I had scheduled a service appointment with Unity Chevrolet of Newburgh, NY via email. I dealt with Maddie of their internet service team. Maddie was very helpful and made sure I had an appointment that was convenient for me and always followed up on any emails, addressing any questions/concerns that I had. Additionally the service manager Jennifer also reached out to ensure the service I received was to my satisfaction. I live nearly an hour away, the quality of service this dealership provides is worth the trip.

I took my vehicle to the Chevy dealership after a nightmare situation with Mavis. Cameron was very helpful, excellent at communicating and gave me daily updates on my vehicle. He was a pleasure to do business with and has great customer service which you don t see often these days. I will be taking my car back to Chevy Unity for inspection.

I m only giving 3 stars because I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. When I got to service department about 15 mins earlier then my appointment time they told me they were backed up. I waited 2 and a half hours for my car to be finished. What was the point of making an appointment if I had to wait that long? Not cool. I live 30 mins away from the nearest Chevy service spot. I was very disappointed with waiting that long when I had a scheduled appointment. Other than that the staff was nice and I was treated well.

I had to bring my car In because of a recall. I brought it in at 915. At first I was going to wait for it but I was told it could be 4 hours. A very nice man took me home. At 130 they called me to say it was done and someone would be p ace in 15 minutes I waited for 45 minutes and called I got a pissy girl I was told the man who was suppose to come had an emergency I hope there was not a bad one and another man would be at my place in 3 minutes I waited another 30. The man finally came at a round 330 I asked for some help about some features of the car he answered my questions with patience and did not show any impatience he really was nice and one of the things he helped me was important to me so something that was supposed to take 4 hours at most took 7 hours when Icalled back I got a very nice girl one more thing I have asked for a manual at least 5 times I bought my car In April I quess I. Should have looked before I drove out of there. When you buy a car the manual is in the glove compartment I have been waiting for it since the end of May. I have a 2023 trail blazer thank you.

Our center console got stuck and would not open. I thought it was one problem come to find out it was a charge cord got stuck... Thanks to Unity Chevrolet we didn't have to pay ! Thanks again great work guys !!!

My Silverado has a ghost check engine light (comes and go) which makes it difficult to diagnose Ken Whyte and his master mechanic have been working with me to figure out the issue on my truck! Worst service ever on my truck. $200 to tell me what I already knew. 21 year old kid that works hard for my truck every week. Wanted to charge me 3000 to replace a couple parts I can do on my own. Picked up my truck with 2 more lights on and was told they were on when we started it . Never bringing a vehicle here again.

Had a pleasant service experience at Unity Chevy. They got me in quickly for my appointment, it was very easy to schedule and it didn t take more than an hour. The waiting area was comfortable as well.

Cameron handled my unique situation well! I was visiting family from out of town and he was very understanding. My CarPlay and navigation issues were resolved and I am able to head back home knowing my trip home with 3 young kids will go much easier than my trip here. Thank you Cameron!

The brand new car adaptive cruise control never worked. Tech said it needs a future software update????I I m in the service business. What they said is just to delay. I think that s crazy. Very professional service department. Samantha Dubois, was extremely professional and very supportive and knowledgeable. Considering the amount of customers Samantha was taking care of besides me, she took the time to insure I fully understood every I needed to know. She also was extremely customer service oriented and is the epitome of customer service. The only negative I have is the cost. Way to high. Other than that, I was totally satisfied. Friendly and courteous.I had my annual car inspection done and oil change. Ken Whyte was a very personable and accommodating employee! It was a pleasure talking with him and he explaining all that had to be done and what my vehicle will need in the future for the 60,000 mile check up. Had my tires rotated and they replaced two of the lugs with different ones. Went back to have them changed with the lugs that the car should ve had when I took the car back and informed the person that the car had different lugs The person at the desk stated the car came in without it during the walk around from the service guy never wrote on the sheet that they were missing the person at the desk stated that they didn t have any in stock that I would be called when they came in I was never given paperwork stating that they will call me back. I went to the shop to buy touch up paint and I asked if they had it in stock and I was told yes the lugs are in stock. I took the car back to the service area so the lugs could be replaced. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get the lugs replaced.Services: Tires, Oil change

Had a issue with my vehicle. Arrived at the service department late in the afternoon. Spoke with Ken. Explained I had an issue with my battery. My emergency was not necessarily there emergency but they did make it as important to them as it was to me. They immediately took my car in and was able to diagnose the problem. I was on my way in less than an hour. Great customer service. I will continue to use unity ChevyServices: Tires, Oil change

I was 90 minutes from my home and I got a message on my dashboard, PROPULSION POWER IS REDUCED, I called my Chevy dealer at home and they told me to take the car to nearest dealer that turned out to be UNITY CHEVROLET. Ken, the service advisor took good care of my car, had the car fixed, it was a bad valve that was still under warranty, and had me back on the road in no time. I brought my car for service due to a check engine light and a code describing a problem on the turbo air intake.Kenneth got back to me to inform me that the problem was due to a bad engine filter they had installed two weeks earlier. I just recently brought in my 2003 Chevy Suburban, for an oil change and tire rotate/ mount and balance, and battery checkup, ' real quick ', ' on the fly ' last week (when my usual automotive service shop couldn't pen me in they're schedule), before I had planned a big trip upstate to see my family for a week. I wanted to be sure of these important vehicle service aspects, as I was preparing for a lengthy travel; I live in Fishkill and I was traveling to Glens Falls.The service and staff there at Unity Chevrolet, was for lack of a better word - AWESOME! All of the staff and team members were all extremely courteous too me. The service consultant, Bobby, was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me.The level of service at Unity Chevy was exceptional and excellent, and the wait time was seamlessly painless - for being as someone whom had never been here before, and with what I had requested to have checked and serviced.I won't ' drag-out ' this review any further for, a simple and routine automotive service/ maintenance. From the beginning I came in like a bulldog. The gentleman Cameron calmed me down and made it clear he was going to do everything he possibly can to get everything that I needed. The next day he called me and told me that the warranty company was not trying to Grant my warranty I was totally livid however he said don't worry we will work it out he helped me get a rental car and 3 days later he called me back and said everything was clear that they wasn't going to Grant I live in Queens and this service station is in Newburgh I will travel to Newburgh just to deal with Cameron again thank you Chevrolet.

Too expensive. A purge valve cost $51.00 and 10 minutes to put in. $189.00 for a diagnose in which I already knew and told them that it was the purge valve. About $275.00 for a 10 minute labor work. Plus over $200.00 for a purge valve that cost $51.00. There needs to be laws against this. The receiving attendant needs a attitude adjustment when asked about the status on my vehicle. 7:30 am to practically 3PM for a 10 minute job and I was told "I'm busy right now ". Almost $700.00 For a $51.00 purge valve and 10 minutes to put in. That is robbery.

This was my first time getting my car serviced at Unity Chevrolet after the changeover from Barton and under the new management. So far so good I will say. The customer service was excellent. My only disappointment is they still want to charge me for a part that Barton broke when they were repairing my car - no thanks! Also I compared the price for the brake service I received to other locations, and this was the most expensive, and not by a little, by a lot. I hope they actually research their prices and compare what other shops are doing, or business may go elsewhere if the other company is reputable as well. I will be back to Unity Chevrolet based on today's experience. PS the waiting room is very nice, comfortable, clean, and there is space to social distance from others.Service: Oil change
