I brought my truck in for a recall. That went pretty smooth. Yesterday I find out I have 2 sway bars not connected just hanging. My husband was checking my brakes and noticed. Now do I believe they did it? No. But shouldn t a NORMAL HUMAN tell a person they have a serious SAFETY hazard?! Honestly it s sad how much people just don t care. Avoid this place if possible.

I found Joey to be a friendly, personable and all around solid salesman. He responded quickly to emails and returned all phone calls soon after. I went to 3 other dealerships and Joey was by far the best person I dealt with in my search for a 2021 Pilot SE. I am a straight shooter and he told me exactly what needed to be said to get the deal done. I appreciate that.

Javyn Cabrera was incredibly helpful, personable, and informative throughout the entire process of selling my vehicle to the dealership, I highly recommend. The sale was completed in one afternoon in under 30 minutes and we couldn t have been more impressed with how quickly and smooth everything went.

Recall appointments made, only to be told that no part is available. 2nd time in wrong part was in stock. Poor follow through from service dept. I was told by Jackie that I had to call daily to check on parts availability. Since when am I doing their job ? They should be checking for me.Zero concern received from Ron Morehead, who twice told me that he was away on vacation and could not help. I cannot I m away for 2 weeks was his response in his email responseThis is a fuel pump related recall. I no longer feel safe in my Honda CivicI hope after this review, they can make this right

I brought my car in to get a new key made and they brought my car to their shop, reved the engine to the point i could hear it from inside the waiting room and when i get my car back from them the key wont come out of the ignition. The key wont unlock itself from the ignition and i brought it back there and they said the key is fine and there is nothing we car do about it

This used to be a nice location to visit but after renovation the service area is outside of the building in a cramped vestibule very uncomforting. There seems to be a major communication issue when ordering parts for a scheduled repair as in NO communication at all.I ordered a part for my vehicle and was told i would be notified it never came in only to find out when I inquired (3weeks had passed)that's its on backorder with no expected delivery date. If you dealing with this dealership don't pay up front for your parts, if you do get confirmation the part is in stock with a expected delivery date. I paid upfront and was able to get a refund from the manager after insisting but I can see them taking advantage of other customers who don't do their due diligence.

Don't even bother going there. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Tire rotation was never done and was charged twice for it.Oil pan wasn't secured and my car was sparking. Called the dealer the lady was nice. But as for the so called "manager" that "delt" with the situation NEVER!! Got back to me after trying to belittle me while in the office

Great place to go if you like wasting your valuable time. I made a 10am appointment for oil change and inspection and asked them to add air to my tires since the pressure was low and the light was on. I made arrangements for someone to come pick me up. Came back at noon after not hearing anything and was told my car wasn't done yet, they said it was "next in line" and wanted to know if I could wait an hour and 15 minutes for them to finish. I said absolutely not as they've already had my car for TWO HOURS and nothing was done. The service advisor never apologized and gave me attitude when he gave me my keys back. You'd think the manager would have reached out since it was obvious I wasn't happy with the absolute lack of customer service. What's the point of having an appointment if they don't adhere to the appointment time? I'll be taking my business to a local mechanic instead.

I went with my son who was purchasing a brand new car for the first time - Frank and Laura and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and friendly from the minute we walked in the door. they made us feel right at home. My son test drove a car, but he was also interested in checking into a Toyota, and Frank did not try to pressure him at all with the sale. We walked into Toyota and that was a totally opposite experience so we left and went back to Morehead. My son purchased his car here and everyone was so awesome and helpful throughout the process.

What s the point of setting up an appointment if it s gonna take over a hour and a half for a OIL CHANGE! Totally unacceptable I don t care how many people were working at the time, how many cars they needed to work on, the purpose of appointments are to prevent things like this and this isn t the first time trust me.

EXCELLENT! I was treated with decency and respect when my highway damaged from a snowstorm CRV was brought in. The tire was flat and they put the spare on for free. I got an apple pie, cuppa coffee and fantastic service. My next new car comes from them!

Terrible service department!!! Where s the owner? I m sure he doesn t know the horrible staff that he has working for him which is going to ruin his company. I know when the original owner was alive, this place ran beautifully. I had an appointment for today and I waited 5 hours for a NYS Inspection not the first time either. I m not coming back here ever again. You just lost a 35 year customer.

I m sure this company as it s good days and great employees, but my sister, who owns a CRV Honda, has had negative experiences these two Saturdays she brought it in. That Saturday staff needs to change its attitude.A month ago, my sister brought her car in to get the start engine button fixed. It was never fixed So, she brought in today with the same issue and for maintenance check and oil change. First the people confessed that they never fixed the start engine button, which they failed to do a month ago. Second, they had the audacity to call my sister and complain to her for failing to do their job. They failed to look over the service sheet and notes before parking the car in the lot, but instead of holding themselves accountable, they blame my sister.In short, they fail to complete the jobs and tasks that they confirm will be completed with the customer. So, get your act together Morehead Honda.

I ve brought my car to Morehead twice for servicing and both times have been headache-inducing experiences. I really feel that they have a deeply unorganized system, and although those providing customer service are friendly, few of them seem competent. I dropped my car off this past weekend to have the muffler replaced. At 8am, I got a call asking for permission to drive the car to diagnose it, informing me of the diagnostic cost. They said they would soon call back to tell me what the issue was. Hours later, no call. Finally I call at 2pm, and after being on hold for ten minutes, not only was there not a diagnosis yet, everyone who had been involved in my car s service was out to lunch. After another hour, they finally call to update me. They tell me it ll be two weeks to get the muffler in. I ask if I can call back to sort out my plans, and when I do, suddenly the order date has changed and my car will be ready in three days. What?? I agree to order the part, and finally today I pay over the phone and go to pick up the car after hours, only to find my window rolled down, keys inside (which I agreed to, but not with the window down!), and because it s raining, my passenger-side seat is soaked! Will not be returning.

I wish I could give it a No star rating!! I visited this dealership on 7/17/2023 looking to buy a CRV and saw one on the lot that peaked my interest. I walked into the showroom with the hopes of getting assistance. A fellow at his desk to the left when you walk said nothing just looked at me. A young lady at her desk to right did the same. I walk in a little further and I was greeted by the 2 employees at the welcome..however out of 5 employees who were not doing anything didn t bother to ask if I needed help. I guess no one was there to sell cars. Oh well your loss my gain bc looking at these other reviews God blocked me from giving my $$ to this establishment.EDITED UPDATE: Today is 9/7/23 I picked up my 2024 CRV from HONDA of Nanuet in Rockland yesterday! Beautiful vehicle and excellent customer service there as well!

Had 930am appointment for oil change and tire rotation was sitting for hours before anyone ever approached me I had to approach the staff. 3 hrs later I'm still waiting. They try to put as many appointments as they can at one time. Crazy if you need a oil change go to jiffy lube it quicker and they are more attentive

Jackie in the service dept did a phenomenal job! Communication was open and honest & service was quick. She answered all Of my questions, made sure my vehicle was well taken care of from diagnostic to repair and everything in between! She even called to follow up. Customer service doesn t get much better than this!! Thank you, Jackie!

I am incredulous at the negative reviews I see here. I have been going to Morehead for service for 18 years and five cars. They are incredibly honest, often having told me when I thought i had a problem, no you don't nothing is wrong and no you don't need such and such when they easily could have sold me parts and services if they were dishonest. Jen will do whatever is needed to rectify a problem, as I have witnessed her in action with other customers. Ron Morehead is amazing and always puts the customer first and Jackie and Eric are truly wonderful in service, always very nice and helpful and good to me. Morehead Honda is lucky to have these people! I will go nowhere else. To those of you that have experienced a problem, do go back and let them resolve it. Morehead Honda is a wonderful exception to the car dealership stereotype!

Just wanted to provide an update to my previous review. The manager Jennifer reached out to me and we went over the situation. She was very pleasant and accommodating and as such, I have no issue with updating my review to reflect same. This is what a manager does, if a customer is unhappy they should reach out and work with that customer to come to a mutual and amicable understanding. Thank you Jennifer for your prompt and favorable response. I will definitely not let my 1 bad experience prevent me from returning to Morehead Honda as this is where I initially purchased my vehicle and I have been so far satisfied with said purchase.

I came to Morehead at 730am on a Monday morning without an appointment looking to get my vehicle repaired as it was throwing some cylinder misfiring codes at the code reader and making the car not drivable at highway speeds. I was told that the dealership was not taking anyone without an appointment, so I decided to inquire with the parts desk about the necessary parts in order to fix the issue myself. I was having a conversation with the gentleman at the parts desk regarding inventory on specific parts to fix my cars mechanical issue. After getting some prices and giving my call back information I left the dealership because due to covid some parts I needed were not in stock. I had already missed a day of work, and didn't have another vehicle to drive so my only option was done the dealer to repair the car or me attempt to fix it myself, but without the necessary parts in stock I was left without a plan B.Upon my drive home I received a call from Jacqueline, a service advisor from Morehead Honda, and she advised me that she overheard my conversation with the parts department and advised me that my repair would be covered under the emissions warranty and no out of pocket expense would be needed by me. She even had a loaner vehicle waiting for me to alleviate my stress of figuring out how I would get to work. She directed me to turn back around and come back to the dealership and she would make an appointment for me and have the loaner vehicle ready to go. I took her recommendation and drove back to the dealership where she met me in the service bay. We sat and did some paperwork, I left her my vehicle and I drove away in the loaner no longer worried about how I would get my car repaired or how I would make it to work. All because Jacqueline politely eavesdropped on my conversation with the parts desk and decided to go above and beyond expectations by making my problem her problem and reaching out to me and offering me an absolutely pleasant and worry free solution. She was delightful and calming as well as very sympathetic to my situation and she should be acknowledged for her extraordinary effort to help a customer as well as being a positive reflection of the Morehead dealership and their service department.Thank YOU Jacqueline! You have no idea how much your phone call meant to me!!!

Excellent dealership! Salesman Alex Alvarado was very professional and made it to easy to view and choose what I want. Paperwork was easy, he answered all my questions. Really recommended Alex and Morehead Honda on your next car buy.

I was there for a 9:30am appointment for an oil change. After 11am they came back with recommendations which the rep says only takes 30 minutes, and the entire service was not completed until after 1pm. What is the purpose of taking appointments? I usually go to valvoline to have these things done and usually out in about an hour without an appointment. It also seemed as if people came after I did and left before me. I had to tell them I had to go and I could not wait any longer and that is when another rep went to check and said another car was blocking mine, so basically, if I said nothing I would still be waiting. I decided to come to Honda based off of the service reps recommendation from a previous appointment but I have no intention to return. I gave 2 stars because my previous experiences were not so bad but this time took the cake because I had my baby and I had another appointment.
