My experience with Epic Black Car LLC has been nothing less than exceptional! I used this car service for an arriving client to speak at a company event. Being apprehensive about ordering car service due to bad experiences, I was a little skeptical. However, Jimmy ensured me outstanding service and provided just that. My boss was pleased on how well the transition went for the client! Please try them out for yourselves! You won't regret it! Thanks again Jimmy for your assistance. I will definitely be using this car service again in the near future!

I cannot say enough good things about Epic Black Car and the owner Jimmie! From the time of booking to final drop off, Jimmie and his team makes sure everything is exceptional and taken care of with no worries. I've used Epic Black Car four times and every single time we had the most wonderful experience. I cannot wait until our next trip to use them again!

Jimmy was fantastic! He was on-time and very gracious. He was even able to pick up my Mother-in-law before the ceremony in a separate trip. My wife just raved about being in the Escalade.

We had a super experience using Epic for our car service back and forth to JFK from the New Windsor NY area. We would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again. It made our beginning and the end of our vacation just superb knowing we didn't have to long term park and stress out. Thank you to the Epic Black Car team, especially Jimmy the owner.

Used Epic Black Car for a little wine bar hopping for my wife on her 40th birthday. Jimmie handled it himself and he was PHENOMENAL. Great customer service and attention to detail, my wife and her party had a blast. Highly recommend!

This has to be the best car service around! Jimmy was prompt and professional and polite and a lot of fun the entire night! His vehicle, The brand new Cadillac Escalade was Pristine inside and out! And the sound system was amazing!! Date Night on a Tuesday will never be the same again!!! Thank you Epic Black Car for everything!!!

Choose Epic Black Car town car service when you need more than just a ride. Epic drivers are professional drivers with dignified style and gentlemanly presence. My driver took the stress out of getting to and from an important appointment. He was concerned with my comfort and respected my need to stay relaxed. The Chrysler luxury sedan was immaculate and a pleasure to be in. I highly recommend hiring Epic when you need to treat yourself well.

The BEST! After crowed airports and extra long customs lines (holiday travel), getting a call from Erik saying he was ready when we were was the highlight of our day. Super easy to find the car. Everything was perfect. This was completely worth it. Not having to navigate traffic, bad weather and exhaustion was wonderful. The customer service made it even better. Highly recommend Epic!

This limousine service is the best option out there! Jimmie, and all of The Epic Black Car Team provide a truly EPIC transportation experience! I'm a corporate traveler and frequently use Epic Black Car for all aspects of mine and my co-workers business/personal travel. From the wine tours, to the business meetings around NYC, and numerous airport transfers, Epic Black has gone above and beyond for our employees and clients! They even handle our transportation at select offices outside of both the state and country! New vehicles every year! My favorite is the 2023 Cadillac Escalade! This company has an outstanding fleet of luxury vehicles, equipped with complimentary beverages, charging, entertainment and excellent employees! The drivers are always 5 star professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a go-to transportation company! Thank you all so much for making our travel stress free and comfortable! Outstanding quality service everytime! See you on the next one Jimmie!

We highly recommend not just this car service but Jimmy as a driver. He was so professional and personable. He made sure we were all comfortable, safe and happy with his service. We hired them for my bachelorette party and we wouldn t change a thing. We will always use his services when needed and so should you!

Epic Black Car was hands down one of the best services I've ever used.We needed EBC to drive us nearly 200 miles on just a few hours notice. Jimmie and his team were prompt, professional, and tremendously considerate of our needs. He will be the only car service I'll use from this point forward.Thank you for all of your help.

We used Epic Black Car for an evening out in NYC and it was the best service ever! Jimmie was so professional and extremely funny and knowledgeable about all the sites and views going into the city. There were charging stations in the car for our phones, which were super helpful since I forgot to charge mine before we left! Also water was readily available for us.We will definitely be using Epic again and I would highly recommend them if you want a 5 star service! Outstanding!!

My husband and I hired Epic Black Car for our 25th Wedding Anniversary Party. We had (2) Cadillac Escalade s to provide transportation for our guest to and from the venue through out the evening. The vehicles were impeccable. There was not one glitch. Jimmie and Stephan were on time, professional, patient and courteous! Everyone spoke very highly of them. I will absolutely use this service again. It was refreshing to have such amazing service from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend this business. You will surely be impressed!

If I could give Jimmy 100 stars that still would not be enough!! He is a total professional and was prompt, extremely clean vehicles and was very personable. He truly helped make my situation (which was a bad medical issue) so calm and enjoyable. He made himself available for whatever day/time we needed! I will never use anyone else again! Enjoyed and appreciated the level of service provided by Epic. Arrived on time at my location, vehicle were clean and well kept. Welcomed the attention to detail provided to my needs. I'm my case there was water in the car waiting for me,car charger in plain sight if needed, made sure the temperature was right by asking me when we were ready to start the trip. Lastly a pleasant attitude and safe driving was something I always appreciated when using a reputable car service. I definitely would recommend using them without hesitation.Mr. J

Jimmie was the person who drove me to the airport for my flight. The car was extremely nice as was Jimmie. I really enjoyed our conversation during our trip and his demeanor and service were top notch.On my return trip home, I rode with Colito. This time it was a different vehicle but was still nice as was Colito. He helped with my bag and made sure that I got home safe and sound. Both were enjoyable to get to know along the ride and provided all the service I could ask for. I would definitely use them again in the future and suggest others should too!

We used Epic for my son s prom on June 15th, 2022. Jimmy provided excellent customer service and delivered what he promised; a Luxury Package Cadillac Escalade Sport Platinum SUV *Brand new** Black on Black and excellent service. He came on time picked up and dropped off both teens. They had a nice time. I would definitely use his services again.

My wife and I hired this car service to take us to JFK airport. The car was impeccably clean, the driver was professionally dressed and loaded and unloaded our bags. It was a first class, five star experience all the way. We have had car services before but not like this, the driver was friendly and timely. When we came back from vacation the car service Picked us up. when we arrived they were waiting outside the airport. It was a smooth and bothersome transition. We will continue to utilize their services. No fuss, no stress and we were in great hands. We will use this service again and again.Thank you.

One of the best car services I ever had. Jimmie was so respectful as soon as my friends and I got in the car. Offered so many amenities that I m not use to in a regular car service. This is a review and a thank you note too. Jimmy of Epic Black Cars...you are the real deal- polite, courteous, considerate, on time, and accommodating. You made a stressful situation (international travel during a pandemic) enjoyable and worry-free. Your personable manner and caring nature really made the trip from Newburgh to JFK pleasant. Jimmy, you seemed to understand the strain of traveling nowadays and sought to eliminate that to the best of your ability. Your pricing was better than most, but I cannot imagine that the quality of services provided could be any better elsewhere. Thank you for being a person of integrity. I will recommend you to anyone I know who needs transport...kids to prom, mom and dad to airport...you name it...yours will be the company I recommend.

Epic Black Car LLC is the best car company I ever received in Beacon. The price matches the service you receive. I got the SUV, it was very clean, you can tell the company takes care of their cars for the comfort of their costumers.The driver was very professional and got me to my destination in a timely fashion.

Top-notch. Epic was on time, efficient, and both my drivers were great guys. Happy to chat if you wanted, didn't bother you if you were working (long drive). Definitely recommend.
