One of the best shops in NY. By far. Great team to work with. The service writers and Mike Difrenza always work us in and trucks are fixed in a timely manner. You can't ask for better service. Brady Trucking and it's staff can't thank you enough for all your hard work and keeping our trucks rolling.

Great group of people here! My truck got towed in Monday night, no power to the ECM. After finding a blown fuse the just could not let the truck go without knowing why ..so they dug into the wiring harness and for 3 spots the rubbed! Repaired & ready to go!Absolutely recommend this dealer! Thank you to Ed the service writer for putting up with my numerous annoying phone calls!

I show up on Saturday morning to get some parts parked overnight so I could be here. The website said they are open guy with glasses sitting at the counter looked up as am walking to the door after walking a pretty good distance toe get there and the door is locked. Wait for a min nothing. What happened to the human race I just needed a light for my truck because I can only get a paccar one. Unless I want to re wire. Very disappointed that he did not attempt to even get up . Time was 7.45am 1-20-24. And website says open at 7.30am

The worse customer service. In parts. They always have an attitude, and not willing to go the extra mile to help you. I will not go back, they really suck..I wish to give them lower than one star.

This is one of the best dealerships i ever walked into. Nice friendly and truly professional people. I was towed in Friday evening after they closed but Monday first in the morning they started working on my truck and by noon I was out of there. Everyone in there is super nice but if you re in need, ask for Chino, the service manager. He s the man!

This is one of the best Peterbilt dealers I have been to. Mike in service is the absolute man !! He is always upfront with what our trucks need, and never sells anything we don t. The technicians are all fantastic as well. Chino is great, & and parts department is top notch.! Highly recommended, that s why we keep coming back !

Just called in to find a part for our Pete and this wonderful, and patient gentlemen Dustin helped me out. After questions and more questions and call backs that I had made to him and he just kept going like it was nothing... Excellent, and outstanding customer service. Eventually we found that the part I needed was not there but again he helped and found me a sister store that I would be going by that did have the part. Wow, what a great experience.

Did a great job! My truck was cutting off intermittingly, took it to KW Dealer in Stranton PA... they gave me the runaround and lied to me 3 times before even looking at it, so I took it here. Chino looked at it found it was low voltage to the ECM (and NOT a Bad ECM) cleaned the connection which got it back up to 12v from only 10v. FIXED it in only 1 hour! Saved me a lot time, money and stress. Thank you! Will recommend Utica General Peterbilt to anyone that will listen.

December 2020 I bought myself a Christmas present. Been mulling over the idea of buying a used Semi Tractor to convert over and tow my Fifth wheel RV for personal recreation. I ultimately did find and purchase a 2015 Peterbilt 579. Undenounced to me the tractor had some mechanical issues. I turned to my Local Peterbilt Dealer which is Utica Peterbuilt located in Newburgh NY. I spent a large some of money here and i did receive great service and timely repairs. Chino and the tech Keith are very knowledgeable. December 2020- to March 2021 I have roughly spent over $10,000.00 which didn't make me happy obviously. However I felt so much more confident due to the fact that they get the job done right and honor there work after the sale and or service. I have also dealt with the parts department. The only comment i would comment on is that when I ordered parts I did not received a call when the part was in. I had to check in to find out. last part i ordered was sitting there for a more than a couple of weeks had I forgotten to check it would have been their for a while I'm guessing . Over all I would not hesitate to go to Utica General Peterbuilt for sales, parts, or service.

Every one of these guys were super super nice they diagnosed the problem very quickly and got the job done very quickly I was very pleased and if I ever need any more work done I will not hesitate to go there

Great service, friendly staff and clean facility. Lots of parking, you will not have problem to park your trailer. A dinner and a Pilot truck stop next door.

One of the worst dealer I have ever visited. They even discriminate the makes of the truck you drive. If you don't drive peterbilt they will discriminate you and will tel you go somewhere else. Don't even bother.
