Great place for outdoor tools. They just delivered my new Ariens Zero Turn and bagger. I got out yesterday to give a quick mow and suck up remaining leaves and twigs. They are very helpful and made sure I ended up with the right unit for my yard. Delivery guy was great and very helpful. Return customer, my second mower and a snowblower from them.

Came in there to buy my first zero turn lawn mower the other day. Dave jr and "Chip" were both very helpful in assisting and I felt right at home as a customer going in there for my first time. Experience was very pleasent and I highly recommend anyone in need of any type of home and lawn power equipment come by to Sherwoods and let them take care of you. I Didn't feel pressured to buy any upgraded machinery or anything and they definitely talked me through what the right machine would be for me in my house couldn't ask for more.

5 stars all aroundThese guys know what they are talking about. They are the Pinnacle of knowledge, experience, integrity, and expertise. Today I bought a Shindaiwa 600sx to replace my 15 year old Stihl ms390 and I couldn't be happier. Dave and Chip are extremely knowledgeable and will not hesitate to answer or explain any question or concern. 5 stars. Thank you!

Chip, Dave and the rest of the employees at Sherwood s are excellent at what they do. They re VERY knowledgeable, they know how to treat a customer and, more importantly, know how to keep them. They service my mower every year and they call me each Spring as a friendly reminder. I recently had an issue with the fuel lines and they picked it up on a Thursday night and returned it the next day all ready to go so my lawn didn t look like a jungle. If you need any sort of lawn/outdoor maintenance equipment, in any price range, look no further! HIGHLY recommended!

I have been in the lawn care and landscaping business for over 20 years. Sherwood's has always been my go to place for power equipment purchases and repairs. Everyone at Sherwood's Power Equipment is knowledgeable, friendly and competent.

Chip and David are top notch . I have a machine that has a Kawasaki fr730v on it. I needed push Rods and valve adjustments. They completed the job in a very timely manner.price was very reasonable, considering my machine did not originate from them. They still treated me like it had. I highly recommend Sherwood power equipment, it seems no job is to small. I am a residential customer they treated me like i was a longtime landscaper with 5 machines. Well done Sherwood's.

We recently were in need of a new snowblower after our 1972 Airens died in the middle of January. Yes we could have went to a box store, but would have never got the service and knowledge that Chip and his staff provided us. If ever in need of anything lawn related please go see Sherwoods you won't be disappointed. I've also heard Chip treats his employees very well too, as you don't hear that to often these days it was great to hear. Also it's great to support our local businesses.

Spoke to Dave about replacing an existing walk-behind with a ZTR. He spent the time explaining what would be best to suit my needs and answered any financial questions that I had. Bought my first mower there 26 years ago. A great local business serving the region.

I own a small lawn service business, 14 years ago I purchased my first commercial mower at Sherwood's and throughout the years purchased different peices of equipment from the Sherwood family owned business and I just purchased my new Billy Goat blower today. They are very professional, knowledgeable and care about the customer and aim to please. Dealing with Chip and his son Dave over the years has always been a great experience and I definitely recommend contractor or home owner to go to Sherwood's Power for all their power equipment needs.

Knowledgeable, honest, friendly. Only place I will take my Stihl. They get busy because they are so good, but I could deal with the turnaround. Plan in advance of the busy Spring season if you need a quick turnaround. Still absolutely 5-stars.

Sherwood's is awesome. I was looking for a particular type of Stihl saw chain that I couldn't find in my area, which is the West coast. I gave them a call based off of a reference from a comment to a Youtube video. I spoke with a extremely helpful and knowledgeable person who was able to order exactly what I wanted and shipped it to me in a very timely manner. If you are having a hard time finding something, give Sherwood's a call. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Chip has vast knowledge about all equipment he sells or has sold in the past and more. He will take the time to explain anything you ask him. If you want quality equipment, service, and advice this is the place to go.

Awesome place and even better customer service! I was in the market for a new snowblower and I spent about 45min on 2 different occasions talking with the staff about my options. Let's be honest as homeowners it's a big expense that we really don't like making. They were more then happy to not only answer my questions but offer advice on what may be the right choice. There's a place that closer than me in Newburgh that I drive past to go here becauseyou can barely get the time of day from them. Sherwood is my goto spot for anything power equipment related!

bought a snowblower from this guy on ebay, for a great price.. very honest dude even showed me how it worked and helped me load it into the truck with out even asking.. google maps was pretty off in finding his location.. hope to do business with him again!- thanks,mike (wappingers falls)
