Scheduled a Thursday appointment to come to my house. Needless to say Thursday rolled around and haven t heard anything by 2pm. I called them, the man who answered was confused. Asked to speak to a manager. Getting ready to transfer me and says oh my God, what was his extension again . The manager Matt gets on the line and starts off by saying I called you this morning but your voicemail wasn t set up . I asked for the number and it was completely wrong. Apparently my windshield won t be in until Monday. All around a very unprofessional and upsetting experience! DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED. They had to reschedule because the glass didn't arrive and they forgot to call the morning of to let me know when they would actually be there. Other than that, they were great! Ron was amazing! On time Precise Careful w my baby (my white 2019 Lincoln Nautilus). Personable Neat and tidy . A master of his trade . The worst phone call ever just hung up on me right away. Don't do business with these people they only care about money.
