I recently came here looking for windshield wipers, I had a very helpful sales clerk that helped me. I was choosing one part but he showed me a different part that was the correct part. I will return again soon and shop again

I came in to get a new battery after jumping mine for over a week, all of the gentleman working there were so helpful and kind, especially Chris! He even installed it for me in just minutes! Definitely would recommend this store to other locals and visitors thanks again!

The store is great to shop at, decent size and very organized. The customer service is great. Whenever I have a question regarding parts or service, I get no indication that I am bothering them. The employees always have answers and if they don't know, they direct me in the way I need to go.

Can occasionally find steals in their clearance, but it s best to shop online and pick up in store for the promotional coupons to save money. Best option when you need something Now

Great customer service. Store associate was very knowledgeable helping me choose a new battery. Total time was 10 minutes from the time I walked in the door to driving off with my new battery installed.

One of the managers in this store is incredibly kind. And defended me about a battery I purchased. So I think this man so much and I give you five stars. Hopefully you have the pleasure of meeting him.

Called for help getting a new battery for our truck which had died in the campground not far from the grand island store. We were able to get to the store and pay for the battery then they delivered the battery and installed it in our truck. Then we took the truck to the store to make sure the rest of the electrical system was working. All this in less than an hour. Thank you!

Had to get a brake hose,needed to be ordered. Most likely was there when they said it should of been which was later that day . They took my name and number etc. Well after 2 days i didn't receivea call. I decided to call them., it was there. Then I got the hose i needed line that went into it and into my truck. That,they let you decide. Hopefully i picked the right one.

Chris was awesome with helping me to find the right license plate clips and making it fit when there was a problem. He went above and beyond to install my new plates. I just moved back here from Oregon and Chris just showed why WNY and Buffalo is the city of good neighbors. Thank you for your outstanding service.

I have come to this store about 3 times and they were closed early without any warning. I checked online to make sure they were open and online said they were open until 9. I got there at 8 and they were closed. Another time it was a Sunday and online said they were open until 7. I got there at 6 and they were closed. CALL BEFORE YOU DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE!

They usually have what I need. A word of caution. The parts counter people shouldn't try to tell an ASE Master Tech that he is wrong when they, themselves, typically have no, or little experience. I have learned a few tricks through the years that they do not understand.

If you can get the product you need and it is the right product products are usually great but getting the right product is the problem lack of education and knowledge of the people that help you at the counter is the problem suggest if you do hear you look up the part yourself for you make sure you get the right part

I needed a new battery for my remote control for garage door opener. They not only had the correct battery, but the counter person put it into the remote for me.

I Don't like Advance Auto for a number of reasons. Prices are far too High, quality of their items are far too Poor & the employees know Little to Nothing about Their Products... & They're Creepy !!!

This store is the best all the guys are vary helpfule and always asking if you need help when you first walk in to the store . The store is also vary clean and has all the sale add all over the place and if you need to use a tool it is there for you to use also they ask if you need a hand and if you do they will go out of there way to help. When i need a part for eather my 2012 or my 2001 i always get the right part and they well go over the prices with me to see what i wont to get and i think that is great . when i shop at the other stores its all about them not me advanced ia the way to go.

Well went there to get wiper blade put on my Kia and he said he couldn't do it cuz he would have to take the wiper arm off. The wiper was for back hatch.so they need to specify that.Update I changed the blade myself thanx to YouTube and didn't have to take arm off to do it that employee just didn't want to come outside because it was to cold.

Bought fuses for tire inflator. They're the wrong size. Have to switch to a smaller size.
