Couldn't have been more pleased with our experience at this dealership. Cherie was an excellent salesperson and really focused on our needs and made this deal happen. Sean Basil was also beyond excellent. His trade offer was more than fair and he treated me as if I was family. Steve in financing was very personable and explained all questions in detail while finalizing our deal. All together, the team at Basil was outstanding. If you shop here, you won't be disappointed!!

The experience I had a basil of Niagara Falls is unlike anything I have ever experienced in a car dealership. Blake Fountain is not only a great salesman but he is an amazing human. He spent so much time making sure that I got everything I needed all my needs/wants for my vehicle were met. Steven in finance is also an amazing part of the dealerships team. I won t ever buy another vehicle from anyone else. A plus in my book. If I could give 10 stars I would. Amazing experience. 10 out of 10. So happy with my purchase.

My sales associate was Cherrie and she was on it 100%. Great, continuous communication throughout the entire process. Cherrie was friendly, knowledgeable, and handled things very quickly. This experience has made me a lifetime customer of this dealership. I've been to almost all dealerships in and around WNY and none of them come close to comparing to my experience here. I highly recommend Basil Ford of Niagarafalls.

Ask for Blake!I had an excellent experience with this car dealer. Blake was knowledgeable, courteous, and not pushy. They offered a wide range of vehicles, and the buying process was smooth. When it comes to purchasing a new vehicle, it can be quite taxing and stressful, to say the least. BASIL FORD made that process smooth and delightful. Every person that I encounter there went out of their way to make sure that I got what I wanted and walked away, or shall I say drove away a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! That's not even the best part. My son, Jared Hunter, sold me my new car. He was very patient with his mother and remained very professional, like he does with all of his customers. Words can not even begin to express how very proud I am of him I now have the distinct honor of letting every person who tells me they love my new car that my son Jared sold it to me. Absolutely great! I bought my first real truck here and the process was as fast and painless as you could ask for .friendly faces thru and thru, which in todays day n age is refreshing. Our situation was quite stressful, but Basil Ford made the entire process quick, smooth, and so easy. Jared Hunter went out of his way to make our experience a pleasant one. Jared is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and so helpful. If you are in the market for purchasing a new or used vehicle, go to Basil Ford on the Boulevard in Niagara Falls! Ask for Jared . Bought my Escape Hybrid from Jared today and had an outstanding experience.I also test drove and considered another vehicle at my request, but felt no pressure to be up-sold - they don't earn commission based on sale price, which helps me to feel much more comfortable.Definitely recommend them!

Phenomenal experience at Basil!!! Sami is the absolute best to work with. Knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The process was EASY & FAST. When I m car shopping, I need honesty and transparency; I experienced both with Sami and David.
