Evan was a great sales rep. Pleasant calm and knowledgeable. He was confident and easy to talk to. My daughter loves her new Corolla Night Shade Edition and we will always remember the excellent experience we had purchasing her first car. The finance person Randy was very helpful and pleasant as well. Five stars

Eddie and Tracy were absolutely terrific helping me trade in my bolt and putting me into a new Corolla Cross. They were both patient knowledgeable and I felt they were very straightforward. Very happy!

This dealership is great if you need a reminder to stay away from dealerships. The entitled parts manager refused to sell me a part because he assumed I wouldn't be able to install it nor had the proper insurance. Never showed me a written policy nor anything similar. The foul language was unnecessary as well. The gentleman at the parts counter, in contrast, was very professional and helpful. Hope he gets promoted.Edit/Response: The battery had been properly disconnected and the high voltage system disabled. Driving a car with a hybrid battery installed is arguably more dangerous. Still not an excuse for the foul language. I'd also suggest having a more clear and written out policy that can be shared over the phone or during the initial visit. I ended up having to take time off just to be told I couldn't go through with the sale.

Bought my first Toyota here and had the best car buying experience. Dorian was a phenomenal salesman and extremely patient. He explained all my options and worked with me to find the best car for my needs and price range. Randy in the financial department was very helpful in explaining all the costs and paperwork needed. I highly recommend coming here to purchase a new vehicle!

Nelson at Toyota of Newburgh is one of the best Sales associates I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He made my car buying experience stress free and enjoyable. A big part of my great experience as a repeat customer is majority of the staff from 8 years ago is still working here. Dorian Torres was my sales representative for my first purchase with Newburgh Toyota and he was this time as well. To be honest he s the reason I came back here. While everyone I worked with from start to finish was great, Dorian s positive attitude and knowledge to help me get into the specific model I needed for work was what helped close our deal. I highly recommend Toyota in general but this dealership especially!

Working with Evan was great. He s very knowledgeable about all the vehicles at Toyota Newburgh. Answered all our questions. Took his time showing us the truck and explained everything to us. He worked around our schedule and took care of all the paperwork so we had very little to do when we picked up our truck. Highly recommend Toyota Newburgh and would definitely work with Evan again.

I recently purchased a certified used Toyota Camry from Steve Gill. Steve is a professional, respectful, salesman. I never felt pressured during our transaction. He was upfront with everything. Steve is a credit to Newburgh Toyota. We will always recommend him to friends and family. Randy Holt is equally great to work with. Everything was ready to go when I entered the finance office. There were no hidden fees. The transaction was smooth and painless. I have never had such a wonderful dealer experience in all of the years that I have purchased vehicles. My family has purchased 4 vehicles from your dealership. We will continue to do so in the future. The parts and service departments are great as well. I rate my dealer experience a 10.

Had an amazing experience getting my new Corolla Cross Hybrid 2024. Nelson and Ricky were amazing explaining the paperwork and vehicle features. Both very pleasant and answer all my questions. If you want a smooth, informative and no stress environment please ask for Nelson and Ricky. In general from the moment I step into the facility I was greeted with the upmost respect and kind attention. From the front desk to all the staff that was near me, I thank you all for making this an amazing experience.

I just purchased my fourth Toyota Camry from Newburgh Toyota. Nelson Rivera was my salesperson for each purchase. Nelson is most knwledgeable and honest, and attentive, and I would not consider using any other salesperson. He answers all of my questions and has provided me with support, even years after the sale has been concluded. He is my go to guy. No frustrating haggling - he knows my needs and wants in an auto and has provided me with outstanding service and support through these many years and four Camry purchases. I highly recommend you seek him out when purchasing or leasing your next Toyota.

Spending the day during total eclipse was worth it. My experience with with Janice Eckert sales consultant made my third purchase of a RAV4 hybrid seamless. From walking in and sitting down for the financials makes me a return customer. I drove home a very satisfied customer. Thank you Newburgh Toyota for being so professional.

Super happy with the GR Corolla I purchased from Eduardo and Kristin. I love the car and it s an excellent value at it s MSRP but many dealers around were marking them up (thankfully not so much anymore). I called around and found out Newburgh Toyota was selling them at MSRP. I spoke with Kristin who put me on their list to be notified when one was coming in.About a month or two later I got a call that they had one coming in and they asked if I was still interested. I said I was, so Eduardo gave me a call. He said that they were going down their list of people in line for the car and if I wanted it I would need to put down a non-refundable deposit of $1000 witching 15 minutes or it would be sold to someone else. I was a little uncomfortable making a $40,000 decision under such pressure but knew I liked the car so I went for it. I was super excited about the dealer fees being so low after experiencing other dealers trying to charge exorbitant fees.While waiting for the car I asked that they not drill the bumper or affix a front plate one it arrived, they did. I had to setup the insurance on my own. I told them the rates I was being offered from my Credit Union and said I would finance with them if they could beat it. I said I would finance on my own or pay cash if they couldn t and I just needed a purchase agreement to send to the lender.I eventually received the purchase agreement on Friday at 4:59pm. My lender closed at 5pm and didn t re-open until Monday.I got a call on Saturday asking when I was picking up the car. I said that I wasn t able to get funding in place because I hadn t received the purchase agreement I requested days ago and would pick it up Monday after talking to the bank. I was told the car had to be purchased that day or it would be sold to someone else, regardless of the fact that I had placed a non-refundable deposit on it.They suggested I finance with them at a much higher rate if I wanted the car. I instead decided to get a bank check and just pay cash for the car. Since my wife had to take my kids to Saturday activities I was on my own to pick up a car over an hour away and pay for it that day with hours of notice. I went and rented a uhaul trailer and drove there.Once I arrived I looked over the car and noted the drilled front bumper and was told they do it to all cars. I pointed out that I specifically requested they not do it.Post sale communication from Daniella in the back office has been excellent. There was an issue registering the car that was my fault and she helped me quickly resolve it.Overall I m very happy with the deal I got. My area dealers were still asking over MSRP when I was initially shopping. Thankfully most now are willing to accept MSRP because these cars are a fantastic performance bargain at MSRP. The interior still feels like an econobox but it corners like a beast. I would gladly purchase a car from Newburgh Toyota again. If they announce a track focused Supra Kristin and Eduardo will be my first call.

Newburgh Toyota beaks the mold for car buying. Their sales team is courteous, friendly and understanding. Our family has been doing business with them for over 20 years and we have never been disappointed. Nelson Rivera and Frank Fabiano are excellent people who will do what it takes to make you happy.

They are so precise and detailed about every aspect of the purchase of our 4 Runner. There was not a question they couldn t answer. Janice & Randal were amazing! Right from the start, full transparency and it was an overall great experience. Janice was attentive and answered all my questions. Love Newburgh Toyota. Aaron helped me and somehow knew exactly what I needed and how to make it happen. I cannot recommend his services enough. Randy is an expert finance professional, love both the guys. Go to Newburgh Toyota, if you go to any other dealership you re wasting your time. I would describe my experience as fast, simple, easy, and relaxed.

I went looking for a Highlander or something similar. First time going alone so a bit nervous. Aaron Sabater was super wonderful. He answered all of my questions, took his time looking for what I asked for, and made sure I got the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend Toyota Newburgh but specifically because of Aaron. There are many dealerships out there but a caring personality and knowledgeable assistance is scarce. I will be going back for my next vehicle.
