Pulled up on a semi to fix a trailer tire. Very efficient and friendly. Got in and out within 30 mins and can't beat an affordable price. Great service overall.

Larrabee's saved us on Dec 30th driving home from New York City to Canada! Our driver's front tire was completely blown by a nasty pothole. Found Larrabee's on Google search as being nearby and having good reviews for service and for caring. Jackie handled our call with efficiency, kindness and was comforting. They found a tire that would fit specs at warehouse and sent Michael to us (!) on the highway to replace and install tire. Paid for cost of tire and time/labour which was reasonable given the situation and not opportunistic. Rest of drive home on the new tire was smooth. Thank you Larrabee's for making what could have been an end-of-year nightmare into a good reminder about how valuable good service is!

We had a driver 350 miles from home, blow 2 very odd ball sized low profile tires. Larrabee's went out of their way the next morning to source 2 tires 100 miles away from them. They went and got the tires, arrived at the truck and replaced both tires and got our driver back on the road within a couple hours of the initial call. Fantastic customer service and great pricing considering the circumstances! Thanks for being a stand out company that takes care of the transient style truckers!

Who could possibly gives these guys a bad review? This company went over and beyond their services to help us. Our motorhome gas tank fell out on the highway and we were totally disrespected by Valu-tow so we decided to find an alternative for the repairs. Jim's RV referred us and we get impeccable service. They also went over and beyond by allowing us to stay in our motorhome while we waited for parts and repair. Giving us electrical hookup and water too when they simply didn't have to. I can't express how much they helped us and how appreciative we are. I highly recommend these guys to any and everyone for any tire or mechanics work needed! I'd give them 6 stars if it were possible.

Recommend by Jim's RV because they don't do chassis work. We needed a simple oil change and our rear brakes looked at, mechanic took an extra 20 minutes going back and forth to his tool box to get the correct tools. Then he over filled it by a 1 1/2 quarts, and he even checked the dip stick. I even questioned it on our way out, but they said it was ok. I didn't check it until a week later and hundred miles away and found it was over filled. Not recommended.

BE AWARE of this place!!!!!! When I called for service, I was told they charge $85.00 per hour and $35.00 service call because I needed after hour service. When the job was done (20 min work) I was told I have to pay a minimum for two hours. Nobody mentioned that when I called for pricing. When I asked why I wasn't told about the minimum charge, I got a response " that's not their problem, and I had to ask myself if there is a minimum charge". Also, they charged me sales tax on labor which is ridiculous. Per NY law "Sales of services are generally exempt from New York sales tax." These guys collect taxes illegally.

Slow to respond and charges double for routine repairs (twice)..... Stepped over a dollar to pick up a dime.... Gives the excuse that employees have to be away from their family and dinner.... Sorry bout their luck but it's their job.... No breakdowns are planned and they picked their job.... Welcome to the real world.... Will be Out of business in no time...NOT.recommended!!... BEWARE!!

Be extremely careful of these individuals. They will do good work but insist on a written estimate before allowing them to touch anything on your vehicle. Prices will quadruple on you, beyond belief. Insist on asking for the manager, he seems to be a straight shooter.

I was very happy with the place inside it was clean for a garage Office. They are very pleasant and curtious. I would recommend Larrabee's as a place you can get your car inspected.

Not sure what the other person who did a review is talking about! Every time I've ever had work done at this location and the price needs to adjusted they call me BEFORE completing the work to make me aware of the situation! Always very professional and high quality work! You can't please everyone but this shop will certainly try!

4.5 hrs labor and $505 to replace 5" of brakeline!! They didn't have the fittings or the right tool. Mechanic spent first 1.5 hrs going through tool boxes for fittings then drove 45 minutes to get them. He returns stops my work and fixes someone elses vehucle!! Then finally after other job is done he spends 2 hours trying to fit the union with a striped tool. After boss man showed up and gave him new one job was done in 45mins. I pulled in at 330pm and I just left at 917pm. Could not beilve they charged me time for their lack of competence. I've never felt more abused as a paying customer.

THIEVES. I was just quoted a MINIMUM of $250 for a tire repair. For a simple plugAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

It is the first time that I see charging for changing or repairing a tire for hours and taking too much time to charge for the hours they do when in the stop trucks they charge for work forty dollars plus tax I do not recommend these people who work with illegal prices.

Great emergency service. Broke down on the highway during flooding and they were able to change a blow out on the trailer I was towing.
