If you want a no-pressure and easy car buying experience, go to Hudson Valley CJDR! Our salesman Sam was great to work with. Sam and the rest of the staff made purchasing our Dodge Ram 1500 a breeze. They went above and beyond in every aspect to ensure we had a great experience. My wife and I can t thank them enough for their honesty, professionalism, and friendly approach to helping us purchase our truck. We will definitely be back in the future!

After hunting for a particular ram2500 for 6 months and thru a ua strike i located it at Hudson Valley ram. I was informed it was in transit and would be notified on arrival. A week before Xmas 23 I was fighting traffic to get to Newburgh. I was called by Mike and told he was taking charge of the sale. Mike went above and beyond . He is a huge part of the sale being successful. Mike introduced me to Jamie, one of the coolest Mopar techs I've ever met. My only con about this while experience was the dealership had a yellow ram trx in the lot. I dont like yellow vehicles.

Picked up my second Jeep from Hudson Valley CDJR and could not be more pleased with the experience. Saleswoman Debbie was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure that everything went smoothly every step of the way. When they didn t have the vehicle I was looking for on the lot she coordinated with the sales manager and they were able to bring in a vehicle equipped exactly as I wanted. When it was time to get into the financial part of the transaction the finance manager was extremely friendly and made sure I understood everything I was signing. I could not hav had a more positive experience and will definitely be returning for my next vehicle.

We had a very pleasant experience. As soon as we got to the place were greeted by a very nice sales associate name Shane. He made sure that he answered all of our questions and showed us many vehicles. He has such a great sense of humor which made the experience even more amazing. The walk through was great, place is kept very well from the sales floor to the mechanic shop in the back. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle it was ready to go.. the process was very fast and Shane went over ever detail of the car and paperwork! I would definitely highly recommend buying a car here.

This is the coldest (temperature wise) dealership that I ve ever been to. Service is normally phenomenal however, it s always so cold in here. I m freezing! I forgot to bring an extra sweater. The atmosphere is not so welcoming anymore. It s extremely bland and boring! No balloons, just mediocrity (hey we have cars here) type atmosphere.

i ve been a loyal customer of Mercedes-Benz Paramus for the past 10 years. my current lease is ending in May and this time I decided its time for a change, something completely different than what I ve been used to. My husband s close friend highly recommended Hudson Valley Jeep Dodge in Newburgh New York and to ask directly for salesman, Michael DiGiacomo. I began looking through inventory on their website and Immediately fell in love with a 2024 Dodge Durango and a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I live in New Jersey about 45 minutes from Newburgh and last Saturday my husband and I decided to take the ride to meet with Michael and discuss what options we had between the two vehicles.Michael is extremely knowledgeable and took his time to review each vehicle, and made sure all my questions were answered. Given all the information I still couldn t make a decision immediately. Michael was beyond patient with me, Responded immediately to every text and call and with all of his help, I decided To go with the 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sahara And I couldn t be happier!Thank you, Michael and everyone at Hudson Valley!Karla

UPDATE: After writing this review they magically found a replacement windshield the same day (side note I recommend you call on the way to get your vehicle because I received an email 6/30 it was ready for pickup and then on 7/1 at 3pm I got a call it would be ready at 5:30 pm that day and they close at 6pm and were closed for the holiday weekend....) When I arrived, all of the scratches that were done by the dealership were still very present. The scratches in the paint are all along the bottom and top of the windshield. Mind you I did walk the vehicle with the service manager and show him the scratches to which he said he would buff them out himself. Pictures of the scratched windshield and paint added for reference.ORIGINAL: Great service until they have your money and you walk off the lot. Once they happens, don't even expect to get them on the phone. Took 2 weeks to talk to the sales manager after consistently calling and emailing.I leased a brand new 2022 Jeep Wrangler on 5/28 and have been trying to get damage (caused by their dealership) repaired since then. After finally getting the manager on the phone on 6/10, they let me know parts were ordered and would be in by 6/20. I was just told yesterday parts actually haven't even been ordered and now are not in stock with no ETA of when they can get it in.On top of this they were supposed to process my registration in CT for me (again, very happy to take my money for this service). I have heard zero updates and the temporary plates expire Monday so I called myself to ask for an update yesterday. Apparently there is some sort of hold and I need to straighten out. No one even contacted me to tell me about this since 5/28 meaning they very clearly forgot to register my vehicle. Had I known weeks ago, I wouldn't be up against the wire to sort this out.

Very positive experience and wouldhighlyrecommendthe dealership. My sales person (Armond Dipolao) was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had previously went to another dealership in Rockland and walked out very disappointed. This was a totally different experience. They had the exact Jeep I was looking for, gave me a fair price for my trade in, went over all my options in detail, got everything processed in one day and upon delivery went over everything in the car with me. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Highly recommended....A year ago I went to Hudson Valley CDJR to look for a new vehicle and that was when I first met with a salesman by the name of Shane Mulstay. At the time I realized I was not ready to move forward with the purchase, but needless to say Shane was very informative and answered all of the questions I had. Recently I decided it was time to upgrade. I reached out to Hudson Valley CDJR and Shane said "come in, let's talk, how can I help?".I then made my way back to Hudson Valley CDJR. Fast forward to today- I was able to pick up my new vehicle and I couldn't be happier with the process thanks to Shane from sales and Jason in Finance. These two gentlemen made the process go as smooth as possible. I couldn't be happier with the deal we've all agreed upon. Shane, Jason and the crew at Hudson Valley CDJR, you've earned a customer for life!

We purchase a new Grand Cherokee Ltd vehicle every 3-4 years as the vehicle of choice to pull our equipment trailer and transport our technicians every week. This is the sixth vehicle we have purchased from the Jeep dealership location, and the third ownership group! It is with sincere pleasure that i would like to acknowledge Armond DiPaolo for his truly exceptional knowledge of the products he sells as well as his patience to help one understand the very many questions we riddled him with on the necessity or value of the seemingly never ending options list! Our new build factory order did take quite some time (5 months) to be delivered, however, Armond regularly checked in to let us know the status of where the vehicle was in its design and building phases right up to the text saying your new Jeep will be here on FEB 15th! My husband and I went auto shopping at a few dealerships and none came close to the level of professionalism, courtesy and care than Hudson Valley CDJR did.The Sales Consultant, Shane Mulstay,was so easy and excellent to work with from the beginning. He gets customer service and understands how important communication is. We are absolutely thrilled we discovered this dealership and would recommend them and Shane without any reservations.If you need a vehicle, save time and make this your first and only stop.

My husband has been searching for awhile now to get a new vehicle. He had very specific ideas of what he wanted and came across an online advertisement for a used Ram 1500 Tradesman�. Since we were on a staycation before the holidays, I told him we should take the drive and see it. This is where we met sales consultant Michael DiGiacomo. From the very first talk, Mr. DiGiacomo was nothing but polite, gracious, helpful, and non-pushy. It was almost like a relationship had already existed with Mr. DiGiacomo. Needless to say, the "let's just take a look" turned into my husband purchasing the vehicle. As cliche as it may sound, the whole experience was a smooth as butter - as if it was all meant to be. If you are looking for a new car or truck, go straight to Hudson Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and ask for Michael DiGiacomo!

Honest, easy, and fast! Took my 2014 Jeep Wrangler in to sell. Honestly I expected the worst; lowballing, haggling, hard sell, and multiple conversations. NONE of that happened! From the time I walked in it took 21 minutes for them to look the Jeep over and offer me a fair price. Not expecting this level of service I left the title and spare key at home. Came back 4 days later with everything; no price change, no games, no hassle. 27 minutes later, check in hand, I walked out. Thank you Mike, Justin, Jason, and the lady from internet sales (I forgot to write your name down..awesome follow up).

Update:Sean the owner reached out to me and acknowledged the lack of communication and said he was personally going to get things sorted out. A few days later I had the key in my hand and a replacement top that has now been installed. Thanks for taking care of it.-----TLDR - Horrific customer service, poor quality in certification. Definitely avoid if you want to feel like a valued customer or need any help with issuesLet me tell you why you should not go to this dealer -I put a deposit down on 5/3 for a 2017 JKU Sahara. I asked Sam to make sure there was a 2nd key available as they are fairly expensive. I will say that Sam did not inspire any kind of confidence or trust. When I came to sign the paperwork on 5/4 there was no 2nd key. After I insisted was able to get them to put the key on the dealer owes equipment sheet. Was told that I would get a call in a few days about the key (either the previous owner turned it in, or they would cut a new one)On 5/12 I still had not received a call. I called in and was put through to Sam who was incredibly curt. He said he would call me back. I assume he must have a great memory because he didn't ask for my name or number.5/14 - Still hadn't received a call back so I called in and asked for a manager. After being on hold was told he wasn't available and to leave a name and number for a call back5/15 - Still hadn't received a call back. That day I went to put the soft top that came with the Jeep on and discovered that they must not have checked it during the certification process as it had a mouse nest and a significant hole (see pics). It's un-useable. I tried to call in to discuss this new issue. Asked for a manager, was put through to Sam. Asked about the key and also told him about the hole. Again, Sam was curt, but I guess everyone has their own style. He said the key was being ordered and I would get a call about programming it. (Incidentally I called a different dealership and they said they could have a key there in 1 day for programming so not sure what the delay is) . About the hole he said I would need to talk to a manager. Got disconnected during the transfer and called them back. This time was put on a hold, then told the manager was with a customer to leave a name and number AGAIN and I would get a call back5/17 - Guess what -- no call back. I called in again and asked for a manager. Was put on hold then asked if this was about the 2nd key. I said no it's about the hole in my soft top. I was put on hold, then hung up on.5/18 - Still haven't received a call and not been able to have a serious conversation about how they are going to make good on the soft top. I'm not holding my breath at this point in expecting a call back and will have to figure out what to do nextI get that used cars aren't the best items for dealers, but a used wrangler still goes for more than a lot of new cars. Would be nice to feel like a customer (let alone a valued one).My advice - don't bother here it's not worth the headache if something goes wrong.

My sales rep was Sam Abraham, he is a good sales rep, a hustler. I Sat there for a few hours while my vehicle was prepared to be delivered to me, I watched him handle 2-3 people at the same time. He deff has the skills. He deserves a promotion, he works hard. Overall I am very happy with my car! Thank you so much for helping me during this process!

The short version is that my experience with Hudson Valley Jeep was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. I highly recommend you see Sam Abraham. When you arrive to Sam s desk, you will see that it is littered with awards for customer service. This is no surprise as he has taken customer service to a new level. Just in good practice I always get three prices before I buy a vehicle. His was the best out of the gate no negotiating necessary. We purchased a new 2023 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Not only did he provide the best price for that vehicle but he gave me the highest trade-in allowance, for my 2020 Lincoln navigator, of all three dealerships. When you combine this with his super friendly staff who were all very accommodating to my wife and I don t think I ll ever go anywhere else for a vehicle again. It s times like this that you wish you could give a higher rating than five stars.

Coming to see Shane Mulstay and having him help me find the perfect vehicle for me was the best experience I have ever had. He took the time to listen to my concerns, wants and needs and explained everything that we would need to do to complete everything. This was honestly so much fun he even played with my 4 year old son while we did paperwork. He is such a nice person and I highly recommend going here and highly recommend seeing Shane.

I just wanted to give a shout out to every employee I had an interaction with today. I had to get an oil change, tire rotation, etc. The gentleman at the service and parts desk was so wonderful and kind with helping me out for what I needed. The waiting room was great since I had my little one with me. I saw employees just being so wonderful letting people know they have a bunch of treats/drinks available if you want. The lady at the cashier was so sweet. When I was leaving another gentleman saw we were ready to leave and opened the door politely. It was just great to see a work space with employees that really care and show great customer service. I hope you all have a wonderful day!

Re: Debbie Pignotti,I went in for an oil change and while waiting for my car to be finished, I started to browse, Debbie approached me and asked if I was interested in purchasing a car, I told her I was in need of another car yes, but wasn't getting myself into anything for at least another month or so, I also told her the car that I had in mind (small talk) when she went into full "sellers" mode!!!! she explained all the ins and outs of every car I pointed out to her. long story short, I walked out of there, no, I DROVE out of there with my new 2019 jeep Cherokee. with all her knowledge about every car i pointed out to her, she sold me on the jeep of my dreams. she's a great asset, knowledgeable, funny and most of all FRIENDLY.. I would highly recommend Debbie to all of my friends who are in search/need of a new/used car.

Experience started great working with Marissa on nailing down as much paperwork before arriving to the dealership as I could. The gentleman from finance was great as well. 3 months into owning the vehicle, it failed to start and left me stranded 40 miles away. After getting the vehicle towed at 11pm to the dealership, it has been sitting in the service area ever since, 72 days as I write this, with no estimated fix date. Additionally, the dealership is communicating dates to me that differ from what Chrysler's case team is reporting to me which is demonstrating a huge disconnect between the dealership and Chrysler. Needless to say, this will be my first and last Chrysler vehicle and I cannot recommend doing any business with this dealership.

I can't thank the new owner, Sean Mulcahy, of Hudson Valley Jeep enough for connecting me with Noel Cappelletti to assist me in purchasing my new Jeep. I live two hours away from the dealership and we did all of our business on the phone. Noel communicated with me so much during the process that I had more confidence in this deal than I have ever felt in another dealership in person. Even after the car was delivered and all paperwork was signed, Noel called me a couple hours later (on his day off) to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. He even offered to talk over the phone on Saturday to walk me through connecting my phone to car's Apple Play. I LOVE my new Jeep and as far as I am concerned Hudson Valley Jeep will continue to have our business.

Very poor service. Booked an appointment a week prior to get transmission flushed. My information was never put in the system. On check in, never got asked my name or greeted. Worker was just like KEYS , then when once the worker came back inside he s like why do you want this servicing, I answered as I did the week prior when making my appointment and advice they asked me all this when I made my appointment. He never once tried looking me up on the system. As he like your al l set what s your best number to reach you at, and I was like I ll be in the waiting room, he mumbled That guy but loud enough to be heard, forty minutes later my vehicle was still never taken in. As I went to collect me keys to say I can t wait any longer. Same worker thought it was a joke. As I told him how poor his service was he laughed. Asked to speak with the service manager. Who turned out to be the one getting my keys for the service office. I told him what happened, he was like I didn t witness any of it. Come back another time I will never be going back l. I ll drive further for better service. Then when I returned to my vehicle I found my trunk was open and don t know why they even needed to go on there

I absolutely had the greatest experience with Sam and his assistant Christine. They handled everything perfectly made me feel comfortable he works Quick but very meticulous. He Makes sure you get the best deals and genuinely wants to see you walk out the door with a car his patience and understanding ways of communicating is uncanny. I highly recommend anyone who s interested in purchasing a vehicle to do it in the hands of Sam and his team. We had an amazing experience working Shane to get our new Jeep Compass. He made the process of trading in our old car and leasing a new one so seamless.
