Terrible customer service! Hours say they open at 730am. Here at 735 won t open the door because the second employee isn t there yet. Need new staff and managers that can get to their job on time. Staff member is looking right at me and refusing to let me come buy windshield wipers! Then she turns the lights off to pretend she s not in there.Don t have your hours say 730 and then tell me you have no idea when you ll be opening!

i went into get my back wiper blade replaced,i asked the man if he could replace it for me & he said that he didn't have enough help & to come back.there was two people stocking shelves, another person on the register,and him. it takes about 15 minutes to replace,well it took 10 minutes for the Auto spa,to do it for me after i left there!while i was at auto zone,that man was yawning & stretching,i received a phone call from my daughter and i told her what happened and she said that there supposed to do it for me, well the woman behind the counter listening to my conversation said that it's a courtesy that they provide. thats not what the sign says!

The guy with the long hair glasses and hat looks like he hates his life. You walk in he stares at you and says whats up and barely helps you, the parts manager panda is more helpful. The other guy needs to be re trained or leave. Just terrible customer service. If you don't care about your customers don't do customer service!

I went in to buy two things. Four workers and me were the only ones in the store. No assistance. They talked about what was on the lunch menu. They threw my receipt on the counter.Not going back. Lazy inconsiderate workers. All four of them.

Absolutely amazing. This store has come a very long way from where it used to be. New store manager has been doing great thing and continuously working super hard to keep the place right. Very happy about the out come. Annie is great and will only make things better. Definitely one of the best store managers I've come across in your business.

EJ, was very rude, short tempered, very frustrated with my confusion over his explanation of products. Damn near chastised me infront of another customer. Smacking products on shelf while talking to me... oh yeah and was on a video chat call on his cell phone and ear pods from the moment I walked in the store and as he ( did not ) helped me.

Between the parts I've purchased for my 69 Corvette rebuild to the products for my wife's Mercedes ML and my sedan who knows the amount of money we've spent. A few months ago I has a few products to return I didn't need, some detail items and I believe an extra AC recharge I bought in case I needed 2. They refused to return them (all I wanted was store credit to get other items from THEIR store) I was also treated horrible by a woman not even dressed in company uniform with her son, maybe 4-5 years old running around and climbing everywhere, just very unprofessional. I called corporate who were very nice, sorted it out, called another location where I went, returned the items and got different ones. So I figured I'd give the store another chance. The other night I went to the store, found the item I was looking for because the 2 employees were hanging out talking to each other behind the counter. I walked over by the door, opened it and yelled to my wife to bring my wallet. As I was doing that the door chimes rang. As soon as I turned around to make my way to the register this guy stopped my and said "ok let's start with your jacket" Mind you I had a package of valve stem caps in my hand. Then he had me pull my pants down to check me for merchandise. So I'm standing there with my pants down telling him I'm just here to buy these! And he said no, get out, the door is that way. I mean come on man. Now I have to get on the phone with corporate to put a complain in about this embarrassing unnecessary ordeal. Smh....

Autozone on broadway in Newburgh N.Y. You walk in tell the customer rep. What you need . Explain it carefully had to repeat myself 4 times. Same information. She was just in a hurry to leave that she was rushing. Told her 4 times. Doesn t listen. Manager come to me and tells me to calm down. I was but csr was bugging out. Auto zone hires from the bottom of the barrel.

The store manager, Annie Alvarez, is amazing! She went above and beyond for me when I needed to replace my windshield wipers. I didn t know how to install them and she did for me, in the rain! It s service like that, that will have returning customers.

The MOD, Carson, was awesome! Knowing my car wouldn t start, he immediately installed a new battery for me despite being short staff. He was extremely professional and courteous. Great service!!!!!

I love this Autozone, the manager, Ervira helped me with replacing my headlights. She gave me tips about how to prevent my headlights from burning again! Very kind lady!!!

Usually have no issues here the tall kid is awesome and knowledgeable. My last visit i was told i need a new key from Hyundai because mine was fried. Come to find out the employee put the battery in wrong luckily i figured it out before spending 278.00 on a new key.

The store was well organized and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The one problem that I had was, the items on the shelf were marked with the wrong price, and I didn't notice it till I got home and now I have to go back.

Rude and inattentive staff and Heaven forbid a paying customer interrupts their personal conversations in an attempt to make a purchase. I wish I was paid to do nothing at my job. My advice would be to find the competition and take your business there. If this place shut down I wouldn t shed one tear for the establishment nor it s useless staff.

When a place especially something corporate big like Autozone has specific hours, you would assume they'd be open at that time. Not 20minutes after that time. Even more the fact When there's people standing inside waiving to you that they're not open.

It's nice to actually talk to somebody about vehicles especially when you know absolutely nothing about them and they know what they're talking about and it does not sound like they were just transferred from the produce section like going to a big box store this particular store was fantastic

My Sil loves this place. Staff is knowledgeable, and helpful. Prices must be good, or he'd shop elsewhere. Getting in and out of the lot can be very tricky, so be careful!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We ended up breaking down b/c we thought the battery had died. They took it out tested it,re installed and tested it to make sure it was the battery. When we found out it was the alternator,they let us not only work I. The car in the lot but let us leave it there overnight! The manager even stayed an hour after the store closed and used his head lamps in his car in order for us to see at night. Then the next day when we came back with the alternator they let me return in battery with No problems. They went above and beyond their jobs and I appreciate them for that

Nothing but good things to say about Autozone.I have always received premium service at every location. Even when i was finding obscure parts. The would go to great lengths to make sure I get the parts i need. The rewards program is convenient and the benefits are outstanding.The only thing I could say negative about these locations is i dont believe the have bathrooms
