Brought my Grand Cherokee in for 40k service and brake pads all around. Service advisor was Jacob Morrison. Received top-notch service from beginning to end. I got periodic updates and it was ready later that afternoon. They even had complimentary Uber service if you needed it. Everyone I interacted with there was very pleasant and friendly.

AT ALL COST!!!!!***1) They consider women UNQUALIFIED TO BE LISTED ON A VEHICLE TITLE, EVEN THOUGH HER CREDIT & HER TRADE IN & MONEY ANCHORS THE LOAN!!!!!!!!!Yeah...you read that correctly!!!***THIS IS ILLEGAL*** AND IF THE FINANCE COMPANY IS OUTSIDE NYS, IT'S ALSO INTERSTATE BANK FRAUD!!!!!!***2) They have ZERO RESPECT FOR WOMEN, ESPECIALLY SOON-TO-BE DIVORCED WOMEN WHO HAVE A DISABLED CHILD!!! I would not recommend this Dealership. Very poor communication from the top starting with the president Mr. Jensen, down the line with Ms. Amy Sabers, and continuing to Finance with Ms. Mary Beth. My concern was never addressed entirely. I had to take my Jeep into the dealership 10 days from buying it for service already. I will probably be canceling my warranties just so I do not have to visit here ever again. It's a shame.

Don't go here. It's chaotic and a mess. Save yourself the headache and visit another dealership around.
