Bought my wife remote start for her 4runner. Entire process was seamless, from purchasing the package for the holidays to scheduling the installation. Product works great. Cool shop, tons of audio and other high tech auto gear if that's your jam. Thanks guys!

I recently visited this car audio shop, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of expertise and service. The staff was knowledgeable, guiding me through various options to enhance my car's audio system. The installation was seamless, and the sound quality is outstanding. Prices were reasonable for the quality of service received. Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to upgrade their car audio setup.

Started going here in 2012 at their prev address and service still just as great at their present loc. very knowlegeable, helpful, and not pushy. feel like a part of the family. alarm service today was quick yet professional. always feel welcome.

This place was plucked right out of L.A or Las Vegas and somehow placed in....Niagara Falls, NY??!?!?!11. Having lived in all three I can't believe a place of this caliber exists here. I am so happy, thank you Lon. Purchased alarm, remote start, amp/sub, all installed quickly and without any damage. the amp/sub that Lon helped me select based on my music tastes sounds absolutely amazing. Thank you A.O.E!

My car radio would play my music on Bluetooth. He fix it in less than 5 minutes and was really friendly and cool about it. I really appreciate the great service.

This place is amazing! They are very kind, proficient and professional. I had 2 very good experiences here. They put my sisters car starter in very quickly a while ago and they also fixed my car starter for free even though I didn t get it done here. They are awesome :)

The guys were great went to a couple of shops before that were less expensive.Realized you get what you pay for paid a little bit more but the quality was 5 times better than anyone else in the area.They did an excellent job on my amplifier installation and a remote start system.I highly recommend these guys for anything electronics in the car.

This place was great and very helpful. The staff was very helpful and accommodating towards me. I had to reschedule apt due to the weather and they didn't give me any problems. I asked questions about a bunch of things and the gentlemen at the counter was really nice and helpful! The prices was reasonable. They put a remote starter in my car and did it in record time! They told me it'd be 2 to 2 n half hours, because other vehicles as I said I had to reschedule, and was done in an hour n 10 minutes. He explained how it worked and that it's got lifetime warranty and if I get another car, they'll take out it of this car n put in anything I get for free!! Free, baby, who does that, now n days, yay!! So the price was will worth it!! I'd recommend this place to everyone, in fact, I'm flying back next month for some work on other things.

Called audio one because I was looking to upgrade my 10 subwoofer in my ram 2500. I spoke with Lon who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me how to properly install the sub and how to hook it up to amp so I would get the best performance from my new sub. I ended up buying an alpine 10 slim truck style . Overall great experience with audio one and they will be my go to shop for all my car audio needs

I currently have the Audio One team working on a full audio system in my truck. The customer service from these guys has been great. Lon has spent a lot of time going over a variety of head units and speakers with me to see what will fit my needs the best and answer any questions that I ve had. Thanks for all the help, I greatly appreciate it. I m excited to get the truck back and hear how it sounds!

These guys are awesome. Always helpful and friendly. I've had several remote starters installed over the years and the work was always first rate. Recently I broke the key fob to a starter they installed 4 years ago and they were able to find a replacement for it.

I had a car starter installed when I purchased my vehicle in 2007 from Audio One and have been very pleased with its operation. Whenever I need a new battery, I return to Audio One and they replace it ... at no charge!!! Just there the other day!! Love this place! Not only that, a few years ago I needed a new controller device and they replaced that for no charge also!! Terrific place and I highly recommend them!

Friendly, Fast Convenient Service. My auto start was not working. I have had it for many years, so I was leery about how much it might cost to fix it, but since I bought and had installed by Audio One, lifetime warranty. My issue was fixed in less then 10 mins. I can be warm again! Thank you Audio One!!!

My daughter bought me an automatic car starter from Audio One about 8 years ago. So far, I had to return for new key fob batteries and they are more than happy to change them out at no charge.Then my car battery died and I purchased a new one. Audio One was happy to re-set my car starter again, at no charge.Now the big one...I had a new security system installed in my car at another auto shop so the auto starter key fob needed a little extra re-setting. I pulled into they're parking lot and the owner happened to be outside. I called him over and asked for help. AGAIN...he fixed my starter right away and at no charge.I am 80 yrs old and drive the same car that my daughter had the starter installed. I CAN'T IMAGINE ANY OTHER COMPANY TOPPING THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!! I highly recommend them. Thank you Lou.

I was in the market for a remote car starter and i had checked a few local shops out and went with audio one for two huge reasons. The first being that they had great customer service and were able to answer all of my questions and made the whole process real easy. Plus they were able to get it to me a few bucks cheaper than the first place i got my quote at so i was pretty happy about that. AND they got me an appointment that was perfect for my schedule. It was totally painless. I certainly would recommend checking them out.

Audio one has done an amazing job on adding an decal on my SRT hellcat challenger. Fair price and amazing customer service. I was kept up to date each step of the way. I will make sure to refer my friends and M&T co-workers. To the owner Lou you are running a fine establishment, and thank you again for the amazing work. Audio one you are the best.

This car audio shop is the best around town. Good customer service. Clean fast and accurate work. If you don t know much about car audio these guys will help you with anything you need and get you the right stuff with the best prices! Come here if you need radios or speakers!

Went here several years ago because I had gotten a gift for a car starter. The staff was nice and didn't take long but after everything was said and done my car wouldn't work. I got stuck infront of someone's house and they sent someone from the shop to fix it but they couldn't so after about an hour or two they decided to tow it to there shop and told me to come back the next day so they could fix it or else they would sent it to the dealer. They called me the next day to say it was working fine and when I picked it up sure enough same issue and I was stuck on the side of the road again. Apparently the owner didn't want to have it towed and had just hoped for the best. End of story I had to get it towed to the dealer where they fixed it in no time. I never got a starter and would never return to this place or recommend it. It was a frustrating experience especially since my car was only a few months old and their shop was far out of my way, not to mention I had to find rides to get there and spend two days of my time to handle this. The only plus was the staff seemed to care and did all they were able to do within their means. I have seen a lot of high reviews for this place so maybe they excel in other areas.

Been going to this place for years (both locations in Niagara Falls). They have amazing customer service. I feel that this company looks out for the people in Niagara Falls and if you do business with you for a long time they go far and beyond to make sure you're happy. I called there to get help on my remote car starter that I didn t even buy from them. The guy over the phone told me what to do but it didn t work so I went in in person and the guy came out and fixed it for me no charge. I definitely will be going there in the future that s great service

Worked with Lon over many months to get my drone remote starter working properly! He clearly loves his work and explained everything in detail. The issue was a software one that he worked with Firstech to fix! It is now sorted and I cannot praise him enough for the dedication to fixing the issue and customer service

These guys are great and they know their stuff well. I went there twice. First time I went was to get my subwoofer checked out because it wouldn't play music. They took a look at it and not even 10 seconds later they told me it's cooked. Bought a new one from this place. Few weeks later my amp started to fail on me. Went back this morning and it turned out the fuses were shot. Got them replaced at no charge. Will be back again someday for other stuff. Keep up the good work guys, you just gained another customer :)

Had a new car starter put in through Audio One who went above and beyond by rebuilding the circuit board. They sent us pictures of the issue and clearly explained what they did to fix it. The previous installer actually glued a wire which short circuited. Nothtown Subaru wouldn t even attempt the repair. Knowledgeable, professional, and honest. They have earned a customer for life! Audio One has an awesome staff & offers great quality products that are affordable!!! I recently purchased a remote car starter. The owner gave me a great deal on one of the best starters they had in store. He even went above & beyond to finding and installing a new heated mirror for my car. Check them out you won't be disappointed!

They were very knowledgeable and professional. I went in to see what my options were for an upgrade from my stock head unit. Once I decided what was best for me they told me they would have to order parts to slightly alter my center console. They had it in the next business day. I went from an old single din to a double din stereo. I was very impressed with the results.

Great people very friendly, fixed my stereo in a reasonable time frame. I would definitely recommend them to others. Prices are great. I was panicking about my stereo not working thought I messed it up come to find out my back speaker was blown and that was the reason why my speaker wasn't hooked up and they looked out because I pretty much hooked it up myself and didn't charge me an arm and a leg to finish the job.
