I just wanted to thank one of your employees.He went above them beyond a day. I was threatened at the fuel pump with a gun an spit on a kick he called call the authorities for me? I didn't get it named White gentleman 30s, Really nice guy.He's gonna get employee of the year. You got my vote.Was about 2 to 3 o'clock today. Everybody in the store will remember it. This is the guy that threat to me

I m a truck driver , as someone else already said this truck stop has a bad layout. Very tight almost too tight for truck drivers like my self to blindside , 45,90 degree backing. Employees are very nice but us truckers need more space to back into spaces

Worst truck stop layout. Never seen so many drivers not capable of backing. Was a circus at 15:00. Woke to see a local cop parked in lot. Great place for doehead drivers to to unite.

There aren't too many truck stops in this region. This one is a little on the small side, but if you get here early you ought to be able to get decent parking. Place was reasonably clean. Staff very friendly.Arby's on site and a great diner across the street.

Very convenient stop Right off of 84. It's a large facility with a wide variety of products and necessities for the truck drivers and pedestrians alike. The facility was really clean and the onstaff personal was very polite and helpful. Highly recommend store to prepare for your work day or raid trip.

For a small truck stop it wasn't bad and lacking in the usual ways. Cleanliness both in the store at the pumps and in the connected Arbys was below par but no surprise.Parking design was limited to the snap of the property which was pretty narrow for a truck stop. Pretty tight spots and having to circumvent the entire parking area to get to the diesel pumps was fun. Not really!Staff here although friendly is on auto pilot.Just grabbed supper at the Arbys and was nice to be able to use my Pilot rewards card to pay for supper. Not happy about my eat in meal shoved at me in 2 to go bags. Oh Well!Going to eat my meal inside and take a shower in the morning and see how that goes.

Need to fire the guy named Lopez for harassing people during a shower and walking in on people demanding to get out. How does pilot even put up with that that s a lawsuit waiting to happen. Waiting for this guy to clean showers and the line is 18 people

Its a clean place. Parking lot fairly maintained. Too much reserve spots. Arby.s backs up but so do the fuel islands in the U turn of horror lol. Gett your s ready .. Dog friendly walk the whole lot twice 0.85 mi.. Saw a driver jogging in the parking lot. Awesum sauce. Staff was nice lovely tone. Lounge is no lounge waiting area for laundry. . Basic

I agree with the other drivers the layout sucks the fuel station was backed up took 45 minutes to get fuel. Employees very nice

Good Sunday morning. My wife and I pulled into pilot store# 394 last night and had the best experience ever thanks to store manager Will. He allowed us to park up front to the store due to my wife's disability so she didn't have to walk very far. Hats off to you Will for your great personality and displaying impeccable professionalism. Place went downhill fast after they remodeled it, few of the employees, especially the managers,need an attitude check,if it wasn't for the customers they wouldn't have a job and the self checkout is a joke. Complete waste of time.

Hello! I visited the Newburgh Pilot Travel Center today and wanted to leave a review. Very well stocked with any and everything you could need. Sparkling clean in the store and bathrooms. Friendly staff as well. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

2017-08-28 truck parking is tight and fuel alleys as well. Non parking designated areas are limited to 3 hrs max. I f you are a HALAL FOODS eater , they sell Halal meat choices in your deli menu. Very professional employees.

Wow , best customer service ever and professional service rendered by Will @ Pilot-store#394. He s so nice and coordinated the store well. Wish all other stores could have people like him to help put more smiles on our faces all professional drivers! . Keep it up, Will and keep it up PILOT TRAVEL CENTER.

Very tight parking spots for trucks and cars. Not much room to maneuver around. Definitely want to be alert and aware of your surroundings because sometimes people come flying through parking lots. Very limited space for for fueling up and putting air in your tires. Inside of store is okay with stuff and foods to purchase.

I used to love this pilot. But shower prep is slow, the pumps aren't working properly. I was next in line for a shower for almost an hour, I had to just leave. Guess I'll stink today and try again somewhere else tomorrow.

Clean, there is good fresh-ground coffee.Gas prices are mid-range.There is Arby s for lunch and dinner open in the am hours, not the biggest fan, but it s something.

This place is an absolute nightmare. Drivers had the parking lot and entrance to the fuel pumps backed up all the way to the main road trying to park. The store was clean and well stocked and extremely busy as well.

Bad management. People work this place are very slow and don t care about the drivers. Showers you have to wait them 2+hours:( ridiculous!

Reserved a shower and was waiting over one hour until I realized that the worker up at front was selling showers to other drivers on the side to cut the line. Drivers coming in and out of the shower but the number on the screen never moved or changed because they were skipping people in.

Staff are courteous and non-invasive. Showers are clean and hot. Coffee bar has all the right creamers. Parking lot is a mess. Lines at the fuel aisle are constant.

TICKS Just a warning to anyone with dogs took my dogs out for a quick bathroom breakAnd when I got back to my truck I noticed they were covered in ticks .

It wouldn t be such a mad house if people would stop parking at the fuel island! The place is tiny but have some damn respect for other drivers that don t have the time to piss fart around. You are a pos if you sit at the fuel island for your breaks. And the staff apparently doesn t know how to empty trash cans or make sure the fuel island is flowing well.

Very nice people, nice area. Showers & Restrooms pretty clean, Staff very attentive & respectful Food is Arby s Not Bad. The only thing I can complain is WHY ARE THERE IN THEIR PARKING LOT TOO MANY DROPPED TRAILERS? I paid 2 nights for Reserved Parking ($21.63 each, It s Not Cheap) & finally this morning (Sunday) I was able to move to a free space. Today I counted 9 Drop Trailers on FREE Spaces, I mean I know that sometimes Drivers Drop their Trailers to go to a nearby Walmart Restaurant etc (I do it sometimes but following the Protocol I go inside & ask the management if I can Drop my Trailer) but They ve been Dropped here since Friday Night that I got here! Staff inside is unaware of this, But Pilot is making good Money on Reserved Parking on us, I hope they can do something about it for other Drivers that really need a free Spot to Rest!

I did more than 34 reset here because my life is going exactly how I want it atm. Anyway store is nice, remodeled, but truck diesel is a nightmare to get in and out. And the parking is tight. They can simply resolve both issues simultaneously by removing half of the middle row... But you know
