We are a Harley-Davidson dealership in Portugal. We have ordered from this company in order to fulfill an order for a client for some parts that HD no longer produces. They gave us a quote for the parts for 500$. They then, without notice, have charged us 1515$ for shipping charges. We have questioned this company for several occasion by email and couldn t get a single answer.Please be aware!

TEDD CYCLE, INC.Somehow they are linked to Drake Cycle Company 910 Ploof Drive, Hueytown, AL.I Purchased a 98" Evo big bore cylinder kit through Ebay.I received two cylinders with different bores, and piston assemblies that weren't even close to the bore specs and were unusable junk. Even the rings were out of spec.It was like theGuy pulled a bunch of parts off the rack and labeled them new.I tried to contact him with zero response.This facility is totally out to screw you. You've been warned, don't take a chance with these crooks.

We had a question pertaining to a fitment for a custom build. Several years ago I was left on the lamb for information and was hesitate to call expecting the same. This time I was informed they would get back to me when they had their tech get me the proper information . Not more then a hour I was given the information. On their game Response was quick and accurate and our custom build rolled out our door perfect.

First time calling, And the last time!They have parts on E-bay so I called to make sure it was a perfect fit. Was trying to explain why I called before I finished she interrupted me. Extremely Rude tone I hope here cornflakes are cleaner tomorrow!Fraser

Don't buy anything from V-twin if you expect to get any Tech assistance with the products they make! I just called with an installation question and was told to contact dealer I bought the part from. When I asked if they had any technical info about the part THEY made. I was told "NO, contact the dealer, we have no information".

To begin with I purchased this service (along with new fork tubes) back on Mar. 9th from The Moto Hub was instructed on the 11th (by Rob I guess he works in your customer service) to send them to Tedd Cycle/Motorshop 9 Scobie Dr Newburgh NY 12550 RA #RA113531.They received them on the 13th., Four weeks later I inquired about them and was told they misplaced them. Two days later I'm told they found them and they would start on them asap. A couple days later Rob calls and says that I need to buy some more parts to fix my forks correctly. This was not a problem as I want them done right.What is a problem is that this was 2 weeks ago I was told (again by Rob) at the beginning of this week they would finish them and ship this week and he would forward the tracking # when he received it from V-Twin. You would think after misplacing my fork legs to begin with for 3 weeks they and Rob would show some urgency to finish this job and ship it to the customer BUT NO by the time you read this tomorrow it will be Fri and this will drag on out to 7 weeks. I'm not pleased with either Moto Hubs or V-Twin service and I intend to voice my opinion on your Facebook page and any where else I can.

Bought a burkhardt magneto for my shovelhead nothing was even close to fitting properly machining was terrible not even closeTed is a crook and continues selling bad mismatched parts instead of making right . Wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from Ted's cycle

Ehhhhh...well dont call even as a vendor the staff will tell you they dont want to look up part numbers to do it for them and call back so you go online and you cannot look up numbers because you dont have a login and password....after you just told them you lost it. So even having an account with them they are too lazy to work with you...would not recommend

Ordered magneto parts came from tedd cycle V-twin parts all of the hardware was incorrect and they were all cheep junk .For what I paid The junk should be correct ,beware of any V-Twin parts.They sell a lot of the correct hardware but not with the magneto assembly they sold me and could not get any one to address the problem because they have no costumer service and don't care.

I called and got turned down to speak with anyone for parts/tech support because I wasn t a dealer!! I was going to order parts but had a question. Well I guess they don t like money to much so I ll bring my business some where else! !!!
