Absolutely wonderful group of people there my daughter was on her way back to college and hit a part of a tire on the road damaged the front end and knock some plastic loose on her car. I looked where she was at and they were the closest garage to her. They came right out and got her car fixed back up enough for her to continue on to college. They would not have had to do that but they did anyway they re still good people out there and they re one of them. I highly recommend them, just doing what they did for a stranger, says that they care.

Poor customer skills. Went to them 3 months ago to do work on my classic car. Said they d be glad to do it. Checked in with them after a couple weeks, said they had the parts and hopefully after finishing two projects they d get me in. Then they ghosted me for the last 3 weeks. Didn t return my phone message. Never answer the phone. Finally went in in person to see where we stood and the owner got pissy and told me he s to busy and won t do the job. Told me patience is a virtue. Sorry pal, all you had to do was return my voicemail and tell me you were to busy right now and it would have to wait. Sorry you re overbooked and stressed out but don t take it out on a paying customer.

My tire went flat after hitting a pothole so and they guys where so generous they where only guys for and thankfully they so helpful in fixing the problem. The tire had to be changed they were so kind enough give me one for free to be on my way. Thank you Shawn am thankful you saw it fit help me in my lowest point, also thanks to Larry and Nick who was helpful as they recognized that my kids where in the car. I absolutely 100% recommend sae diesel and auto repair in new Hampton. Very pleasant experiences everytime I go. They go above and beyond to get what ever problem fixed. I do not go anywhere else. You can t trust mechanics especially bring a female because they try to take advantage. NOT Sae Diesel and Auto Repair. Trust them completely.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Showed up to rent a U-Haul and was not comfortable having the little guy hook it to my car because he really smelled of pot. I was afraid he wouldn't do it correctly.I called U-Haul to complain and escalated to Mike (regional manager). Also opened a case with Better Business Bureau.I rarely post to google (i think only once before) but I think this public service announcement was needed.***incoming negative reply from owner Shaun as you can see from other negative reviews - His "go to" response is to deflect and attack the customer. It must be all of us and not him.Flame on!

While driving home to Savannah GA from Central MA our Nissan Titan XD gave us a critical DEF System Error message. We had 170 miles until the truck went into limp mode with a max speed of 5mph. They were able to hook us up to the read the codes and helped to point us in the right direction. It s always scary when you have issues far from home (especially with kids in the car). They were super friendly and extremely helpful.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My husband took our 2007 PT Cruiser to get the left lower control arm replaced. Matthew called my husband to tell him that both arms needed to be replaced. SO VERY PROFESSIONAL! Matthew did not change one arm and let us drive out knowing the other needed to be replaced as well, he called to give us the option of changing both. He ordered the part and now our car is driving as good as new!!! 12/13/2021I took my diesel motorhome to SAE. I told them that I had very little time. They took a full week to even look at the vehicle, and lied that they had. The repair took weeks. They didn't replace the belts and hoses that I requested. They lied and said that they ordered parts, and didn't. They did not return calls. They have caller ID and won't answer if they see you call. They have very bad communication with customers. This is no way to treat a retired armed services member. It's a disgrace.Robert W. Hoertel, MSGT. Ret.
