I called Nappy's to report a loaded bus on the side of the thruway broken down with a coolant leak. They responded right away and had me running quickly. Very impressed with the professionalism! Thanks so much!

I used Dan s repair service when my truck broke down while passing thru NY. His response time was accurate (and quick) and when he arrived immediately started diagnosing the issue. I used him for road side service, he was very clueless on what was going on with my truck, I think he was an office guy and thought about a new business venture of being a road side service guy. He couldn t help me at all witg my truck. Simply tried saying my motor was bad Becasue the was the easiest thing to say. And then charged me hours of laborer more than he should. And then wanted to threaten me when I called him back to see why he charged so much. He got very upset and mad threats! Horrible service. Very untrustworthy. I would rather sit on the side of the road broke down instead of using this guy for ANYTHING

Here at Sodus cold storage we use Nappy's for all of our heavy equipment. The service is great. Just good quality service all around. This service man was very unprofessional and treated my son very poor. The charges We were originally quoted were very different than what my card was charged. Please do your research before using businesses that you are unfamiliar with. Very valuable lesson learned here. Do not trust any one!!!! I honestly don t know how people like this stay in business. Very dissatisfied.

Very knowledgeable great response time shop big enough for full semi and trailer and has a full mobile roadside 6 wheel box truck former owner op and driver so knows if wheels are not turning we are not making money will use again if break down in that area....slappy
