A++ Service!! Brought my Navigator in to get tinted and couldn t be happier! The Staff was excellent and the whole process was very efficient, I highly recommend!

Not that they didn't do a good job of installation. The right thing to have done was to show decency when installing a remote start to a vehicle that already has a factory auto start in the key fob. My uncle, a Veteran of this country , who sacrificed half of his life to serving, did not know any better. The least they could of done was tell him he didn't need it. But Hundreds of dollars later, a lesson is learned. The moral of the story is you will gain and keep more customers by having integrity.

Walked in Friday evening to get a price for tints on my 2021 Altima. Had my tints done by Saturday afternoon and car looks great! Very affordable, professional, and fast. Will absolutely do business with again in the future. Great store display with all the speakers and subwoofers, literally makes you feel like a kid in a candy store.

These guys can do it all, they've upgraded the stereo in my old harley, installed a whipple in my challenger, converted my HID to LED and my latest bike did front suspension, new lifters, pushrods and tires among other things

For 7 years I have made a solid attempt to bring our company trucks to a reliable place to get work done. It has ranged from simple installs to various custom work. We have always enjoyed quality work and being able to have a professional relationship with Hollywood Sound. That being said I needed a day to think it through to ensure I wasn t responding out of anger or letting any emotion cloud my judgement. Doing great work is great and all but the devaluation of a customer speaking to them in a manner that s completely unprofessional is unacceptable. My vehicle was being worked on for what seemed to be a moderate job involved the removal on my front bumper. After driving an hour prior to my appointment to ensure the the job could be completed in more ways than one. The day of my appointment looked to be about 3 hours of work. After not being able to successfully complete the install I was left with a hacked up bumper inside and out, a sorry we can t do it and a 300 dollar bill. Before even being able to possibly discuss negotiations of that price with the owner I was greeted with an attitude of the time the car was brought in, the time it was leaving, that nothing is free and to get in my car and just go. The loud disrespectful tone taken with me was and is ridiculous. The employees ensured to me that it wasn t me that something else was going on that caused the owner to take such an aggressive tone with me. I appreciate the kind attempt the workers took that tried to ease the situation but unfortunately I do not recommend talking to anyone ever with an attitude especially if they have done nothing to upset you. I will unfortunately not be returning as a customer ever again.

Tommy, Jack and Mike are All great guys. They provided excellent customer service and a fantastic product at a more than reasonable price. I will definitely be going back there for more automotive add-ons

I waited a couple of months to write this review to try to be somewhat objective. I stopped in at Hollywood Sound Audio to enquire about their services. After waiting in an empty showroom for about ten minutes. I finally decided to walk by the front of the service bays looking for signs of life. In the farthest bay, I located people who seemed to work there.One gentleman met me back in the showroom for us to discuss their services.I explained what I was interested in and he was receptive to what I was interested in. He had to check on some things, so he could not estimate a price at that moment. He wrote down my phone number and read it back to me, promising to call me that afternoon with a price for the work.That was approximately two to three months ago and I have yet to hear back from him/them. I feel bad to post this part, but it's important to note: Since Hollywood Sound Audio never contacted me. Before you say it, yes I checked my call log to see if and when they would contact me. I did not call them back as they were not the only establishment I made enquiries to.Be that as it may, the work I was enquiring about has since been completed to my satisfaction at a competing business. So I cannot comment on the quality of Hollywood Sound Audio's work or prices because of the situation. And I want to be clear that I am not trying to take shots at Hollywood Sound. Only providing a review based upon my experience with them. Their work may be exemplary. But I do not know either way because of the reasons I have explained.I did rate them at two stars only because I cannot say if they merit a better rating, again because I truly do not know. But I am also not willing to rate them with only one star because there is the possibility of some legitimate explanation for the situation. As such I can only rate them at two stars. Either way, unfortunately they lost business whether intentional or not. And I do feel bad that they did lose the work, what ever the reason was.

Was recommended this place by sunshine ford in newburgh for a remote starter- will never return. Absolutely awful customer service, the guy rushes customers off the phone and in person without any regard to customer questions or concerns. Had to ask for a receipt, was promised to get one emailed to me and still havent received it (and probably wont)- so clearly they wont back up their own work. And my car was returned to me with chips on the front bumper with what looks like whiteout on it to cover up the marks that was DEFINITELY not there before I dropped my car off. Wish I read the reviews before just trusting what I thought would be a valid recommendation.

I've had around 5 remote starters installed by them. I'm always satisfied. They are reasonably priced. They are always eager to assist me. When my remote starter battery fades Tommy replaces free of charge. I enjoy just going in to say hello. Jack always changes my clock for DST. They have excellent knowledge and experience with cars and contacts.

Great place. Great service. I couldn't afford new black rims as black rims are all the rage. I found Hollywood and they dipped my rims in black matte finish. It looks great and lasts. The price was awesome too. Can't thank them enough.

Made an appointment for my wife's car to have a new head unit put into her Crosstrek and these guys were on it. They were very busy but that's to be expected on a nice Saturday morning. They still had us in and out fairly quickly, 2 hours total, all for a very decent price. They have been around a long time and this whole experience shows why

Was recommended to take my car here. Dropped the car off snd was supposed to hear back from them about installation options. Instead they installed a system and charged me for it without talking to me. After the installation my car has had a constant draw on the battery that so far has cost me another thousand dollars to try snd diagnose. Owner takes no pride in the work, absolutely would not go here.2021 now, it cost me $4000 to diagnose and fix the issue. Tommy cost me nearly $10,000 without even consulting me about what I wanted in my vehicle.

The workers here come across as stand-offish, if not borderline obnoxious. It was always like pulling teeth trying to get them to honor an appointment and not keep the vehicle for a full day or two. It seemed to get better, until... Last year, I brought my car in to get my factory speakers replaced (nothing fancy - no amps, etc.). I set up an appointment for first thing in the morning the next day. After taking a day off from work, I arrived and they told me they were busy, come back in a few days and drop the vehicle off for a day or two. No explanation, no apology, just a stand-off tone. I drove to another shop down the road, got a quote cheaper than Hollywood, and had them installed the next day. They also seemed to appreciate my business and the service was much better.Several months later, I bought a new car and went back to Hollywood to get my remote starter taken out of the old one. The starter was given to me as a gift from my parents, and my parents both insist the salesman at Hollywood told them they would transfer the remote starter to another vehicle for free, if needed. Hollywood completely denied this. They charged me to remove the old remote starter, and they charged me another $200 to install it into my newer vehicle. The overall cost was the same as buying a new starter. Getting an appointment was an issue again, and most of the time, the starter doesn't allow the starter to turn over and it stalls out before starting. I have no problem starting my car with the ignition.I will never go back to this place again. I went in for two separate products, and had problems both times. Never again.

I have had several things done by them from rain guards installed to remote starter and blue tooth installed. They have always been so friendly and helpful! Even 2 years after having my Bluetooth installed I got a new phone and could 't get it to pair up. I went back and they came right out to my car and did it for me...no charge, just a smile and a thank you for coming back!

Tommy the owner of company and his team Mickey and Jax offer great customer service. I'm been dealing with them with all my cars for 15 years. I'm known in orange county and everyone knows if I recommend a place is because I trust them and there the best.

After reading these reviews, it just confirmed my first impression when going there after 2 phone calls prior. I m black and I definitely didn t feel any welcoming vibe. I won t attempt going back. I ll let the Hudson Valley White Folks support them. I d rather overpay at the dealer than suffer disrespect. Walked in the door and it was like the look of what do you want?! Just saying! America is truly sad now!

These guys are the best!!!!! I highly recommend them for anything related to automotive needs. They go out of they're way to help you any way they can. I brought my 2017 chevy silverado over to them to install/upgrade the sound system and was surprised not only as to how clear and load the system is now but also how fast and clean of a job they did. Also had them install a new head unit in my sprinter that offers satellite radio and reverse camera and Im extremely happy with that also. They even fixed a headlight issue I was having on my chevy after the truck had a plow installed by someone else on it (which they dropped everything and fixed for me). They wouldn't even take my money. Love these guys and I will always bring my vehicles to them .

Going on our annual trip to Virginia we realize the kids DVD players didn't work. My husband googled this shop and these men helped us out by figuring out what was wrong with the DVD player. They are very kind and accommodating to a family in need! I would recommend them to anyone!

Well job done!! I had them install my new carlini ape bars and heated handgrips on my bike and the quality was top notch. Highly recommend and I will be back for more work to be done.

I had train horns hooked up from these guys. The tank and compressor and tank was mounted underneath the vehicle and it s not suppose to get wet. It says in manual cannot be exposed to moister. I told them it was done wrong and their answer was we do this type of work all the time. So I called up Hornblasters and they said install was done wrong. Also my push button start didn t work when I picked up vehicle they claim they don t know what happened. They didn t take money off from install or try to help not satisfied at all and won t go back there

Can't say enough about these guys. They are brash but fact is they get the jobs done and done well. Got the gf a starter as a gift let them know and they had it done in a day for me. Then she wrecked her car a month later. A few calls and they talked me through removing my starter at least it's not a 100% loss. These guys are top notch. Def recommend them for starters n stereos (done for me in the past). Thanks guys

Everyone there was very knowledgeable about what system to put in my car. Everything done perfectly and in a good manor of time. Later got tints done and they came out great!

My wife went somewhere to get her suv radio put in, problem is that it was draining her battery and the guy refused to fix it. We went to these guys...SO AMAZING,,, instantly they knew what was wrong when they seen the wiring and solved the problem very quick.. Fast service... Im a fire fighter in orange county ny and im bringing all my friend here to get work done.

Tommy is one of the greatest guys you'll ever want to meet he can meet the needs of all your stereo needs and works on Harley-Davidsons in my book Tommy and his crew there are thumbs up all the way thank you again Tommy and give this audio shop a try you'll love them too

They installed a new stereo, amp, sub and speakers in my Nissan Titan and did a great job. Will be using them again for my 04 Mach 1.
