I had the pleasure of having Shane Mulstay as my sales associate and it was overall such a good time. He listened to what I wanted and making sure everything was perfect, we had a few options and went over each option and ran numbers to see which would best fit me. He was super accommodating and wasn t happy until I was happy. In the end we traded in my 2020 Trax lease for a new 2024 Trax lease. It only took less than 24 hours from start to finish but I d highly recommend!

I m only speaking on behalf of the service department at Unity Chevrolet of Newburgh. I have never witnessed such a poorly run operation. I have personally seen tee ball teams ran better than this department. I had an appointment for my car to be looked at on 3/5. It was a morning appointment. Tuesday evening I was notified that no one was able to look at my car that day, but they would do so the next day. Wednesday came and I heard crickets. No one reached out to me all day. So I called Wednesday evening to find out what they found. I was told once again that no one had a chance to look at it. At this point I asked them why did they even bother given me an appointment. Aren t those times slotted for someone to look at my car which was supposed to be Tuesday morning? Now we are on Wednesday evening and still nothing?! My service advisor had nothing to offer. At this point I said if I don t hear anything by tomorrow (Thursday) I will be back to pick up the car. Well Thursday came and still nothing. So I went and picked up my car to which no one even had the courtesy to address me. So I had my car tied up for three days and got nothing. This is the place I purchased the car in 2019. Customer service (non existent!!). Other than an oil change or inspection they really don t want to be bothered. This has happened to me a couple of times now when they said my car would be done and it wasn t. I will not be returning here in the future and for the rest of you at least you have been warned now.

I would like to say my experience with this dealership was great with the assistance of sales associate Jordan Vazquez, who was patient and truly exemplified great customer service. With his calm demeanor and attention to the customers needs he should excel in his field. Last but least after the sale was finalized I was made to feel my presence and purchase was truly appreciated. As we know making a car purchase is a bit of give and take between the seller and buyer there was nothing that was a deal breaker that could have changed my mind on my purchase.

BEST salesperson and dealership I have ever been to!!!I just dropped in one day, starting to think about buying my dream car. Jordan, the most energetic and pleasant salesman I ever met, greeted me. We talked about my dream car, went over every option, and I wasn't even ready to buy yet! A few weeks later, I decided to order the car under one condition--Jordan was the one who would help me!Fast forward, this was the BEST car buying experience ever. Everyone at the dealership is genuinely thoughtful, helpful, and honest.

Unfortunately not a great experience. Communication between employees is extremely lacking. Paperwork was completed only to begin filling paperwork out again. 15 minutes in salesperson realized all paperwork had been completed. My trade in became lost and i needed to remove belongings. After 20 minutes i was able to retrieve items from my car. After paperwork was done I actually put my own plates on the car because no one did it. GM was very nice, however the dealership seemed very unorganized. Ive purchased well over a dozen vehicles and this was a very odd experience.

I purchased a vehicle from you to only have to bring it back two days later because A seat does not work, I now have to bring it back on Monday and spend more hours at your dealership for a car that is brand new. I was also very specific in the package I wanted with all weather mats only to bring the car home and find out the third row has no all weather mats. Neither does the trunk your package online when I built it specifically says it comes with everything and nobody will correct this issue, I purchased a vehicle that I didn t really want because I was told the custom one would take more than three months. I specifically went over everything that I wanted on it and what I wouldn t be getting and the weather mats were one of them and now I don t have them in half the car . What happens now I have to spend more money and more time to go out and buy these accessories myself? This is unacceptable and unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous.

BEWARE-- Difficult experience with this dealer. I saw a Bolt EUV that I wanted to purchase. Called dealer and confirmed vehicle was available and the dealer would apply the federal tax credit as a "point of sale" rebate. I was assured this was not a problem. Drove down after work on Thurs 1/11/24. (We live 90 min away) Test drove car with spouse and we agreed to purchase. Since it was only an hour before closing we agreed to leave a deposit and would return in a few days to take delivery. (Two issues with price--#1 the dealer relayed that the advertised price was NOT the price for a cash deal-- the markup was $2000 and they would only honor online price with financing. #2- the dealer tried to add over $1200 of junk dealer fees-- prep fee, conditioning fee, etc.) We left deposit so the dealer would hold. Full disclosure-- the dealer did say they needed a few days to "figure out" how to apply the credit at point of sale. I added the vehicle to my insurance policy. Several days went by before I could get in touch with dealer. I called several times, left several messages and could never make contact. I had to use the dedicated "customer service" line before I could get any response. The sales manager informed me finally that the dealer was not processing federal tax credits as a matter of policy. This is after having my deposit..and leaving me hanging..for 3 weeks. It took another week and escalating phone calls before I finally got my deposit back. Overall it was a nightmare experience. I understand the tax credit is a new thing, but the dealer seemed uninterested in trying to work things out. They were in on-communication through most of the ordeal and did take any initiative to have one shred of customer service. Very unprofessional. They make it nearly impossible to contact them (they won't ever contact you). They were less than forthcoming about the pricing and their ability to handle the tax credit-- they wasted my time/effort and got a 3 week loan. The only thing I have to give them credit for is the "customer care" section was responsive when I contacted them, but the dealership sales dept and general dealer management on site was abysmal. I cannot recommend this place. It was a stressful, frustrating experience. My only comfort in this situation is that I didn't end up purchasing here. (I ended up buying my vehicle at an out of state dealer and it was great experience. No hidden fees, no BS. Great customer service. The difference was night and day).

I had to have a recall addressed on my vehicle I called made an appointment at 730 am. I asked approximately how long and the representative on the phone said about 2.5 hours. I took the day off from work to have this addressed. I arrive at 730 am and the representative tells me I have to drop it off and it's going to take all day. I had planned my day around waiting and then at last minute was told it was a drop off appointment and I was never told that. I was a bit skeptical about having the work done here based on previous reviews. I gave the benefit of the doubt and I was wrong the customer service is not good at all. One star is not even deserved on this.

Had a great experience at Unity chevy. They had many silverado's to choose from in every color. Found the perfect truck and got all the gm discounts available and drove a new truck home same day. Entire staff worked as a team, very efficient not wasting time and allowed me the time to look at trucks and answer questions as best as they could. Would recommend to anyone even just thinking about a new vehicle, go and ask questions. Free coffee too, thanks.

Great Experience throughout the entire process! Excellent customer service from my salesman (Johnathan Vazquez) and the finance manager (Jeremy). Very pleased with my new truck and John and Jeremy answer any and every question I had with professionalism and empathy. Lukas was my salesman & sold his first car. He was very friendly & seemed eager to learn more from his coworker Kyle. Kyle was also friendly & thorough at explaining everything to me about my new car. Reggie, the finance manager was also very nice & easily explained all of my finance questions. He was very patient with me as I didn t understand most things. The place is very clean. Everyone working was smiling or saying hello to me as I walked around. I had a phenomenal & easy experience when purchasing my car.

Had an absolutely AMAZING experience buying my new Blazer at Unity. We have become so numb to the horrific mess of sleezy car salesman and underhanded finance guys that it s almost expected at this point. The buying process at Unity was the complete opposite. Our salesman Kyle Smedes was simply wonderful - he was knowledgeable, never pressured us, and above all PATIENT despite my thousands of annoying questions and wavering back and forth between two cars. He went above and beyond, sitting on hold for HOURS trying to sort insurance and even staying late in the middle of a snow storm to help us out. Plus, he s just a genuinely cool and friendly guy - easy to hang out and laugh with while listening to State Farm s awful hold music. I cannot recommend Kyle enough to help with your car buying experience. Also have to give a huge shoutout to the finance manager - he quoted us an estimate for our trade in and the next day was actually able to get us MORE than the quoted price. The dealership actually negotiated against itself on our behalf to get us a better deal. Overall, just such a positive experience. 2 thumbs way way up.

Your dealership doesn t stand behind defective parts. My truck has 17k miles in it and the brakes and rotors all were defective. Jen, the service manager didn t return calls, has a full voicemail, and did nothing to advocate for Chevrolet to stand behind their products. They quoted and documented a price of $1800.00 then tried to inflate it by hundreds of dollars due to their own internal supplier issues. The job didn t change and the parts remained the same. After getting the dealership to honor the original price and having the work done, I was told by their service advisor that he went above and beyond and discounted the job when I presented a $50 coupon for the brake service and I couldn t use it. That was the final straw. All involved agreed verbally that this wasn t normal wear and tear, but not one person with Unity did the right thing. I will share my experience with everyone until this is made right.

Unfortunately, not a great experience dealing with Shane the sales man earlier this week I contacted him to let him know when I leased my vehicle that we over paid $1000 he did ask what can you do to make it right and I stated I needed a tunnel cover for my truck he did say let me see what he could do a day later he came back, said he could give it at cost. I did tell him I did not want to keep spending even more money than I already did. I told him I shouldn t have to pay even more money. I am already $1000 in the hole. I gave him some time. He told me he was talking to management and he would get back to me then which he never did. He ignored my text messages and ignored my voicemail on his phone. The price of the tunnel cover was about 550$ and I would still be out some money. Unfortunately, he chose to ignore me and told him I had no other choice to leave a review.

I bought a used car from Unity in April.. the original salesman (Rafael) was absolutely amazingly! Unfortunately he's no longer there but the fact that NO ONE EVER returns a phone call is so ridiculous! I've left so many messages since purchasing my car & I have still yet to receive any callbacks! I was "forced" to get the tire & wheel warranty package so the finance manager (Reggie) could finagle the price/terms with the bank for approval. I call today to get info on the tire & wheel warranty as I have a tire with a slow leak & the receptionist checks the system, but only to tells me that she couldn't find anything about any tire & wheel warranty for me! Now I'm furious! I get sent to Reggie's voicemail at 9:30am today & gets at 4pm... still no call back! SHAME ON YOU UNITY!

I brought my car in to be serviced and when I picked it up it had a loud clanking noise. After 6 attempts calling the dealership and being placed on long holds I finally was able to speak with Cameron! I took the car back and they did the assessment and told me that my exhaust pipe was damaged and needs to be replaced!Cameron persisted to tell me that that is how I brought my car in and disregarded my questions when asked if that is how I brought it in, why wasn t I hearing the noise when I drove it there? How come no one said anything to me when my car was being returned to me?I know accidents happen, but it is the attempt to lie and say that s how I brought my car in is very upsetting and aggravating! To compound the issue, I cannot be provided with a date when my car will be repaired .from being damaged by the dealership.After my car is repaired, I am NEVER using unity Chevy for anything

Walk-in radiator problem. Service Manager was outstanding: found the appropriate mechanic, took us in, gave us a vehicle to return home and pick up other car. 3 1/2 hours for a walk-in on a Saturday. Manager "Ken" was awesome.

I had an awesome experience here especially working with Shane Mulstay. He really took the time to make sure my needs were taken care of. Shane was patient with me even though I did not have the correct paperwork on me that made this day an even longer process then it should be. I recommend coming here and asking for Shane! He will listen to you and make sure your needs are taken care of!

Heads up to busy people - don't rely on a morning appointment here! We have had appointments 2x at opening and each time the dealership was locked and employees waiting in the parking lot chatting with customers. I'm sure they're not getting paid if they can't clock in!Our sales person was great and our purchase went just fine, but this dealership is run inconsistently. Not looking forward to continuing to work with this lack of efficiency and respect for customer appointments as we move forward.

Terrible!!! Sales man was great but the manager Richard is scamming along with the finance manager. Charged 14 percent sales tax and financed 2500 more than what was supposed to be. Never took the down payment money and credited it to the sale. Refuse to give copy s if the buyers paperwork. After chasing them down and having to show up in person they say they will give 1500 back. Not all the extra money that they financed. Come up with lie after lie about how the computer messed up. Meanwhile won t give me the money back Still haven t gotten back after aweek. Of back and forth with themReported then to the state to audit then to see how many other people they charged 14 percent sales tax on and scammed

We told him what we wanted, how much we wanted to pay and that's what we got! We went in on Thursday evening and drove our new vehicle home on Saturday. My wife and I just walked in, no appointments, and met Jason. He talked to us and found out what we were looking for. We were shown the vehicle and explained the controls in great detail. It was a great experience to have a salesperson so knowledgeable, personable and not rudely pushy. We took the test drive without him, which is more relaxing than having a back seat driver.When we returned he explained very politely the buying process. We ultimately decided not to purchase the vehicle. However it was, hands down, our best car shopping experience. We actually felt bad about having to tell him we were not buying the vehicle.

My salesman Zach Hannon went above a beyond to seal the deal on the cars we purchased a 2016 Camaro 2SS COUPE and a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport both in immaculate condition and low mileage. Will definitely do business with him and the dealership in the future.
