I've been taking my car there for warranty services. So far, no problems. I will continue taking it there after the warranty services are completed. However, I will closely monitor their pricing. I will not pay for three hours to change a filter where it takes them less than 10 minutes.

Purchased my handicap lift equipped van from out of state. Brought it to Newburgh Toyota for warranty repairs. Asst. Service Manager, John Stinson, was very professional & courteous as he explained how warranty repairs would work. He personally dealt with dealership where van was purchased and took care of all the paperwork so I wouldn't be billed. Very positive experience.

I was very impressed by Newburgh.Toyota uses a white paint that has a major defect: it does not stick to the car, but peels off in large quantities.I live 60 minutes away from Newburgh and use a different Toyota service center. I owned my 2014 preowned car for about six months before I saw the paint was coming off and discovered that Toyota has a program to repaint because this is a big defect. Unfortunately for me my car was preowned and had already been repainted once in Newburgh. I had to return to Newburgh to get my painting job done.Things didn t look so good because this is such a huge problem for Toyota. I was told that I might have to wait a year to get it re-painted. I brought it in a second day to show additional paint that had come off the roof since they looked at it the first time- the manager made a decision to send it to the body shop immediately. In about two weeks time since he first assessed the car, almost the entire roof had peeled down to the primer. He saw a bad situation developing because that was part that they had already re-painted before.I was very grateful for his decisiveness, and for the friendliness of the adviser I worked with. It didn t take long for them to understand how much out of my way this was taking me with a 60 minute drive on super highway each time I went. I got a loaner for what I think was five weeks and now my car is Repainted in the places that were peeling and I m so far satisfied. Hoping that the problem has been completely rectified. They even helped me out with a head lamp lens restoration because my 2014 lenses were so clouded that they weren t shining very brightly on dark roads at night. I m satisfied with the outcome of that also.

It took them over 2 hours to perform a lube, oil & filter change, & tire rotation even though I had an appointment...they did wash the truck after their work. However they couldn't be bothered to set the correct tire pressure. Personally I can't recommend them based on this experience & I'm not sure that I'd go there again. I even checked on a price with the parts department & then found the same item on-line for less than half their quoted price.

Stephen Gillis, our salesperson, was friendly, answered all my questions, reponded promptly to texts and emails. Made the process of purchasing a new vehicle very easy. Finance dept worked with us to get the best possible trade in and deal. No high pressured tactics from anyone we delt with. Would recommend them highly.

Service department is incredibly helpful and professional. The waiting room is fabulous. They have a computer area, coffee station, sitting lounge with a tv and wyfi. The let you know often how your car is doing. If it's an all day, they have a car service that drops you off and picks you up. Once when my car needed a few items, I was dropped off at my salon and had my hair cut dyed and nails done... multitasking was accomplished. But most important...my car is always in perfect running condition when I leave. A great place to buy a car and continue with the service .

Newburgh Toyota is the only Toyota dealer I will give business to. We have worked with Eduardo in the sales department multiple times and he is simply the easiest person to work with. He is very knowledgeable and honest and he will work with you to help you understand the process. The whole team is great, from sales, to finance, and then servicing your car with them is a breeze!

Newburgh Toyota provided me the best new car buying experience I've ever had. Salesperson Stephen Gill, sales manager John, and finance manager Randy all do a wonderful job listening to the customer's needs and working to make sure that you're happy. Even when you drive off the lot, they're always there to support you. Not once did I ever feel uncomfortable, intimidated, or pressured into doing anything that I didn't want to do with my car purchase. I strongly suggest working with Newburgh Toyota for your next new car.

My experience is only with the parts Dept, so YMMV with sales. With that said, the parts Dept is simply the best, they'll search nationwide for what you need, be it $3 or $300. Friendly, courteous, and for the 1st time in my life getting dealer only parts for a 25 year old car was great, met with enthusiasm and not as if I'm punishing them by asking for something. A real contrast to some of the stealerships around, if I run into a job I can't handle I won't hesitate to bring or tow my baby there. Clean bays, spotless actually. Very telling imo how people keep their word area.Tl,dr - get your parts here over any other Toyota dealer, well worth it especially with a classic car.

I recently purchased a car at Newburgh Toyota. My car was totaled in an accident when a woman ran a red light. My insurance company would only cover me for a rental car for one week. When my new car was delayed at the factory, Newburgh Toyota gave me a loaner to use until my new car came in. When the new car was further delayed due to a part that had to be ordered and would be delayed 3-4 weeks, they located the exact car I had ordered from another dealership. During the whole process everyone went out of their way to help and kept n touch with me. Since my previous car was also a Toyota I have worked with their service department -who are wonderful-and this was an important part of my decision in buying another Toyota. I would highly recommend this dealership.

love the people here but your price to get a flat fixed and to purchase a tire to replace it is pathetic. One tire. $193.14 ...l have been a Toyota customer since 1998. Time to look elsewhere?

ONCE AGAIN NEWBURGH TOYOTA HAS MANAGED TO PROVIDE ME WITH EXCEPTIONAL WORK ON MY VEHICLES I CAN BE THERE ALL DAY AND WAIT FOR MY CAR TO GET FIXED IF I HAD TO. THE LOUNGE IS HOMEY COMFORTABLE QUIET AND THEM COMING OUT TO LET ME KNOW WHATS GOING ON THROUGH OUT THE REPAIRS LETS ME KNOW THERE TAKING CARE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE I HAVE 3 VEHICLES I PURCHASED FROM THEM AND DO NOT HAVE NO REGRETS TY NEWBURGH TOYOTA COMING FOR MY FOURTH REALL SOON TOM REILY IS MY SALES REP HES AWESOME
