I needed a new battery. I got a jump from the towing company. Drove my car straight to Autozone. They showed me a choice of batteries and explained which ones were better for my car. Then they installed it. Very professional! I'm well pleased with their service. Very friendly staff!

Melissa is one of the most.kind and helpful people for Auto Zone. I have experienced multiple visits throughout the 4 years I've had with my 2001 Dodge Caravan. I highly recommend her to my friends and family! She's a great employee with a wonderful personality. A keeper for Auto Zone.

Extremely helpful staff! Creative and help you come up with ideas to fix the problem. Not pushy at all either! Also well stocked, so far everything I've needed has been available.

I can t even say how much they helped me one day when one of my headlights stopped working. This lady who helped me I can t remember her name but she was amazing and went through the entire process with me!

Very helpful. Needed an oil filler cap. They let me check it to make sure it fit. Went to a different auto store and they told me to call dealership or go to a junkyard. Guess they were wrong.

This is the nicest and most helpful AutoZone store I've been to! We will definitely be returning to this specific store for any future needs or concerns.My mom and I are very grateful for and appreciative of all the help we received from Missy. Missy is so knowledgeable and was very easy to talk to about any concerns we had about my car. She answered all of my questions and gave great advice. She really went out of her way to help us and was so friendly as soon as we stepped into the store. I would give more than five stars if I could because of the above and beyond customer service we received.Thank you, Missy. Your kindness and expertise is truly appreciated! :)

I have been coming to AutoZone, 8700 Niagara Falls Blvd., for years. The staff is friendly, personable, courteous and helpful. I visited this store, today, because I needed to replace the battery s in my car key FOBs. They are very knowledgeable. And, they knew exactly what I needed and just where it was in the store. They also saved me money, because I needed 2 key FOB battery s. The employee suggested that I buy the 2 pack. They also do diagnostics, as they did when my car wouldn t start. They told me I needed to replace my battery and that my alternator was good. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this store. I will continue to come here, in the future. Kudos to the staff. (Oh, and the store is very clean and organized.)

I had a problem finding the right size battery for my car . I went to auto zone on Blvd near Tuscarora rd and I didn't get the names of the two that helped me. One young man changed my battery for me after finding right size tool my battery had a brace on it. Then I left and went across the street to get gas I turned my car off and when I went to start it nothing happened. I went back to auto zone and explained to the young man my problem. He said it's not the battery. So here I was stuck at the gas station. The young girl from auto zone said to her co worker can I go see if I can help her and she came over to gas station. She check out my car nothing worked. Said my security system locked out. She googled something on her phone and in 5 mins I was on my way. Thanks to both of them so much much appreciated by me. Sorry I didn't get names. Good employees that go out of their way to help is hard to find. Thank you so much.

Excellent staff with Jeff, Melissa and Tim leading the way. Very helpful staff and accommodating. Did everything they can to make the customers happy. Will come back again!

I went in to avoid paying a lot at mechanic by asking for some help to troubleshoot the issue ahead of time and they went over and above to help me Figure out the cause and to find and replace the part. Definitely knowledgeable and helpful. So grateful!

I was miles away from home with a dead battery. They got my battery installed quickly late at night so that we had time to do other things we wanted to do. They also checked my alternator to make sure that wasn't what killed my battery. When they found out my alternator was the problem they were able to find someone for me who could replace it the next day. They totally went above and beyond and I wasn't inconvenienced at all due to my bad alternator.

This is a great Autozone. The staff is so helpful and honest. It is one of the best locations I have been to. They wouldn't let me buy the wrong wiper blades and they guy just put them on my car without me asking. They are truthful about part quality. This store is a winner in my book.

A nice clean and organized store. The service was friendly and extremely helpful. I just needed a tail light, but they found what I needed. I got back to my workplace and replaced the bulb, and it works like a charm.Thank you and plan to return here for parts and other items.

9/5/2020 I had the experience of being on a road trip from Louisiana post Hurricane Laura. My car would not start at the hotel and we got it jumped started and were given directions to your store. Anthony G. was working and went above and beyond to get a new battery installed and get me back on the road to my daughter's home in Massachusetts. I am truly grateful for his time and expertise that was given to me. He is a truly valuable employee to your facility. Thank You so much. I was Blessed to have met him.Laura Hext.

Excellent! Went in for a 2007 Honda Ridgeline turn signal relay. The employee was able to quickly locate the part and was willing to wait for me to pull the malfunctioning one to compare. Also, received a Veteran discount as well. The signals are back up and running again!

I would leave less if I could but there is something seriously wrong with their computer tracking system. I bought new rotors and pads for 2 vehicles from them less than 2 years ago and I am being told that none of the information is on file.I purposely purchased my front pads and rotors for both my 2013 Sonata and my 2015 Town and Country Van because they told me they had a lifetime warranty. At the time of purchase the employee stated that I did not need to keep my receipts because all the information was being kept on their computer system and I did not have to worry. So, what happened I am wondering if this is some kind of scam they are running. I won't purchase anything from them ever they can't be trusted. Keep your receipts don't trust their computer system for any parts that have a lifetime warranty because they actually found other cars I owned that I never bought any brakes for how ironic.

Good luck on getting the right part knowledge of the part pros behind the caller is lacking nowadays it might be because labor shortage suggest you to look up the park yourself to make sure you get the right parts before you leave the store

Large selection of wiper blades but they did not have a set for my 1972 Chevelle and couldn't order what I needed. Was to be expected on my part though, but I figured I would try before ordering online. Nice selection of auto wash and wax products and interior clean up and stuff to make it shine so I stocked up while there. They usually have whatever parts that I need in stock, and if not they can have it the next day.

The staff at this Auto Zone are very friendly and helpful. Upon my arrival I was able to get the specific car part I needed very quickly and at a discounted rate. The sales associate even gave me a few tips and suggestions based on the part I was purchasing. I would definitely recommend this location, for the ease of purchasing and knowledgeable staff.

Missy and her team are awesome!! They helped me with my battery and headlights bc I had no idea what I was doing. They are absolutely the best customer service in the falls for auto parts!!

I waited for a while and nobody was out helping customers all the employees were in the back. Eventually someone came out and I asked him if I had the right product for my vehicle and he simply said yes without letting me finish grant it, it was something simple like coolant but there are a lot of different options. He did not ask if I needed help with putting it in my car but a good Samaritan that was in the store saw me and he just so happen to be a mechanic and he helped me. I normally go to the AutoZone on elmwood in Buffalo and they never disappoint with the service.

Just had a great first experience at this location.Spoke to Kia who ordered for me two engine filters. She followed up with a phone call to me two days later saying the filter's had arrived.I am from Canada and we don't receive this kind of service with auto parts stores in Ontario.Will use this store again based on my positive experience today!

Every time you walk in here all of the employees are outside smoking cigarettes while they have a line of customers in the store, one of there employees was at the counter asking another business owner for a job! Would much rather take my business to Advanced Auto or Napa

My 20 year daughter went here to get here check engine code. John nastily told her we don t do that here. Since when? Is it because she s a young woman. And why the attitude John . Isn t Customer service about helping the customer? She then went to advantage auto who took very good care of her. Autozone YOU just lost a loyal customer.
