Never opens on time, 2 employee's outside smoking ingnored me for about 14 minutes as I waited at the door. Finally around 7:51 a.m. I approached them and asked if they open at 7:30. One of them said "we supposed to open 7:30 but the manager got late" .... and thats not a typo

I recently had a horrendous experience at this store. I went there the evening after Christmas for what I assumed to be a dead car battery. I asked to get my battery checked because it was still under warranty. I was told that my battery was "good" and I had another year left at least (I asked how long because I was shocked). The employee told me that it was likely to be the starter because it wasn't "clicking over" and suggested a shop of someone he knows. I am admittedly car na�ve, but I also had my cousin with me who is a little more knowledgeable. It wasn't making sense that it was the starter, but I was told after hooking my battery up to their testing equipment that the battery was "good." Mind you, it took a jump each time for me to start it to get the Autozone and to get home. Also, their battery jump pack wouldn't even recharge my battery and had to use my own. Now I'm stressed because I think there is something major wrong with my car and I'm supposed to be at work in the Bronx at 6am the next morning. I had to call out of work as a nurse, so I can address the issue with my car. The next morning, my brother and I ventured out to get my car checked out. He wanted to stop back at Autozone because the whole story did not sound right. A different employee tested the battery (and it took a while to get the connection correct) and told me that the battery is NO GOOD. I was just there less than 24hrs ago and was told that the issue was NOT my battery. My issue could have been solved the night previous and could have gone into work. The employee that originally tested my battery was there and was not apologetic, nor was the manager. They both were rude and arrogant and did attempt to make any amends, only excuses. I wrote into Autozone to have this issue addressed and I received an email stating that it will be presented to the regional manager/director and would be contacted within 24-48hrs. This was now 4 business days ago since that correspondence and have yet to have any follow-up.

My friend needed an item & the guy said he was too busy .... and short handed .... mean while we saw 5ateast 2 associates .... one outside & one on the floor ..... she left the items & walked out! Went to a different Store.... this was on Union Ave., Newburgh! The store on Broadway/17k .... no problem!! The girl there was so pleasant and helpful!

Very rarely do they not have what I'm looking for, they also offer a military discount, and if they don't have what I need, they'll order it for me asap, or tell me which other local store carries it in stock!

The worse in customer service by far it's a disaster you 10 employees talking on the side and one with no experience in the counter very disappointed minus 5 stars for service.

On the website it said it closes at 10pm. I went there 9:53pm and the doors were closed. And someone at the refister checking off looked up while I knocked on the door then looked back at the register. Why put 10p. Closing time when you know you close sooner

Useless customer service. Ordered for in-store pickup. No updates for three hours. Went to store and order had not been touched. Then given wrong item. Then after inspecting found the item used and damaged with no replacement offered This has been similar to my other visits. Advanced auto is not much better but at least they don't seem to intentionally do a bad job like AutoZone.

Young people at registers don't understand about serving people in the correct order. Watched and got upset as a kid at the register helped 2 people that entered the store after me and just walked up to the register while I waited on line

I'm so tired of this Autozone, the employees spend more time in the back doing whatever than they do in the front helping customers. There s always a wait for help here, which I find very unprofessional.

So i cant complain you find what you need. They are remodeling the store. I did have great customer service i had a gentelmen help me try to find what i wanted.

On 2/12/23 I went into the store to get a new set of windshield wipers for my Subaru. The girl at the front desk was not helpful at all, she gave me the wrong size wipers. A young man came outside to install them and they didn't fit. We went back inside and the girl told the young man to do it himself and she walked away. I told him to just credit my account that I was done with her attitude. I got the store credit and left. She was nasty and I was told there was not store manager when I asked.

AUTOZONE is great I've been going to them for years. The crew is also great they always help you out on everything. They even come outside to help you.

Very big store..workers.very attentive.but unfortunately if u bring a warranty part that u dont buy at this store.they dont replace it...they dont even care cheking the part or the warranty if u dindt get it from this store...in this matter they need mpre trainning about this

Felix is a disgrace to Autozones team. He needs to get fired. He is very rude to the customers and was making fun of my dyslexia. This made me very upset. I want something done about this asap.

I have no reason to give them less than 5 stars because they have what you need and the staff are nice and friendly but prices are like double/triple for items that if you can go to Walmart or wait and order them from Amazon.

I asked the staff to help me choose a windshield wiper. I noticed they were eating their breakfast, so, being a nice guy, I added, take a minute, I m not in a rush. They said they would be right over.They never came right over. I was left to fend for myself in a jungle of various sized windshield wipers that all looked the same to me. I felt more vulnerable than the time my mother lost me in the grocery store as a child.

Staff was GREAT. I wish I'd gotten names. There was a short wait, but when it was my turn I found the men who helped me to be very attentive mostly knowledgeable, what they didn't know, they quickly found out. There was a weird glitch with the register where it was not allowing me to check out , and they were attentive in resolving that so that I can go along my happy way.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I ve ever had at a autozone. Had a defective part that I bought and tried to exchange it. And they gave me nothing but problems. I appreciate the one associate that was trying his best to go above and beyond but his own management wouldn t allow it. I will be contacting your TSM.

Hadn't been to this location in at least 2 year before today... Stopped because it was on my way home for oil... Now I remember why I go someplace else normally. Store is neat and clean, but not well stocked and employees are less than interested in customer service. Items that are part of package specials are out of stock, and nobody knows or cares how to work around that. I'll go back to shopping elsewhere.

Some of the things there are very good, the service is def. Good, but the wipers and stuff such as that are way over priced. One wiper for a car cost me 22.00. but they do have what you need when you need it right away.

I would highly suggest not to go to this Auto Zone. They have kids working here with 0% experience with cars and very rude. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. To top it with a cherry when you call and your in the middle of a conversation (Lexis) the worker starts yelling she can't hear you and hangs up and then doesn't answer when you call back. And when you walk in they're standing there doing nothing wish I took a picture. Chris the worker needs better customer service skills... Very sad...
