Ben is an excellent businessman concerned about doing the finest repair work for his customers. The quality of the work done on my car returned the vehicle to looking brand new. Quality service is also provided as the shop thoroughly and completely cleans the interior of the car. The car was not this clean since I first drove it off from the car dealer. Thank you for the quality service Ben.

Papaleo's repaired my X5 M Competition back to better than brand new when I unfortunately hit a deer back in December. I, hands down, would recommend this shop. Benny and his team did an absolutely stunning repair job and made sure that nothing but the best was used on my car to restore it back to original. This is my second time bringing one of my vehicles to this shop and every time I am beyond impressed by the end result. Really bad mishap with the front of the car Ben and his crew gave me my car back this morning and it is showroom beautiful the bad boo-boo and all the scratches are gone!Papaleos should be your go-to for ANY of your dinks and dents! They are professionals and simply phenomenal!

I am so happy with my experience at Papaleo's. My brand new Ram Promaster was hit by a drunk driver in Aug 2021. I was able to quickly engage the team at Papaleo's and get parts ordered for the repair. Benny and Adrianna were great at handling getting everything covered by the other drivers insurance company. Due to circumstances out of their control (pandemic related supply chain issues) it took quite some time to get the parts, but as soon as they were in they worked quickly to get my extensive repair completed and did an excellent job. The repair required over 100 hours of body work and I could not be happier. Thank you again to Benny and your team!Service: Body & Trim

If you want your car back better than brand new, Papaleos is where you need to go.Such beautiful, high quality care and work from this professional and experienced team. They did an absolutely amazing job repainting my brand new car after the entire side was left with a key scratch. From the first day I was towed in (at 5:00am), to the day it was completed, the staff at Papaleo's were extremely courteous and the consummate professionals. Their work, conducted in a state-of-the-art facility, is meticulous. They also made dealing with the insurance company less irritating, assuring me my vehicle would be repaired correctly, and with quality repair parts. I want to share my experience with all , and tell you all how great this place is. Ben was my agent, and working with him has made my problem a lot smaller after dealing with Progressive Car Insurance who was making my life harder after my Car Collison. Ben went above and beyond to make sure I had all the right information to get back a fair estimate from Progressive who was trying to give me the smallest amount that wasn't even reliable. Thank you for everything Ben, I really appreciate the service here. And would give 10 stars if it was possible.

This is a great auto body shop with very kind and caring and honest people and mechanics. My car, which got totaled while it was parked (hit by a speeding car) was towed to their shop, it was unrepairedly damaged. Benny personally made sure I got a very fair estimate from the other insurance company s adjuster. Papaleos Is an extremely professional auto body service. They did a wonderful job repairing my car after a devastating accident. When finished, the car looked perfect as though it had never been hit. My steering had also been damaged and they did a wonderful job on repairing that as well. Ben, one of the owners, was extremely caring, courteous, and sensitive to my predicament. Ben s the man. He helped me out a great deal. My car needed to be in the shop for an additional two weeks and I had to return my rental. Ben said I will rent you a vehicle for free. Man I appreciated that so much, without that I would have been up the creek with no paddle.
