They had to order my part and It would have been a prepay shipping requirement, so I ordered my part and had it shipped to my house for same price but the $10 part cost me $20 total to have it shipped either way.

I needed to return an order I placed online. When I called customer service, they recommended I bring it this store. When I got to the store, the clerk told me they don't accept ship-to-home orders and I would need to call customer service. I told the clerk that customer service recommended I come here and that I have a receipt/order confirmation. I was told there was no way they can process online order returns in there system. I called customer service again and asked them where is the closest store that I can return my order to. They again, told me this store should accept returns. So I don't know why the store was refusing to process my return even though customer service told me twice this store should accept online returns.

I stopped in and needed help with getting parts for my car and Chad the manager was very helpful. He made sure l had everything l needed to complete the job.

We have been doing Two way radio work for NAPA stores across Central NY and Western NY for over 10 years. We took care of the radio system move from the old store to the new one and this new store is huge I have never seen so many parts in a store, if you need parts in Niagara County this is the place to go and their 9 delivery vehicles will get them to you quick.

This Napa has to be probably the worst parts store in 50miles.. I ordered parts from prolink at my shop today with a customer waiting in my shop for me to call the store an hour later and for them to tell me that their driver was late to work (which this wasn t the first time this has happened) and it wouldn t be another 30mins until they got to me... then later today I come in instead of ordering and the parts that prolink said they have in stock weren't in stock! Complete bs they didn t even have the part that was lesser or greater quality.... completely unsatisfied I ll be ordering parts from somewhere else for now on.

Never had any issues with parts they supply. Also very friendly staff!! I bought top of the line advance auto wearever gold cermanic brakes and they sucked so bad I pulled they off under 2k miles. Went to Napa and got semi metallic brakes and what a difference!!! Napa s brakes were half the price but 100 %better. Will always go to Napa for my parts need !! Also they have almost everything in stock or next day !! Thank you!!!

Went in there today to get u-joints for my UTV. I knew they weren't going to have a listing for it. I asked the guy if he would be able to measure the u-joint I brought in and cross reference it to something. He pulled the old fashion book out took a measurement and BAM!!! He pulled one of the shelf and matched it perfectly! I think it took him 5 minutes. Now that's great customer service!

Went to auto zone for a part and was given the wrong part. Asked for a refund and was given a hard time. Subsequently went to NAPA and was given the right one. Lesson...go to NAPA first and you will ALWAYS be given the right part the first time.

Yes they even had a snow blower belt that I needed, and the counter person had it rung up and handed to me in less than ten minutes. Saved me half a day of work by going to that specific NAPA store. Thanks guys.

Me and my family have been going to Napa Auto Parts stores for years for our car needs. We also purchase new wiper blades every year and they always install them.First time going to this Napa store. Walked in and asked for new blades and install. Got a quick.....yeah we dont do that.Guess what.....yeah we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Great place, when our car has an issue, they personally helped us fix it. They also had a very wide selection of parts! I can confidently recommend this place for all your car needs!

Horrible service and poor management, went to the store location this evening the staff locked the door 10 minutes to 6:00. The posted hours was 6:00 p.m., staff looked at me at the door and smiled. I will never do business with this store again.

Manager and staff are extremely rude. I tried to return 2 core items which I purchased online and they told me they cannot take returns at this location. They could not provide any solution.
