I m very particular about who I bring my car to and I took it to this location to get an oil change and two rear tires done. They were able to install my two tires without scratching my wheels performed and oil change and even fixed strip drain plug from a shop at the previous owner took it to. I am very impressed with their work and will continue to support this branch.

I am in the NY Air Guard and I am from way upstate and it can sometimes be tricky when unexpected issues occurs with my car. The amazingly helpful people at Mavis Newburgh helped when I was in need. They did a great job and with a smile. My front driver side 225/40 R18 was leaking air, me being 200 miles away from home makes this a problem. They even took a look to see if it was repairable first in hopes of saving me money! They got me in and out with a very positive experience. I stopped by this Monday and was greeted by both Xavier and his manager I didn t get her name. It was my first time there and I asked about their tires already knowing what tire I was looking for, he went ahead and explained what they had in stock and their life expectancy. I went ahead and told them the specific tire that I wanted , they told me they can get them the next day and even price matched the price from online since they had them for more money in store !! So I didn t think twice and booked my appointment the next day along with a wheel alignment. I will be going back this Friday for an inspection, this place is so convenient and the sales management personnel are awesome and go well above and beyond for their customers . I will be coming back soon for my vehicle needs in the future and will refer this place to friends and family. But what stuck out the most and made this a pleasant experience was Xavier big props to him for doing a good job, I hope he stays here for a long time . Very happy with the tires on my Durango .

My tire popped in the evening. I was able to walk in at 5:30 and fix my issue. It turned out that I didn t have a flat ! My sensor was broken! They took their time to explain and fix the issue for less than I have budgeted for ! The manager missed his dance class lesson for me ! I truly appreciate it!!! They were the best.

Stopped in to check on tires for wife s Camry. Also had a hand truck in the back of my SUV. No questions, no problems. Set the appointment for tires on my schedule. They filled the tires on the hand truck. Amazing service all around. Super friendly and professional. A+ Service. Delivered Plus One attitudes. Awesome!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I was greeted promptly and the expectations were clearly set on how long my service would take and a fair estimate of price was given. My vehicle was ready quickly and the representative that assisted me, Philip, reviewed the details of what was completed along with future service that will be needed. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone and everyone. 5 stars and A+ overall, well done!

The people at Newburgh Mavis are very helpful. I had a flat tire and they were kind enough to put the spare tire on for me so I could make it to the dealership that s in New Jersey with no charge. And they were SUPER busy and still made time for me. Greatly appreciated.

I have been using this Mavis shop for over a decade and have never had a problem with them. They provide excellent customer service and the work they do is always excellent. They are very open about what needs to be done and when it can be done. They also try to offer beat discounts and let you know what discounts are available at the time. Their staff are very friendly and I have never had a negative experience with them. I recently had some repairs issues with another Mavis shop where they replaced my brakes and messed up which was a major safety issue. I was brought back to that said Mavis and while they were fixing the problem, they created another safety issue where my wheel was wabbling, nuts wernt on tight enough and wheels off balance. I didn't trust them to inspect my car a third time the same week. I called this Mavis (as this is my regular shop) and they took me right away an hour before closing and had me out. The staff was very friendly and shared my concerns. Josey ( always great experience when she work) and Xavier were great at the desk.

Came in to get my oil changed and the crew noticed that I had some other issues with my tires, rotors, and brakes. After showing me the diagnostic and inspecting the car myself, I noticed just how bad they were. Their professional advice was clear and concise that these needed to be addressed immediately. After breaking down the price and telling me exactly what they needed to do, I was all for it. I will continue to use this service and recommend others to trust their expertise here.

I brought in my 2010 Mazda to get brake service, I felt they were thorough and very helpful during my visit. They helped me lower the overall total of the bill as well as helping me with financing options. Front counter staff was friendly as well.

Had my alignment done by Mavis in October and was very pleased. In and out quicker than I expected and I was a walk-in client.Had my oil changed just over 3 months later at the dealership and my alignment was out again. I called Mavis Newburgh and asked them if they could look at it since they had just done it. They told me to bring it in, same day.I experienced the same courteous and speedy service I had the time before. Here in the Northeast alignments can get out of whack quickly in the wintertime. I was just over my 90 day warranty for the alignment but they were willing to work with me and kept me informed every step of the way.Since I haven't always had the best experiences with Mavis as a whole, I was hesitant to bring my car to them in the first place. But this Mavis is WAY different in a very good way! I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle to this Mavis location specifically for alignment service, even if there is another one closer. They really made me feel like I was a valued client and not just another customer.Nicely done team Mavis Newburgh! Thank you!

So happy and excited that these guys could fix my old 92 Ford Explorer oil was gushing out and it looked like maybe it was curtains ! I m relieved to say they found the issue and put me back on the road and the bill was very reasonable!!!! Also I felt they really cared and so I recommend them for anything from basic maintenance or in my case real mechanical know how!!!

Whenever I need my tires mounted they always come through. I ve brought brand new expensive rims and tires to be mounted and balanced and never have there been any damage to my wheels. I appreciate them.

Showed up off the Northway on a flat bed with a front flat as store was closing shop. All employees were courteous and got me back on the road within a half hour. Great job!

I use to be a regular customer at mavis . Lately I have been getting bad services at mavis . The Hispanic lady that's usually in the front is very rude has an attitude towards me. Last time I came to mavis I went for maintenance check up in my car. The Hispanic lady working there asked me if I wanted new wiper blades for my car I told her no. First she told me everything would run up to about $500 something. So I went to ask the same lady about discount for the job I work , she tells me yes. Then she goes back and tell her other workers of the specific job I work . So after they finished servicing my car everything came up to about $700 including the wiper blades after I told her I don't need it. So they over charged me and charged me for wiper blades that they didn't changed. My same wipe blades were on my car ask me how I know . My wipe blades makes a specific sound . Now ny last visit at mavi was on 2/9/24 . Another bad service the same Hispanic lady was working there again she makes insulting comments about me to her co-workers . I went for a oil change didn't leave there until hours after. While the guy was putting my car down after tire rotation I noticed the Hispanic guy working on my car literally hits my car on the metal that brings the car up and down in the air. So the person working on my car notices that I saw him hit my car door on the metal part. Now my car has two dents. The guy who was working on my car doesn't even have the decency to come and apologize for putting a dent in my car. Instead he gives the keys to another guy to bring it to the front. So I went outside and mentioned it to mavis worker about the dent in my car and they denied it. I called consumer solutions about the situation nobody has reached back out to me after. I will not recommend anyone to this mavis discount the services there are poor. They treat your car like its a piece of trash, and they leavedirty finger prints all over your car and last they overcharge you. The staff there especially the Hispanic women is very rude and insulting towards me twice since I've came there she's made insulting comments in front of my face twice when I don't not know this women . She tells the other workers at mavis to overcharge me because of the work I do and that is not right! And my now dent in my car door from mavis worker . I will definitely not be coming back .

From the Manager Raul to the Asst. Managers Xavier & Tyler & the Installer Pat they went above and beyond to install my new rims, tires and programming my TPMS for my Range Rover. They were extra careful of handling my rims and placing them on my vehicle. They got me the best deal on my Toyo Proxes ST lll and I will definitely be doing business with them in the future and recommending people to them! That group is very knowledgeable on vehicles.

We were in a jam and needed to get front and rear brakes and rotors done. I stopped in to ask a few questions, and even though I have knowledge of products in this area, I don t have the tools to do this job myself. I was very impressed with the service team and the technicians did a fast and thorough job of my brakes and rotors. There has been zero issues. The total price was just over $850 plus tax which sounds like a lot of money, but was about $150 less than then a competitor to whom I usually go.Part 2-Just brought my other car in and Josie and Raul were incredible again. Incredible pricing and customer service. This place always tries to work with their customers. Highly Recommended!

they were about to close and I called the wrong Mavis to begin with and had a nail get stuck last min. So Raul took me in and first told me he was going to put on the spare but he ended up fixing the original tire so much thanks to you and your crew ! highly recommend their services

My wife and I bought four new tires and had an alignment done on our truck a few weeks ago. We had made an appointment, but they called and asked if we wanted to come in earlier and the staff got all the work done faster than expected.Two weeks later, we got a low tire pressure warning. Rual and Xavier were a great help when we brought the truck back to have the tires checked today. Xavier checked us in immediately, and Rual made sure to let us know it would only take a few minutes. They went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and the tires were topped off and in good shape.We've been using this Mavis for several years for all our tires and have never been disappointed.
