We visited Healey Kia over the weekend to get a QUOTE on a Telluride and ended up driving one home!!!! Our sales associate Krissy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, gave us a ton of options to choose from and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Krissy and the Healey Kia dealership.

Krissy was the absolute best!My husband and I met with her a few weeks ago to review my options for my Kia forte lease end. I told her that I was in need of a AWD for my next lease.She walked me through a few options for my price range and I ended up falling in love with the Seltos! Perfect size and color for me.She really went above and beyond, spent extra time with me setting up the car, and was very communicative and kind through out the whole process.I highly recommend leasing or buying your next vehicle with Krissy!

If you ever need to purchase a vehicle without any hassle, go to Healey Kia in Newburgh, look for or ask to speak to Krissy and Jason...and you will be on your way shortly with your new ride. I dealt with them 3 times before...I can only talk about my experiences and what I've witnessed.Great people, great customer service!They're just different!

Just purchased my first Kia and had an absolutely fantastic experience all thanks to Alia! Trying to find the perfect car can be a very stressful experience but Alia made the process as smooth as possible for me and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable every step of the way. She showed me all my options, worked her magic to stay within my budget and got me into a beautiful Kia SUV. I honestly can not recommend her enough! I 100% will be buying any and all future vehicles from her. Not only was she knowledgeable and helpful but she is so friendly and sweet! She made me feel as if we had been friends my whole life. Everybody at the Healey Kia dealership gives you a smile and warm welcome as soon as you walk in. Mark McKnight their finance manager also has a wonderful personality. He took the time to explain things thoroughly to me and made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the deal. Thank you to everybody at Healey Kia for making my experience truly wonderful!

I had a great experience at Kia in Newburgh! I was on the fence about what car I was going to buy. Randy was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Once I made a decision, I knew I wanted to buy the car through Randy. He made the whole process easy and transparent. I never felt pressured or rushed into deciding on the car and financing it. I love my new car!!! I would recommend Randy to anyone interested in purchasing a Kia. He s an excellent salesman and overall lovely person.

I had an amazing experience here at Healey Kia of Newburgh. My sales guy Matthew Molloy was the guy!!! My first car buying experience and he did everything in his way to find me the perfect vehicle. It was a turbulent process with the DMV but other than that it was exceptional service. Will definitely be going back for my second car.

Aliiaa Aliiaa Aliiaa was just the cutest sweetest person ever. The way she carry s herself in such a professional manner is top tier. Aliiaa sat with me & listened to my wants & needs & tried her hardest to fulfill them. One thing i loved about her was she didn t try to force me into a vehicle i didn t want just to make a sale. She was very very knowledgeable & patient with me & it wasn t an easy task but she got the job done. I definitely would recommend her when purchasing a car. I came to Newburgh KIA after an unacceptable experience elsewhere. I was placed with Matt Molloy. He made me feel comfortable. Matt, along with the financial manager, Mark were very transparent with me. I appreciated the professionalism. The communication was great. They made the process smooth and easy. I purchased a 2021 Kia Seltos, which I am very happy with! With the help of KIA I am on my way to my goal vehicle, the TELLURIDE. I will be coming back for it!

From the moment I walked into this dealership I felt comfortable. (unlike my previous experience with another dealership). The physical appearance of the place was nicely laid out, open and had a welcoming feel to it. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in the door by the woman at the desk and by Matt, who turned out to be the person I worked with.My experience in leasing a vehicle and working with Matt was very positive. He was professional and pleasant throughout. I especially appreciated that he made a sincere effort to work with me with what I was looking for in terms of the specifics of the vehicle and financing. The manager, Craig, was also extremely professional and just a pleasant person. I never felt pressured by either Matt or Craig to get the sale done. Also, the other staff that I happen to run into were friendly. I simple greeting goes a long way.I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to lease or buy a vehicle. It sincerely was a positive experience and I am super happy with my new KIA Seltos.

There was never any pressure to purchase a specific car, and the process was transparent. When issues did arise, Peter was extremely responsive and professional.Overall a great experience.

Another wonderful experience working with Nick Tobar at Healey Kia. Just bought a wonderful new 2024 Kia Seltos after a trade in of a Kia vehicle that I also bought from Nick. My entire family has bought from Nick and we all trust him. He is a great guy who will work with you to get you the vehicle you want! The entire team from back office to service is great! I purchased a car last month with Nick and wanted to leave my positive experience at this location. I was referred to Nick by a close friend who purchased a car with him in the past. Everything went smooth, as he took his time explaining process of selecting the right vehicle and features. Nick answered any questions I had about financing, as that is not my strong suit. This should be the gold standard of customer service, as I work in the field myself. I am very happy with my new Kia and wanted to take the time to thank Kia Healey for their stellar service!

Healey Kia by far has the best service and cars!! I purchased my first Kia last month with the help of Krissy, who was amazing on answering all my questions! Krissy went above and beyond along with the amazing staff. The experience was so great that 2 weeks later my husband got a Kia as well. Can't wait to see you in June for our daughters first car! This is my 3rd car from healey in Newburgh , coming from being ignored or pressured by car sales people I was a little hesitant when I walked into healey the first time but I had the best customer service experience then and it has not change , Krissy was my advisor this time and she was awesome, super friendly and knowledgeable she helped me make the right choice . Krissy was so easy to work with and helped us find exactly what we needed, all while staying within the budget we laid out when we first arrived. We never thought we would be a van family but the Kia Carnival quickly changed our minds! We love our new car and couldn t recommend Krissy and Healey Kia more!

I have gotten 3 cars from Healey Kia in Newburgh. All 3 experiences were amazing. First one through Manny who no longer works there. The last 2 were handled by Randy. I couldn t have asked for a better person to work with! I HIGHLY recommend going to see Randy. He s extremely nice, patient and personable. Very helpful and works with you. I have left more than happy with my purchase each time.

Excellent experience with this dealership. Matthew Molloy is truly an exceptional, First class client advisor with his communication and his professionalism as he addressed all my concerns right away. He went above and beyond to take care of my sale. I am most grateful for his honesty. Craig L. sales manager, and Jason H. finance manager also went above and beyond to make this car buying experience easy for me. They all worked as a team to ensure a seamless transaction. The purchase took a little longer than expected as they were busy, but they checked in on me frequently offering refreshments to me and my son. Many of them stayed well past closing to ensure that everything was taken care of. There was not an issue they could not or would not resolve. I would recommend this dealership before going anywhere else. If you want The Best , schedule an appointment with these men and see for yourself.

I went in with a specific model/interior color I wanted and to my luck there was one being delievered and ended up coming even earlier than expected.
