually.
