Came in first thing this morning and left 2 hours later with a new truck. Basil did everything they said they would, couldn't be happier!!

Brought my vehicle in because it was making a humming noise from the front end. Basil service diagnosed the problem as a bad bearing, after contacting me to let me know, they proceeded to fix the issue and I had my truck back in the same day. The people at Basil service are very professional and treat me very well every time I take my truck in for even the simplest of things like a state inspection. I am glad I purchased my vehicle through them and will continue to do business with them in the future.Service: A/C installation & repair

Did not top off my fluids during oil change. Ended up running out of wiper fluid while driving in post-snow conditions where salt debris was gunking up my windshield. Had to drive nearly blind to a nearby Tops to get fluid.What else did they miss?8mos later I am told I need new rear rotors & pads. Basil didn't see the pad wear 8mos ago during my safety inspection, before the rotors got worn down? In the last 8 months my pads went from OK to nearly nothing, now damaging the rotor? Seems doubtful to me. Only 6k miles driven since this visit. These are the original, day 1 OEM pads. 48k on the odometer today.Paid also for an alignment & a cabin air filter replacement. Did these things even get done? Did I even need an alignment to begin with? Did they even bother with replacing the cabin air filter? I now have to wonder...First & last time using a dealership for service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change
