My wife & I purchased a 2008 Honda Pilot about 5 years ago with about 150,000 miles on it from Debra and we are happy to say that it is still running well with just over 220,000 miles on it so far. We also just purchased a 2018 Nissan Altima and it drives very well. Our experiences with buying used cars with Debra have been very good.

Great price, service and happy customers! My daughter was seeking a used car within her budget. I went to a number of local dealers with no luck. We happened to pass by here and took a test drive from a number of nice options. Cars were clean and functioned well. We purchased a car and at this time the car is running awesome!

Great experience, friendly staff! Been going there for many years! Bought over 20 cars there over the years, gr8 prices! Sometimes I have work on cars but to be expected for the price.Cars come immaculate.

They knowingly sold a lemon to my family friend. She began dealing with issues after month 1 but thought hey I purchased a cheaper car and invested more money into the car. At the month and a half it completed stopped working and the battery or engine had completely blown. Upon asking them to remedy this issue they reminded her that she was at the month and a half mark and they didn t help, offer a credit, or even apologizefor the inconvenience. Id like to state they sold her this car on false pretenses knowing that she would not know how to tell a good car from a lemon. She invested her whole savings into that car and is now forced to catch rides from all of her friends and family to work, events, etc. This was a very negative situation and has definitely left a bad taste in all of our mouths.

DISHONEST. DISRESPECTFUL. STAY AWAY.We purchase a car from them and they have us a month warranty. The day we got the car the car had a bunch of issues. Their own mechanic told us the transmission was bad. We took it the car 2 different mechanics and they said the same thing. They took the car and reset the sensors. I picked up the car and the sensors are back on . The man went ballistic, that he rather see us in court than to deal with us, that we had to drive the car 100 miles before he did anything . That it was his rules, and if I kept it up that I was messing up my changes of getting anything done. We can t drive it bc the car won t pass inspection. They kicked us out and cursed us out. We were never rude, we just wanted the car fixed. They will blatantly belittle you and attempt to have a screaming match, please stay away from this place. Also the city of Newburgh police won t do anything bc they as a business can deny service to anyone .

This is why used car salesmen get a bad reputation. The owner is a crook. Dishonest and a real fraud. He s aggressive and disrespectful. Don t buy a car here.

I wouldn t buy a car from these people very unprofessional I bought a car for 8,000 so call good car they say they just put Everything newWhen I took the car window and radio didn t work.. was told to take it in they will fix only fixed my windowAnd never called me back for the radioMind you we only have 30 days so they fix with chargingBefore the 30 days my car need has a leak in the brakes the power steering wheel had a hole so it was leaking and check engine on and when you go to them they always have a sign up be back in 30 minsDon t buy no cars from them ya better off going somewhere else

These people are disgusting. They sold my sister a lemon. I d go anywhere else if your looking for a car. They don t care if the car you buy from them is safe my sister broke down on a bridge not even a month after purchasing from them. They re only after your money. They deserve to be shut down idk how they re still in business selling cars that they know don't work to people that don t know any better.

12 years ago I went there to buy my daughter her first car here it is 12 years later and we are at dinner talking about the horrific experience we had with the psychotic owners Best of luck stay away.****ummm, no not a fake review Came in to buy my daughter a jeep that was there. Brakes were grinding when we took it for a test drive When I asked you if the brakes would be fixed when we picked it up you got IRATE and told us to get the hell out Truthfully the strangest, scariest, weirdest experience I ve ever had at a car dealer. We still talk about it to this day.

Stay away from this place. They rip people off, and when you bring any damages to their attention they have nasty attitudes and refuses to help.I bought my vehicle there and two days later my car stopped working right before I got to exit 16 on the thruway, I went back to QUASSAICK and the owner was so nasty blaming me for the damages and refused to give me back my $6000 spent!, so I was force to buy another vehicle after having to add 2500 extra dollars. The cars may looks nice but they prep them just enough to take your money and let you drive out of there, but once you re home it all kicks in. Stay away! you will regret it!! Especially young adults looking to buy a car for school with their parents hard earned money.

Gave my daughter money to buy a car which seemed reasonable for the year and price. Ran well, and no service lights on and fully inspected. She bought the car and everything went smooth. Well, until we found out he turned the check engine light off prior to parking the car before we bought it. Came on. and needed extensive work. The owner? WHAT A POS! She closed the door in my daughters face when she was knocking on the glass. Then she turned out the lights and went out the back w Billy- the other owner -at least we think. Refuse to answer phone calls return any messages. DON'T EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESES CROOKS! They would screw their own relatives if given the chance......$500+ and the light is still not staying off. All we have left is one more fix and it should be off for good. These people should be in jail.

All these reviews are spot on. These people are SCUMBAGS!!! they sell you cars that should not pass inspection but yet they have the stickers on them.I bought a 2002 crv and had numerous problems with it within days of purchase. Had the car back to them numerous times and would be told it was fixed,but it wouldn't be. Then the rude owner would go nuts saying "what do you want ? It's a used car " needless to say ,it's 5 months later and I have spent the amount the car cost me on repairs. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER GUARANTEED!!!!!!

I don't know about others, but I have bought about 6 cars from here over the years, and sure, some need some additional work, but I have 2 of them currently for over 4 years. I bought a van from them and ended up selling it 4 years later for $300 less than what I paid for it. Anytime you buy a used car from anywhere, you need to either know what your looking at or have a mechanic come with you. These folks, like other dealer buy cars from the auction and they sell quick. If you know what your looking at, then you will know if you are buying a good vehicle or not. Most cars they sell, they sell at way below book value, so if you have to put some money into them, then it is still worth every penny.

I am on my 5th maybe 6th purchase since 2003. I have had EXCELLENT experiences each and every single time. The dealers are fair , experienced and if something needs adjusting or repair they are good for it. I most definitely recommend and will return in the future. Thank you for the great deals.

This is my second purchase from them. First was a 2008 mazda CX-7. Very nice car never had a problem with it. It did have an oil leak when I bought it but didn't bother me. I just purchased a 2010 chevy hhr and that's a really nice car too. Very happy with the vehicles I bought the service was good idk why peopes reviews are so harsh but im please with there business.

I bought 2 cars from here, just my luck I got into an accident both times , both cars totaled. Came one last time, very confident in my last buy, looked into a Jeep Liberty, something I thought would be a good fit with me and my "wreckless" driving , got the okay for inspection from my mechanics down the street, went back to pay the car off to take it home & my dad got cursed out by the guy and said " f*** you, I'm not selling you this car anymore ". As the car is for me I tried to talk to him, reason with him that I will pay, nothing. The wife came, VERY RUDE told me to take my money back or she's leaving and I will never get the money back. I took my money back and now I am stuck with no car. Terrible TERRIBLE service , not worth the stress and aggravation. I do not recommend them at all.

I bought a 2007 Mazda and it had a clicking sound, that thief lady said there was nothing wrong. I have spent almost 8,000 in repairs and almost killed myself because the tire popped out.. I should've sued them thief's.. They should make sure to fix the cars before selling or being honest about what's wrong with the danm cars and stop ripping people off!!! The same way they steal our money that's the same way they will loose it for being miserable people!!

I went to this place Saturday and was shocked by the owners attitude. He was nice at first but he was dealing with a previous customer that was coming to get something fixed on a car he purchased. The cops were called so I stepped aside for them to finish. The whole time the owner was yelling and cursing at the police and the customer. After they left he continued to be upset so I suggested for him to calm down so he could tend to his other customers, he then told me to leave if I had a problem with him. He stated that he didn't want my business. I would never go here again.

DO NOT GO HERE. believe the bad reviews because they are true. i bought a nice looking 2004 mazda from here. it sounded great on the test drive. As soon as I got into higher gears and speed, the check engine light came on. I brought it in to be fixed, when I tried ot tell them what was wrong they assumed they knew about it all and didn't let me finish telling them what i was feeling and noticing (RUDE.) I also told them to replace the rotors because they were completely rusted and i felt push back on the brake pedal (Again, they did not listen to my concern just cut me off and said alright we'll check them) They said it was just rust they're fine. (well, if you listened the first time you would have known that there was push back from the brake pedal indicating a rotor issue.When the car was finally done (after not being called with an update of what the issue was. I had to call twice) I picked it up. and again the engine light came on at higher gears and speeds.I immediately brought it back (both times I picked it up, I drove no more than 10 miles) I called this morning to tell them what was wrong, said fix it right this time or give me my money back because you're rude and not doing your job. was told that money back was not an option. (not an option? anything is an option with the right lawyer) I then continued ot say that if its not done right there's going to a lot more issues than just me calling and demanding it be fixed.They are extremely rude on the phone. They do not care about customer care. As soon as you sound a little upset wanting answer they hang up the phone.UNBELIEVABLE. do not buy from here they are CROOKS!!!!

Two bad experiences with these guys. One was a long time ago. I bought a car, knowing not much at the time, I thought I was getting a good deal. Within weeks of owning the car, I had to replace the belts, the car would stall and eventually wouldn't start. Eventually I was told the car needed a host of work before it would be drivable. Years later I go back, thinking maybe just one bad car. I'm looking at a car I really like and I have the cash to buy in my pocket. The guy let me hear the car run, but then when I asked for a test drive, he snatched the keys, caught an attitude with me and said "If you really need to test drive this car, your obviously not ready to buy it." I vowed to never shop for a car here again.

These people are robbers and very unprofessional she sold me a vehicle that has holes in the muffler no heating system keep in mind this is New York State also a bad transmission all around a terrible car and she is giving me a hard time with refunding me my money. She is such a sweet criminal I ve only had the car for less than 14 days. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE.

Been buying cars here for 35+ yrs. When you know its a auction car test it out. Know a lil something about cars and you will be very satisfied with your purchase. If you dont know about cars take someone with you that does. The owners are nice people. Many of the customers they have to deal with aren't.

My son got a jeep from these creeps. The owner said ain't it a beauty. He was the nicest man till he got the MONEYWe returned to be treated as animals just as the owners are. A man came in to buy a car and I said don't do it they sell junk. The jeep for $2500 ended in a scrap yardEveryone should get together and sue these ANIMALS

Wish 0 stars was an option. This place is THE WORST business in the county. Bait and switch. How he's able to stay in business is beyond me. Lies, cheats sells unsafe cars. Was taken to court and he walked away Scot free. All cars are hazardous. He's disrespectful, doesn't allow you to take the car to be checked by your mechanic.makes promises that he has no plans of keeping. The karma coming his way will be TREMENDOUS. You cannot continue to ROB LIE STEAL CHEAT AND SWINDLE people out of their hard earned money. How you're able to sleep at night is questionable. Your nights ad says will be wrought with aches pains discomfort and all the malice that you have caused will fall on the generations to come.

I will never buy another car from them . they are rude, and when i tried to get my money back it was a problem. also they wouldn't give me a cover letter stating i Never took the car off the lot to get my money back from my insurance.

Bought a car from them in January Chevy Cruze which the lady said you just need to do an oil change , mind there was no engine light on I purchased the car and two days later engine light turned on and boy will I tell you I ve been through hell with these people they have had my car to fix clear codes 6 times since January when they give the car back engine light turns on maybe two days later I ve recorded them and every time I brought the car really horrible service and people looking to get over on others
