I always go here for an oil change and they are always great! I wanted to give a special shout out to Johann D, Adrian and Gambino for working to get me in and out quickly. I had a time sensitive appointment and they really delivered! Highly recommend!

Went in for an oil change and so happy I did. They showed me how disgusting my ac filter was. No wonder we kept coughing in the car. Now after the replacement we are no longer coughing ty Jaiden for pointing this out for me. Great job

I needed an oil change. I like that you can stay in the car. You can hear and see what is being done. They show your oil level. Fill all fluids including windshield washer fluid. Changed the windshield wipers All worked together to get it done. Appreciated the fast customer service. I will recommend this place and return to have my car serviced here.

Never have I EVER been so uncomfortable in my life. I went in for an oil change, and was greeted by one of the workers, Justin. He came up to my vehicle and seemed to be under the influence of something. He continuously was making inappropriate gestures towards me which made me feel very unsafe. I got inside the shop finally and had to use the restroom, as I was walking into the lobby I looked back to see what looked like him smelling my seat ??? I will never do business at this shop again for my safety. Absolutely Disgusted by this guy they all called "Pit"Service: Oil change

Over an hour wait and unprofessional staff. They were not competent enough to process a Groupon and not only was I overcharged, but they literally tried to gaslight me while processing the Groupon incorrectly and gave me major attitude.I hate to make this kind of review when I know mechanics aren't paid enough for the hard work they do, but my experience here made it so that I won't be returning anytime soon.EDITED TO ADD: I see Valvoline customer service responded. I've already spoken with them after completing an after visit survey and was extremely unhappy with how the issue was handled.**Update 12/4:** I returned because after searching for coupons for a different oil change place, a coupon for 50% off a conventional oil change popped up. Customer service and friendliness was excellent, however, the gender differing sales tactics are at an all time high. Telling me I need a new $2.99 oil gasket plug? You mean the one you JUST replaced at my last oil change 3 months ago? GIVE ME A BREAK. I'll still be trying a different place like Walmart Auto or Midas next time. Leaving rating at 1 star until they stop these tactics.

Nice guys but took sooo long. There were only 2 cars in front of me and I spent nearly 2 hours there :( I came here over the dealer because they normally take a long time even with an appointment.

The location was open and the lines were long. There was limited staff present and Valvoline is known for fast in and out oil changes.

Rapid oil change, checked all fluids, blinkers and lights. The techs (worked as a team) communicated everything they did as well as prices for oil change options. They had a great attitude and seemed to really enjoy what they do. I noticed faces there that have been working there for some time. Those two things, combined with the lack of high pressure up sells makes me plan to return again soon with our other cars!

I came in for an oil change today and was extremely satisfied with the service. Staff is very professional and fast paced. The wait was a little long because they were super busy but once I was in it was pretty quick. Joe was very helpful and friendly and the manager Justin was super professional and running around all over helping everyone as well as me. Staff was awesome and I d recommend this place for sure. Every time I come here they are always FRIENDLY. They work so quickly but not without explaining everything beforehand and telling you the price right away so you can make sure it works for you. The whole team is amazing and just overall have a great vibe. Always come here first!

I never write reviews but wanted to do this to warn other people. I m a girl and don t know anything about cars so I wanted to believe them when they said my ac tested low, something with the Freon, and that I definitely need to get it replaced by summer. I decided to just get an oil change and get a second opinion on the ac. I m glad I went to Firestone and they told me absolutely nothing was wrong and my ac was actually perfect. Very big difference between needing to be replaced asap to being perfect so maybe they just wanted to make money off me because I don t know anything about cars. Always get a second opinion and I recommend Firestone.

Went to Newburgh location. Manager informed me while I was waiting that he didn't have the proper filter for my car. Very thankful he let me know. He referred my to the new Windsor location.Rob, Kevin, John and Steve had me out in 10 minutes it that long. Great service will definitely use again. Competitive pricing. Don't forget to change your cabin air filter while there.

I got an oil change from a different Valvoline location where they gave me the wrong drain plug which led to a nasty oil leak.I came to the route 300 location where with no questions asked they fixed the issue and topped up my oil. Great customer service from the entire team, and a Vance, safe on the work from the manager as I drove out. I ll definitely come back to this location in the future. Thanks guys!

Went for inspection and oil change today, great staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The technician Thomas was great and the manager Lamont was very nice and informative. I had an oil change and inspection done at the Newburgh location yesterday, every staff member I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The prices were reasonable. I love the fact that there s no appointment necessary. I will definitely return in the future!

My girlfriend got an oil change from this facility- I go to do her oil change myself today and the drain bolt is IMPACTED ON the bolt had to be extracted off a simple oil change now turned into a real pain in my rear end. I would only recommend this place to my worst enemy. Unfortunately the lowest rating I can give is one star.

Amazing staff quick and efficient oil changes. The guys that work there are extremely knowledgeable polite hard-working and they are not pushy, and unlike other places of the same type they do not make you feel like your car is going to blow up and break down if you don't buy extra things that they are trying to sell you they are very cute and very kind to my kids and are understanding and really move quickly and thoroughly as a cohesive team to get you in and out as fast as possible.

These people work really hard and they work together like a well oiled machine (no pun intended). Yes you are going to wait, it's busy, but they do not waste time. I had 6 cars ahead of me today, of course I'm going to wait, but when my turn came they did a thorough job and were friendly and today in the almost 100 degree heat they were offering icecream! I am just pleased with the service and appreciate the great work these people do.

I waited 1 hr 40 mins for an oil change the guy behind me came about 30 mins after i was already there.. he got called into the bay before me .. that got me feeling some type of way and on top of that bay 3 mechanic helper named MEL in newburgh didnt tighten my oil cap i drove to the gym and saw oil grease all over my hood so i decided to lift the hood GLAD i did because my oil cap was loose and not on properly .. will not be going back youve lost my business

Ive been going hear for the past 3 years. Always a good experience.The new management is professional, kind, and provides accurate and fast service. Its so convenient that you can sit in car and wait while everything gets done.Not only was the service fast but they squeezed me into an appointment for my car to be inspected when no one else would see me.Thank you to the service crew and management for making my day

They are quick and efficient. Their prices are also very phenomenal. The gentlemen who took care of my vehicle were very professional and thorough when they explained everything to me. Definitely recommend going there.

Hands down the best oil change place I ve been to in the 40 years I ve been driving. Everyone is kind, courteous, fully transparent, no pushy sales tactics, and all around a great group of guys. I have been coming to this location for a couple of years. I never had a bad experience, however today s was fantastic. Octaveus and Benny were top notch. There were a couple other young men working also, but I don t know their names. Everyone was so polite and great and had amazing attitudes. It s not always easy working with customers/public but this team should be commended. I m a big box retail manager and I would absolutely steal them for my team Service: Oil change

It was decent but honestly my guy told me it was a 5K oil change and it s actually 3K. I m not sure if me meant to mislead me or he just can t add but it was quite expensive for only 3K oil change

Needed an oil change on the spot. I googled oil changes near me and Valvoline popped up with a drive thru oil change, no appointment needed!! I had to try it. Oil change while you sit in the car. It was pretty cool.

I've been a customer for many years and have my three cars serviced regularly. They are fast and very professional. The manager Lamont is amazing and keeps that place running efficiently. I personally love when he's working there.

I love this Valvoline! They are always busy for a reason... They are amazing! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and organized. I have waited 30 minutes for an oil change here, but the wait is a minor inconvenience when you know you're going to get good service.

Never going there again. Sometimes you need a appointment for inspection other times you don't, now they don't have anybody to do inspections. Done
