Buying a vehicle post Covid is extremely difficult for us consumers. Dealing with dealership markup and manufacturing delays. My personal experience with Floyd Hanson and the whole Colandrea staff was a great experience. They had what I wanted and the whole buying process took me less than 15 minutes to close the deal. Unlike other dealership marking up everything , I was able to drive my new truck out the lot happy.

The team at Colandrea works hard to make the buying process a good experience. Carissa was extremely responsive through out the diligence process texting back with answers about a used truck. I live 2.5 hours away and they did a great job of making me feel confident that the transaction would happen as discussed and that the vehicle would be everything I had hoped it would be. Dan in Finance knows his stuff and talks to you like a human being. He helped me understand my warranty and payment options and got me out of there in under 30 minutes. Special thanks to the Sales Manager, Chris, for shepherding the process and making sure I drove home in my dream truck after getting a more than fair trade in value. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I needed to get into a car quickly after hitting a deer with mine. Darryl and the team at Colandrea's helped me do that quickly, efficiently and without the games usually used by salesman/dealerships. I got into an accident on September 8th 2023 and my car was totaled. I was left with not so great credit and completely stressed. I called Colandrea and got an appointment to come in the next day. I will say they were AMAZING. I was afraid I would get hit with a large car note to pay. No they got me a 2020 with 18000 miles and a cheaper car note. Finance department was AMAZING worked to get me a great deal with the bank. Also met the owner who was very personable ,knowledgeable and pleasant. Salesperson Darrell was AWESOME he called to keep me updated on everything and also called me days later to make sure I was happy with my car. I will recommend them to everyone. I definitely will be to purchase another vehicle.

I walked into the dealership with an appointment to see someone else but he was busy with a customer. Brad McPhillips offered to get me started and then hand everything over to the other salesman when he was done with his customer. Needless to say, that never happened. Brad eased my mind. I was already nervous coming in there to make such a big purchase. He asked me which vehicle I was thinking about and I test drove it in the rain which great! I really wasn't liking the Acadia with no cargo room if you have the third seat up. So I asked Brad, why would I pay for a 3rd row of seats if it's always going to be down? Brad said, don't worry, I have something else to show you. Well, when he came back with the Terrain Denali...it was talking to me! I test drove it, Brad explained all the "bells and whistles that I love and I found a few that he didn't mention. I'm over the moon about my new vehicle, I really like it. I'd also like to give a shout out to Dan the finance manager. He took the time to explain everything to me about how we got to the final numbers and what my monthly payment would be . He even let me customize my extended warranty package! Colandrea is a great dealership!

I have my truck listed on Facebook for 96,900. Been dealing with a lot of tire kickers so I get a message from a rep from Colandrea GMC stating that they were very interested in my truck and if I bring it in I would see north of 90 closer to 92 with text messages to show. Sure enough I drive 40 minutes each way pay tolls waiste gas put an additional 50 miles on my truck and get an 88k offer. It s so sad how dealers reputation will never change. Never trust them. Ofcourse when I was buying the truck 6 months ago they wanted 8k over msrp because it s such high demand. However now it s not worth much .. anyway. I m so sick of the lies. Dealers will never change. Sad!!!!! So based on your response you did commit to 90-92. What changed in 24 hrs ? Come on you pride yourself? I would venture to say half of these reviews are employee reviews. Look at the real ones and improve. No need for lies or manipulation to get people down to your location.I would love to know what the flaws were that caused you to hit me 4k harder? We re they scratches, dents , dings , filth what exactly? You know the truck I did not misrepresent the truck in any way I would hope because I have integrity that s why. .what s so classy is based on all the negative reviews you or your brother respond to the customer is always wrong or misunderstood never the representation of your dealership. God forbid we are right and the dealer messed up !!!!!! SAD. Rather then criticizing the customer and basically telling them they are wrong, improve from the feedback , make changes and become a reputable dealership.

Your Review:(UPDATED)I just had the latest service for my truck done at Colandrea. Although I knew it was coming up due to oil indicator, they still sent me a note to remind me. I was in and out in less than 2 hours again. My ex-husband drives a "superior luxury" vehicle, which is less than a year old. He recently asked me to come and pick him up at his dealership, because although he had an appointment, his routine service going to take considerably longer due to other cars ahead of his. I am happy with my choice of vehicle and dealership all over again!I drove another brand for years. Was alway disappointed with the service no matter what state I lived in. Finally quit using the service department at their dealerships out of frustration. When I made the switch, I had researched several brands of trucks. What stuck out and made me buy from Colandrea (and then use their service dept) was the high reviews they got, word of mouth from people I talked to driving a Colandrea vehicle, the fact they are family owned, and everyone there seemed to enjoy being there. This last time they quoted me a fair price for the 15,000 mile service, kept their timeline (I wasn't there two hours), and washed my truck before giving it back. They also followed up with a phonecall to make sure I was happy with my service. My old brand's dealerships did none of these things...not remotely...not ever! I've been very happy with my purchase, and super happy I can get a quality service on my truck.

To start, this is my 4th car from this dealership and it will be our last.1st - dropped off 2023 Buick Envision for an oil change August 11th. Usually they wash the car, not this time. I did not complain because I needed the car back. I always drop it off for the night.2nd - dropped off the Buick again on September 7th because we had an alert that the restraint system needed to be serviced. Technician said alert was not on when he checked the car but could see in the history that it has been on. We were advised that IF it came on again to bing it back in to be checked again.n Doesn't seem safe but at least we had the car back. Right?! Sooo Frustrating.3rd - Dropped off the Buick AGAIN on Monday, October 2nd - a software update got stuck at 19% since Friday, September 29th. Nothing works in the car during an update. I was called on Wednesday morning and told they had a call out to "someone" to see if they could figure out what was going on. Was also told this had been a problem. Why wasn't I notified of the problem with the update - I could have waited until the issue was resolved to do the update. Then I was told I could pick up my broken car and use it while they were figuring out how to fix it. I told Morgan in service absolutely not. I would not take the car until it was fixed. It's unsafe to drive when none of the alerts work. I also requested a rental car. Got a call Wednesday afternoon that I could pick up the rental at Enterprise. I was also told they needed to replace the radio and the parts would take 2-3 days to come in stock. They would have the car for through the weekend. I get to Enterprise later that afteroon and they have a Toyota Corolla. I have an SUV. If I wanted a small car I would have bought a small car. Enterprise calls over and asks if I can get a comparable car and we are told no. We leave very frustrated and annoyed. This is not our fault not the dealers fault but it is there problem. Today, Monday, October 10th I call for an update. I am now told that the parts will hopefully be in on FRIDAY. Another week that I do NOT have my car. I am paying a decent amount a month to lease a car I can not drive because it's in the shop and I can not get a comparable car to drive in the meantime.I am beyond frustrated and annoyed. I have been a repeat customer but not anymore. I will not refer anyone but instead inform them of the lack of customer service.

The salesman Chris Kas as goes above and beyond. He was very patient with me in every part of this transaction. I lost my husband last year and had no idea how to go about getting a lease in my name. He understood my time constraints and called me as soon as an Envista that fit my needs was delivered.Dave Colandrea was also very approachable in trying to work with my finances. He explained everything to my son and myself.I truly felt this dealership put the customer first and have already told people to go there when they need a car

I couldn t be happier with my purchase. I absolutely loved how smooth this transaction was from start to finish. I bought a car elsewhere two months before this and it wasn t even close. I will be buying my cars here in the future for sure! Brad was exceptional and the personal touches were fantastic. 10 outta 10, Highly recommend!!!

Service writer was prompt and courteous. This was my first visit and I got an oil change and rotation. That was fine. I had a rattle by my left ear and the technician, after a nine mile ride could not locate it. I took him for a half mile ride and he did hear it. It was then taken care of in about an additional half hour. Problem solved and I got a nice car wash when I picked it up. Overall it was a good experience.

A $183 diagnostic for a simple exhaust flex pipe replacement, followed by a $1600 estimate for said replacement. No thank you. I am finished getting service at the dealership, who wants me to pay a 400% markup for repairs by a dwindling and lightly skilled corps of mechanics.

The counter staff was excellent. I had to make my own coffee in the break room. The mechanics were thorough even to the point where they asked me if I wanted to top off my DEF tank with 1 gallon. I did get the premium service and kind of figured it would ve been topped off without charge, but I knew it would so I said no thank you for $200 service. I would imagine topping off of fluids should include that.

So easily put. 3 days before thansgiving my 2024 sierra 2500 hd at4 7400 miles ish breaks down. Tow truck driver says fuel pump not turning on. Ok cool. Onstar diagnostic fuel management system error. Now colandrea service tells me I have to wait 1st or 2nd week of December to have truck looked at. No rental no loaner. I have 3 smaller children and a wife. Granted I did have another vehicle. This is a smaller sportier 4 door sedan. Now around 2 weeks go by I call they tell me they just got done with a project and are gonna put my truck in ok cool thank you. So I wait no call the next day to see what happens. So I call the following day this is Friday. We just put your truck in will get back to you I'm told. Ok I get a call back and I am told I put DEF In my diesel system. This will cost estimate of around $18,000. Also not to worry because my insurance will be cover it and we just got done doing a truck with the same problem. I need to call them to set it up is what I was told. I then told the customer service person so what you are saying is that I my self put DEF in my diesel system. Then replied yes. So then I asked how long does this take to affect your vehicle if DEF was added. I was told it's a very fast reaction and maybe 10 to 20 mile the truck would react in a breakdown. So the problem here is I put DEF in my trucks def tank a month and half ago pulled a 3,000lb trailer and my 7,000lb mini excavator up to Binghamton new york and Drove back to new windsor. Also filling my tank 6 to 8 times more with out touching DEF. BECAUSE I HAD PREVIOUSLY FILLED IT UP BEFORE THE HAUL. So at this point I ask how long did it take to come to the conclusion that there's DEF in my system. Not even 1 hour. I was charged 1 hour diagnostic. I then said fine ill pay the 1 hour charge. Please don't do anything else to the truck I'm having it towed to another dealership. Truck gets worked on at new dealership. Only thing was wrong was the fuel pump and I got my truck back the next day. Moral of the story be careful even wolves dress as sheep to get what they can. I feel bad for the other person who may have fell for the scam.

So far I'm very happy with my 2020 Acadia. Under the circumstances of dealing with the COVID-19 outbreak the staff at Colandrea Buick-GMC Newburgh NY took the NECESSARY Precautions to keep me safe during the process. Darryl Schular my Sales Associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Owner's were fantastic to work with. I was shocked at the treatment my 85 year old Aunt received from the salesman she had an appointment with to purchase a new car. I will not go into detail except for the fact that he never listened to a word she was saying pertaining to the car she desired. Shame on him for trying to take advantage of the Elderly.

I'm truly grateful about the 2 complimentary oil change,tire rotation, and the look over inspection of the vehicle. My issue was the hand car wash.The car still had bugs in the front and on side door mirrors ,on the roof of the vehicle not touch you only saw were they did a small rotation of a wash in the front above the windshield area. Then looking around the outside of the vehicle, it seems to me washing the vehicle was not the best care.It just make me wonder, how was the other things cared for. I know it may seem washing a vehicle a little thing ,but it will make a customer wonder. It was totally a different care from the start of buying the vehicle.Conclusion: I just wanted to say thank you for your efforts
