Buyer beware, my wife and I went to this dealership to look at a 2023 used vehicle. I've been to 3 other dealerships and the lowest offer we got on our trade was $23K. Kelley Blue Book was $23K to $26K. They were unable to meet those terms and we were not able to make a deal. Upon 15 minutes of leaving the dealership the sales manager called and asked if I was not too far could I come back he wanted to make me another offer. I explained to him I was already up route 17K what was his offer, unfortunately they were still $2K off. About 5 minutes after that I received a second call asking me if they matched my trade in offer would I commit to buy the vehicle. I said most likely, but I am on the other line with my office and would need to call my wife and I will call you back in 5 minutes. Within 2 minutes later I received a third call from the dealership stating they're taking their offer off the table and do not wish to sell me the vehicle. Upon my conversation the next day with the general manager Tom Scalzo expressing how his sales manager treated us, the GM saw this as not a problem in fact he said he is the one that made the decision to pull the deal. He stated he was doing it in the best interest of the dealership because we didn't have anything in writing. I'll let the readers of this post decide if they feel this is a reputable dealership that they would want to do business with after making a verbal offer and then withdrawing it because nothing was in writing. I can guarantee you no one in my family will step foot in this dealership. It is quite obvious there word means nothing.

Thank you Cameron Houseman,I needed a NY State Inspection for my 2020 Ram 1500 Limited. The service I received from the moment I pulled up was excellent. Keep in mind I'm driving a Ram into a Chevrolet / Cadillac dealership. Cameron helped me feel comfortable and after a quick check with management, he accepted my business without an appointment. The large quick care service bay was clean and smelled good, imagine that. The inspection was completed in a timely manner, and afterward I felt good about the way my Ram truck was handled. I buy my vehicles online, and now I'm considering Cadillac. I will share this experience with my family and friends. Thanks again Cameron! Keep up the stellar service.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would!! Jason and Osiris were the absolute best and did everything I asked and helped with whatever I needed! I will recommend them to everyone looking for a car, we honestly couldn t have asked for better service. Jason is by far the greatest salesman I ve ever dealt with, even going as far as to get me answers on his only day off. Osiris is a great finance manager, helped with everything as well. Everyone is so friendly, and the energy is amazing. Side note, if you need to take your little ones with you car shopping, this is the place to do it. They don t get snappy or short like most places seem too! Again I definitely highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Had to come back for the second time in 2 weeks for a wrong diagnosis, I gave "unity" a second chance from the past time I was here for all new brakes and rotors. They had my car for a month that time and when I got it there was still rust in my new brakes and no brake fluid. The customer service is horrible trying to contact someone is like pulling teeth you have to actually pull up to the place. And on my receipt keeps saying complimentary wash and vacuum twice not done.. if I could give a negative I would

I can not even give a rating. Because we leased a 2022 equinox in June of 2023. Since August 2023 it has spent more time on the shop. First water got in side. Then mold showed up. They replaced the entire inside of the vehicle, with some damaged parts and installed parts wrong. 8 months later our car is still not right.

Horrible experience dealing with Unity Chevrolet!Took over 4 months for them to finalize my documentation and still not done. GM financial claims they were never paid the correct amount when I went to buy the vehicle at Unity and that o still owed them over $4,000.00. Every time I called they would tell me that the manager would call me back without a doubt. It s been now 3 months and still no call from Jose the store manager! The one time I did get a hold of him, he said he couldn t talk because he had a showroom full of people; the thing this man forgot was that I was also one of those people on his showroom at one point, so he should have given me the same courtesy and listened to my concerns. I hope the owner sees this review and looks into my file and maybe gives me a call. Don t buy anything from Unity Chevrolet in Newburgh, not competent in anything they do.

Every one was very polite.And I was very pleased with the service I received. My vechical was fixed and I had it back in two days from the service that had to be done . And they called me to check back up on how it was doing . I thank all who served me .I would recommend all I know to buy from you.

Worked with Zach on purchase of my vehicle. Very professional and no pressure at all. Took time to explain features of vehicle. Post sale was even more impressive. Zach went out of his way to answer all my questions and concerns even on his day off. Highly recommend Zach and the rest of the Unity staff

I was greeted by Kamal with a handshake, he was very polite and welcoming. He was not pushy and made me feel comfortable. He went above and beyond to help me get into a new SUV. He stayed with me to the very end. I didn't understand much about the technology in the vehicle and he kindly went through everything with me even assisting with on star. He made the process very easy for a person for an over thinker like myself. Everyone who who came in contact with me was helpful and have good advice.

If I could put zero stars I would have. This was possibly the worst service I have ever experienced on my car. My car sat there for 11 days before anybody looked at it. The only reason they looked at it was because I had to threatened to take it and I did. The service Manager Jen should not have a job there w the lack of calls I received back. I own a 2018 Suburban with 124,000 miles and it already needed a new transmission which is a common problem so stay away from this car. They wanted to charge me over $8000 for a new transmission. Got it done for $4900

I found the right vehicle for the right price. The sales manager Rich was professional and helpful. Shane Mulstay was courteous but his time was divided between myself and other customers. Test drove the 2023 Silverado ZR2 and noticed a rattle while driving. I asked Shane to address this problem before I took delivery of the truck. This was written on the deal and initialed by me. On delivery day we had an appointment at noon which we were on time for, but Shane was with another customer and we waited for over 30 minutes to start the delivery process. I asked Shane if the rattle had been addressed and he assured me that it was. During the paperwork the deal had been written up incorrectly, not taking into account our 500.00 deposit. The deal had to be rewritten. Upon leaving the dealership we found that we had no insurance card. My wife ended up picking one up at the insurance agent s office. She also had to bring them the window sticker and the bill of sale. When driving the truck home I found the rattle had not been taken care of. Upon further diagnosis by myself ( with 30 years in the automotive business) I found that the exhaust crossover pipe was intermittently rattling against the skid shield and adjusted the shield, fixing the problem. All of these items that I have written about should have been taken care of by the dealer.Sincerely, William F Brady, Jr

Shane at Unity Cadillac made my purchasing experience easy & precise to the information he shared with us. He is a man of his word, not only did he show us how to use all the features in our new vehicle he gave us a tour of the showroom and introduced us to the service department and set us up for our first oil change. They had my car 3 different times from September 28th-November 30th. I got my car back 3 different times. Broke down all three times I got it back from them within a day. Refused to help me have it towed, told me everything going wrong was progressive damage even though I never had issues with anything they were describing before hand. Went in for a stabiltrak light and left with a bad transmission and a blown engine. I also asked for all my old parts they replaced and they never gave me anything. My car is now sitting in my drive way, they refuse to help, only offered to buy it at from me at a steal for themselves. Place is horrible. Tom the sales manager is a creep, Jenn the service manager is a nasty smug little girl. They are all true creeps and Tony Bonnet is the biggest creep of them all , the owner.I really got burnt by these guys. Two months and $2100 later and my car is broken down in my driveway and I have no form of transportation. I have owned my Cadillac since 2017 it had 8,500 miles on it when I bought it, always had routine maintenance. It only took me to bring it to unity once to destroy my car. All I can say is Beware once you start with them there is no going back. I realize I will never be compensated for all the damage they have caused me the last 2 months and still currently are but I will do my best to expose this fake business.P.S. the customer care they referee you to is a corporate team that will back the dealer and cover for them. Do not go here if you don t want to be ripped off. Once you start with this dealership and they ruin your car you get nothing from customer care to help! A heads up for everyone!!!

The DEF gauge in my 2020 Chevy Silverado doesn t work. It consistently reads full when it s not. I called Chevy headquarters and was informed that it should be covered because of state &/or federal emissions regulations. Unity agreed with above when I dropped off the truck. I requested to be notified before any work was done that was not covered. When I went to pick up the truck, I was given a bill for over $200! The DEF gauge still doesn t work. I do not recommend anyone going to Unity. They are only interested in making money.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Cadillac dealership. After bringing in my vehicle for an issue, they misdiagnosed the problem, which led to unnecessary repairs and expenses. When the issue persisted, I returned, only to be charged again to correct the initial misdiagnosis. The lack of accurate diagnosis and the subsequent double charge for repairs left me feeling frustrated and disheartened with the dealership's service. I expected better from a reputed establishment like Cadillac, and this experience has certainly diminished my trust in their expertise and customer care. I hate my Cadillac I should drive a Toyota but being a veteran I wanted to buy American, big mistake on my part.

Horrible service department. Good luck trying to get a hold of them once you leave your car there. It was suppose to be a couple hours but i didn't get it back till a week later. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me and tell me that it wasn't going to be ready that day.Also, I strongly believe my car did not need the repair they said it needed. Typical scam dealership.

Definitely have to give Jonathan more then 5 stars, super helpful and patient the whole process! Went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was smooth and he had my vehicle looking great which he went the extra mile to clean himself! Really can t thank him enough! If you need a new car he s definitely the go to guy! Also big thanks to Mr Hughes the finance manager for also going above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal & for giving me great service! Couldn t ask for anything better! Thank you again!!!

Went to look at at a 2015 Chevy Silverado, and walked out with keys in hand a couple hours later. Matthew, our sales rep, was really nice!! And he was quite knowledgeable about the truck. Reggie, the finance rep, worked very hard to get us what we needed. So far everything is great and I would recommend this dealership.

Horrendous , if I could leave negative stars I would. I originally went in for a stabiltrak light. No one called me for over 2 weeks. When I was I finally called (after I called them twice to check in) I was told that there were valves in my engine that needed to be repaired but to be sure they needed to charge 2 more hours for a diagnosis. Once they confirmed that it was the valves I was then told it was simple and would be done within the next few days. When I arrived to pick my car up everything seemed fine (even though they skipped washing my car like I was told they would) but as soon as I drove off the lot my car engine over heated completely, I didn t drive more than 3 miles. I brought it back right away and they agreed to fix whatever the problem was as-long as it was them who caused it. 2 days later I got a call from Rob who told me my engine was heating because when the technician Kevin put coolant in, it caused a bubble and none of the coolant was getting to my engine. Now for the second time within a week after Unity Cadillac had my car for a month I was going to get my car, hoping it was fixed but unfortunately again, it was not. After I left the lot for the 3rd time my car was fine for all of 20 miles and the same thing happened again, my engine nearly blew up. My car is still currently at Unity Cadillac after Rob and Jen made me tow it there myself and Rob is now telling me I have a blown radiator and it was nothing to do with what they have done. I ve already paid over a thousand dollars to get my car fixed originally and now that they have destroyed my engine and my car is not drive-able, they want over a thousand dollars again to fix it. Rob in service was extremely rude and could not be bothered to help. I then tried getting help from the service manager, Jen, who could not be bothered with me either. She was extremely rude and did not seem to know anything going on in her shop. I then got sent over to Christian after Jen forwarded my call after she told me to call my own tow after my car broke down for the second time within a week of picking it up from them after they had it for a month. Needless to say, I will never return but I will going to corporate, I will be reporting this dealership, and I will be doing everything in my power to get the word out about this place. Tony Bonnet should be absolutely ashamed of himself as should Rob in service, Jen the service manager, and Kevin the technician. They ruined my car, had me broken down on a highway twice with in a week and will NOT make right by it.This all started September 28th and I still currently don t have my car. Today is October 24thI genuinely hope everyone reads this review and lives by it because this place is truly filled with nothing but dishonest people.

It s a great American car. Chevrolet is not a stranger to my family. I love my car. Kamal chose a great car for me. I love the color. I can handle all my endeavors and feel safe and comfortable. This is my first time buying a car and Unity Cadillac made the process very simple. Johnathan, the sales representative, guided me through step by step and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted in a car. In general, everyone is customer friendly and welcoming. If you're looking to be a car owner, go to them. You will not be disappointed.

My daughter was involved in a car accident with a deer and her car was totalled. We started looking for a new car for her, but there were very few new vehicles available in her price range. We wanted something new for under $25,000 but had no luck. On Saturday June 25 we went to Unity Cadillac- Chevrolet and met with Pete Grohl. They didn't have a Malibu, or much of anything new, but Pete found a lease returned 2020 Chevrolet Trax with 14,000 miles that had just come in. They ran the numbers and gave us a price of around $30,000. A little more than we were looking for but my daughter liked the car and we made the cash deal. Pete and my insurance company worked together and we got her her Trax today (Monday) Thanks again to Pete.

I had to wait over two hours for a simple oil change. Then I had to look around for my car. I was never told it was in the parking lot. It should have been closer as I am 81 years old and had a therapy dog with me.I do not consider this good customer service and I thought I was generous giving a rating of 3 stars.

The entire staff at Unity Cadillac was extraordinary. The sale associate, Peter took time to fully understand my mother in law s needs and desires. His patience was remarkable. The negotiation process was actually pleasant and we were very satisfied with the outcome. The finance team at delivery explained every aspect of the purchase in full detail. And the car is a dream. My mother in law is thrilled with it. Thanks to the entire Unity Cadillac team for making this purchase such a pleasant experience.

Unity is a great car dealership to purchase a new or used car. The staff is very professional. The place is organized and clean. When conducting business, just remember that your experience is what you make of it. Have patience and be prepared to wait when you walk into any dealership. Know exactly what vehicle you want and how much you are willing to spend. Jonathan, the salesman, is extremely professional, and courteous. With his help and expertise, I was able to purchase a brand new vehicle the same day.
