First time here today. My car was still wet inside and glasses were not cleaned well, they looked dirty. Also, people who dried my car walk away and came back inside and never told me my car was ready. Just let my car open door and running there until I realized they were not coming back and had to go ask them if they were done

I simply ask for full service! Ended up just getting exterior clean. Like how? The guys working there now are useless even if I wanted exterior clean, why is my. At still with soap? As you can see in my mirror. There s soap still in my windshield, doors. They don t deserve 1star. Get it together! I will forever stop coming here, always an issue!

The car wash is not the best, the back of my SUV was dirty after exiting. Full service vehicles get more attention than simple exterior vehicles. I waited five minutes before my vehicle was dried with a towel.The service that I do like is the photo inspection. Note, call or go in person to make an appointment. Without an appointment, you will not be seen.

I've been coming here for 2 years. Every time, they really clean well. They give good prices. I also recommend signing up for their rewards programs if you come often like I do. I highly recommend this place.

Brought my car to get full service detail ,with a coupon I spent 95$ originally supposed to be a 180$ valu. This is the worst quality job i have ever experienced . The car is still filthy . Basically spent almost 100 dollars for a car wash . I am so pissed I dropped my car off at 9am and it wasn't done until 5pm . They soaked the button on my steering wheel and now it's not working any more . They damaged my car .I want to speak to the owner because this is absolutely terrible.

I visited the car wash and paid $162. If i can see how to do it i will posting pictures. For me a detail should be just that. There was nothing detailed about this and i just bought the car so it wasnt even really that dirty. Im so disappointed and i will be going back for them to make good on this or get my money back. I will report the results of how this turns out.

Paid to get my car washed and detailed they stole my mom cross who passed away last year all the change out the car and sprayed something on my radio screen to were it s black now been calling owner no response so I m going there with the cops

As a car guy, I pretty much don't let anyone touch my vehicles. I enjoy taking care of them, but time is finite and I am very pleased with the full interior and exterior detail package I purchased. With the coupon it is an incredible value. I talked my office mate into buying 2 and my neighbor is thinking about it.Great work and I'll keep trying to send business your way.Warning: Expect to leave your car there for 6 hours or so. Having done all the same work they do before, it's not a crazy amount of time.

I got a supreme service ( interior / exterior cleaning) and while its alot cleaner that it was,the interior was unbearably greasy from the oils they used- i had to wipe the entire dash down becauseit was literally DRIPPING all over. It took 2 days to get the smell to calm down. The exterior of my car is white and there was so many dirty brown smudges still on the car. Lots of oversight for $60 so I dont think Ill be back.

Wasn't thrilled. I went to do a full service as a dog had slobbered and left hair all over my back seat. I was told my car would have to be left there for the entire day and a cleaning would cost over $200. The guy did not want to be bothered because it was busy that day. I expected a wait and I expected around $80-$100 but he saw me saying yes and made sure I would say no. I ended up paying $40 for a car wash and vacuum... Not worth it. The exterior was clean, the interior is the same but the floors were vacuumed.

I will never go here again. I had my ear buds in the center compartment closed in there casing when I went to get the car washed. An hour later I went to the gym and grabbed my earbuds case and when I opened them they were gone. Please don't go to this car wash, there is a 50/50 chance that they will steel your belongingsService: VacuumingService: Vacuuming

Usually pretty good. I go out of my way to use this place. Not as good today, and it was slow. Express Detail. You can understand missing a spot or two, but it wasn t even vacuumed well today. Chalk it up to a bad day. I should have looked at it before tipping.

This is place is the worse, $21.00 for full service and they give you half service the workers do not clean the interior quick wipe and done just to move on with the next car, I'll never get a full service there just maybe a car wash and keep it moving or go someplace else where there no in a rush.smfhService: Auto interior vacuumingService: Auto interior vacuuming

Great car wash! Job usually well done with thought and consideration. For days when service is rushed, if not satisfied your feedback is always appreciated. Management will address any problem or issue but you have to tell them. Robinson avenue location has the best customer service. Love minute car wash!

They have a sign for $82.99 for detailing however it depends on what car cuz I had to pay 120 for my SUV they do clean the car better than most who do detailing in the area

Workers don't dry your car right and they are very rude and disrespectfu,l and management does nothing to fix it... Also they lack the staff to keep up with the amount of car's that comes threw... Overall terrible and need new owners.. do better people!!!!!

I love this place they even have a private enclosed room to wash your pets.. Shampoo, lice treatment etc

OVERLY SATISFIED!!! Looks like the first day I got it off the lot $150 well spent!! Deff go to this location tho I didn t have such a great experience at the Broadway location but never the less these guys always make it right, and make sure you leave happy!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Paid $25 with tax for the special. The car was clean enough but the windows weren't done complete. Streaking, spotty, plus dash was not cleaned thoroughly with dust left on it not wiped down. For the money I paid and tip I left in the box I am very disapointed. Workers did a rushed half done job. No commitment to detail or being thorough. No supervisor checking for a job well done. Just take the money and tip the hell with the service. Sad.

Horrible horrible place and management!!! Chris manager on 9w location and Carlos manager on Broadway location have no customer service experience! Called to give a complaint to their boss about their detailing service. Chris hung up the phone when I asked to speak to his boss. When I called back was told the owner/boss only works on Saturday. I would not recommend these 2 locations to anyone.***update Owner did reach out to me about the incident also I met with Chris today and he is very nice person....from what I'm getting at is someone is trying to get him fire either Ronnie or Carlos because they use his name when they are nasty to customers.

Got my SUV detailed and it was on point from top to bottom. Wish I could show before and after photos but I forgot to take before photos. I highly recommend these guys for your car detail. I will be back!

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! Absolute terrible service, rude staff! I brought 6 SUVs with me to get detailed when I asked the guy in the back if I could possibly get a discount, he became angry and rude. Funny how you much ruder you act when your manager is out on vacation. Absolute trash, this is why I'm staying with Foam and Wash instead.

Complete waste of money. I purchased the special and still had crushed up leaves on the carpet. Also had visible dust on the dash and my rims of the tires still had grime on them. I was not satisfied with the service I received.

First I would like to give this no star. I purchase a prepaid complete car details. I went to have my car service and the front desk lady's states I need to make an appointment. I said it does not say that when I purchased the coupon. She said yes it takes 4-5 hours. So I make an appointment and show up at my schedule appointment. They said they would give me call. I came back in 4 hours thinking I just wait one more hour. When I came back I could not believe my eye. They only vacuum my car. I said what going on with my car. The manager said it would be another 3 hours. I said my car has be here 4 hours already. The manager said your car must be here all day. I explain someone who was not there today told me 4 to 5 hours. He said I dont know why she told you that. Walk away never came back. I never was offered my money, no explain or nothing. If you care about yourself and car. Dont go here. If you live in newburgh and have nothing to do all day. This is the place to go

Paid $59.00 for a detail while I waited ! I honestly dont know if my car ever looked so good except when I bought it in 2016. Basically I feel I got a $150.00 detail for $59.00 !! Definitely would highly recommend them !! I will be back!

Highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for the NEW car FRESH feel! Dealt with the manager Chris at the broadway loacation, he was extremely informative at guiding me to choose a detail that would best suite my needs!!! Couldn t be happier with the outcome! Thank you Chris and the minute car wash team for a more then plesant experience. I will definitely be referring you guys to all my family and friends!
