We had brake issues while traveling on a weekend. The service representative was able to get us in and our brakes and rotors replaced in just a few hours. Kept us informed and made sure we were comfortable. We were able to make it home safely that day.

I arrived at 4: pm for an oil change appointment.The receptionist told me it would take about 45 minutes to an hour.I waited from 4 to 5, no updates. 5 to 6, no updates. 6 to 7 no updates.After 3 hours a gentleman came out to tell me they just started with my car.At 7: 33 my key was returned to me. This was a terrible day for me. A bad luck. Time loss.I feel bad for me .

Nicest people! Very transparent about what they're doing. This is the only place I'll be going to from here on out!They will take you into the shop and show you the condition of whatever work you need done.I have never been to a car repair place where someone actually cares to fix my car and not just try to sell me something.

The winter tires I had installed by trusting the Firestone brand broke down within 3 months. When I brought it to the service, they said they could do it at first, but when I came to pick up the vehicle, I was told that I had to pay 400 dollars for my tires that were under warranty. Customer satisfaction and warranty are only an advertisement presented during the sale.

Need to have a zero star option. These people are such crooks! Went for an inspection, they told me my car failed because my rear coil springs were broken and it would cost me $819 to fix....mind you rear coil springs cost at most $70 so charging that much for labor is seriously ridiculous.Little did they know my very mechanically inclined husband and his mechanic cousin immediately looked at my springs and there is absolutely nothing wrong with them! They are in perfect condition.They really do make a living on the hopes that their customers are stupid as hell. Oh and then one of the mechanics that looked as if he had the reading level of a 2nd grader came over and told us "I do work on the side, if you buy the parts I can do it for $300." Isn't that adorable LOL! Yeah I am so totally about to trust you with my car! You lied about that being broken, you'd probably slash the tires and tell me I hit a curb!So not only do they lie to you about your vehicle, try to squeeze every penny from you they can but then they try to side hustle with you. So gross. This place needs to be shut down.

Called for a set of tires for my wife's car. They had 3 different styles and price range, made an appointment for 1pm. Showed up on time and was told I wasn't in system, and I don't have an appointment. The 2 unprofessional service members, then processed to tell me, basically we see that you called our store and we missed the call and it transfered to our corporate headquarters. They aren't here and know that we are 2 hours behind and don't have any tires for you in stock.I became very angry, and used the S--T word and the service member threatened to call the police if I didn't leave...I'll never go back again..Worst experience in buying tires lifetime!!! Stay away from that place..

At 1st things were cool, then they quoted me an outrageous cost. My boyfriend picked up my car and they quoted him almost $200 less for everything that "needed" to be done. Told me I also needed new tires, which was an outright lie. Women, beware, they will try to nickle and dime you because they think you're less than intelligent. Disgusting. What a way to run a business. Needless to say, I'll be getting the work done elsewhere and it'll cost me about $400 less than what they quoted me at.

Had 4 new tires put on my car. They were bought through the Firestone internet by someone in my family. For some reason there was no warranty on them. Within 2 weeks I had to put air in one of the tires & this seemed to happen every 2 days. Took car back to Firestone & they said there was a piece of metal in the tire & said I needed a new tire that it couldn't be repaired. I have no idea how I would ever get a piece of metal in my tire in such a short time. Anyway new tire & had to pay the labor.

Purchased a lifetine alignment for my altima 2018. So nice to be able to take it in every 6 mose and know that the tech will always complete it at the Niagara Falls NY location!

Had an appointment, went, and they told us that they "might have enough time, they might not", but that it's gonna be a 2 hour wait before they can even look at my car. What was the point of an appointment? Could they not have just called? Why waste my time? You all suck. This was for an alignment, not like I was there for an engine rebuild or something.

Called to make an appointment for a state inspection. Took down and updated all my information and confirmed the appointment. Showed up at the scheduled time just to be told there was no appointment for this. Not to mention the completely poor and unprofessional attitude and response from the employee who simply stated we don t do inspections past said time even though this is the individual who was spoken to on the phone and walked away. Did not even check the system to look at scheduled appointments. As a previous customer for tire and service I will no longer be using your services.

I needed to get brake pads and rotors on my son's college car. Norwood got me set up with an appointment the next day and everything was resolved by that afternoon. The communication was great. Much appreciated the easy & efficient process. Would definitely send my Niagara University student back to this Firestone in the future.

Set an appointment for inspection. Arrived at my appointment time and the service writer said he had no record of the appointment and outright claimed I didn t speak to anyone in his facility . I showed him my phone with the 7 minute call and he said I must have spoken to the service department but he s the inspector and will absolutely not inspect my car.No thanks.

Had a nail in my tire on Saturday, August 19 and needed to find a tire repair shop ASAP. After calling around, Firestone had the best turnaround time and at a great price. Service was top notch and can't thank them enough!

I've been coming to this Firestone for close to 8 years for alignments, tires, and inspections. Always treated well, never upsold on anything, very straight forward.Wait times have gone up a lot over the last 2 years, seemingly due to short staffing. Post-pandemic staffing is rough though, and the quality of work has been good every time.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I called Firestone in Niagara Falls NY to book an appointment for tires on Wednesday. During my conversation with Norwood he confirmed the appointment time and that the Destination LE tires were in stock. I called on Thursday to confirm that all was in order for my appointment the next day. I arrived at 11am to have him tell me that they actually only have one tire so he proceeds to try to sell me a newer and larger tire at a higher price than I was quoted. They still didn't have all of these tires in stock and would have to get one from another store. After 25 minutes of excuses, Norwood told me he was fine losing my business. I was told that this location had a bad reputation, but I decided to give them a chance. I immediately went to Dunn Tire and was given excellent service and had tires on my truck the same day with no hassle.

Three and a half hours I had to wait for an oil change and a tire stem plug. I had 3 small children with me. I appreciate they took me in without an appointment but I would ve rather made one and not spend that much time there. It would have been nice if they were upfront about wait times. Read the reviews - don t come here. Had an appointment for a tire change and alignment they said should ve only taken an hour. I ve been here for three and a half hours already. Would never have came here had I known it was going to take this long. Damien was professional and helped me out a little but that only goes so far

July/10/2023.Due to having problem shifting gear and breaks making loud sound ,I called local ,Firestone, in Niagara Falls,NY location and spoke with Manager Mr Damion. Just listening to his kind ,polite and honestly spoken words taken most of my worries away .so I had my car towed to Firestone.and called many times to know the status.and whoever answer the phone, was very polite.and finally got ,, totally honest quote,,.Mr Damion said they didn t find anything wrong with car.since I don t drive much ,dust gets to the parts.With few honest recommendations.I got my car ,running smooth .I am very thankful to whole staff and specially Mr Damion is a blessing to this , Firestone, location .which will be my only place for my future needs of my car.GOD Bless.Service: Brakes

Terrible experience. I had an appt at 11:30, even called ahead, but didn't leave out of there until after 5pm. All I needed was a new tire. Which are overpriced to begin with. They ordered the wrong one, had to wait for them to get the new one. I was supposed to leave for a trip that afternoon, which didn't happen. When I walked in they didn't even notice me at first because they were cursing at each other in the back. I'm only giving it 2 stars because they took some money off the tire for the inconvenience. The guy who went to go get my correct tire was nice and at least acknowledged my wait . The other guy called me up to the counter telling me my car was done (it wasn't) and telling me about headlights, something I wasn't even in there for. While eating a snack, which I wanted to slap out of his hand as he was chewing in my face. Left there frustrated, hungry and a day behind. Glad I took off of work to sit there all day . Don't recommend.

Store# 015857Today I unexpectedly got a flat tire. When I called Firestone, Norwood told me to bring the vehicle in and they will patch it up. Even though it was close to closing time they were still willing and able to assist me. Their service was exceptional and Jack the technician was great. Even educated me on ehatthe issue was. I'm thankful for them helping me during my stressful situation.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Brought my car in with cv axle issues and tie rod ends... it had power steering when I brought it in and when I picked it up it didn't. They told me it needed a new rack and pinion assy but the power steering was working perfectly when I dropped it off. Bringing it somewhere else to have it repaired bc I live out of state and can't return to that location. Going to cost 2,200 to fix it

They don t deserve 1 star. It was the worst experience possible. I had an appointment at 8am. I didn t leave until 1:30pm. They had to wait on tires to arrive. Once the tires arrived, they were in absolutely no hurry to get them on. Guys were just standing around BSing.
