Would give six stars if possible. The staff at NW Nanuet are super friendly, the showroom and service center are clean and welcoming, and the process of getting your vehicle serviced is hassle free. Showed up for service in the morning and was in and out in less than an hour. I have had some previous experiences with VW dealers that were less than stellar but VW of Nanuet is one of the hidden gems. If you are located in in the NYC metro area I definitely recommend them for all of your VW service needs. Will definitely be returning for all of my future service needs on my VW GTI.

I was really looking forward to buying a car from this dealership, especially after the wonderful experience with Carl. Unfortunately the sales manager Colin acted like interacting with me was a huge inconvenience for him. I didn t appreciate his attitude, changing the details of the sale, not properly communicating the car specs, and sighing at me. I found a better deal and much nicer employees elsewhere.

Our salesman Tony was Phenomenal!, Very personal, not high pressure, great to talk with, not a cheesy salesman just trying to get you into a vehicle. An overall excellent experience!

This is my 3rd week dealing with the vw team regarding my 360 shield plan, I spoke with Andrew from service department, Leslie Rodrigues from financial department and Joshua Cruz the person who sold me the product, sales manager ( in person and over the phone) and everyone in the team says different things and every time I will call they gave me excuses and played with my time sending me to talk to different people from different departments each time I called. The whole situation has me very irritated because I was just trying to drop off my car and know how many days it was going to take to the the work that I requieres and had been paid for I took my blue 2022 tiguan Monday for the service I spoke with Sterling Mckenzie and he confirmed which areas was covered under my plan. 2 hours later Andrew from service staff called saying that my plan just covered 1 of 4 things that I paid for, when 3 people had told me a different thing before I took my car I spoke with the company dowc, the company that offers this plan to different dealerships and they went over what was covered and how they were going to do it. I had to called them because vw staff couldn t get me any of this information. Dowc told me just take the car for service and they will deal with that. As vw team has lack of communication and they don't call back, they don't answer, or they just make excuses. I am without my car for 3 days. Majority of the stuff has no clue of the plans they offer their customers lack of training in part of supervisors. This has been the worse part dealing with them since I bought my car !!! They were doing great but if they don t mess up in the beginning they mess up at the end I really hope they can fix this overwhelming situation & they update the training with their staff for better costumer communication. I will be back for an update on this matter.

Recently bought a used 2016 Ford focus from this dealer. Everyone was so kind and helpful. As soon as you step in you feel welcomed and acknowledged. Steve the manager was very helpful. Our sales rep Joshua was the man. Apparently there was another buyer interested in the same car but Joshua was able to secure a deal for us. I called the day before asking for a walk out the door price as i was paying cash. The amount given to me was honored with no gimmicks or tricks. Everything was included and was well within my budget. Highly recommend this dealer.

This is the best VW service center in the area. I brought my 2017 Jetta here to be serviced. This place is top notch and provides great customer service. They are honest and upfront with there pricing and won't try to sell you anything the vehicle doesn't need. Service Representative was very helpful and nice. Also they have easy online scheduling for your appointments which is super convenient. This will now be the only dealership I bring my VW for service.Good people there and nice atmosphere.

I purchased my brand new truck thanks to the help of Lou & Mo. This has been by far my easiest car purchase in my entire life. Everything was so smooth and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and ask for them when you get to Volkswagen of Nanuet. I promise you will not get a better car buying experience ANYWHERE. I will forever remember their hospitality and surely be back for more cars!

In today s market you aren t hearing much about what a great experience you had buying a car or that you got everything you wanted plus more. Well, we did at Volkswagen of Nanuet last night!! From the second we called to see if the car on the website was available till the moment we drove away in the car our experience was great. Leslie assisted us and she was professional, understanding and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and confident with our purchase. She even stayed 4 hours late so she could personally be there when the car was delivered to us. The general manager and the finance manager were wonderful also. We didn t feel rushed or pressured everyone went above and beyond to make us happy and treat us like our business was important to them, and that they appreciated our business. Whereas other dealerships were treating us like they were doing us a favor even allowing us the opportunity to buy a car from them that was significantly over priced and not even what we wanted. We are so happy today with our purchase and looking back on the night feel really pleased with our overall experience.

I purchased a car from this dealer and from the first meeting to the closing of the deal I was treated with the upmost professionalism. Leslie was an amazing salesperson. She was always engaged and driven but never pushy. I have to say the entire transaction was pleasant and it went smoothly. Although markups were high (guessing due to COVID shortages) the manager made his best attempt to make the numbers work to an amount deemed acceptable to close the deal. Josh at Finance was also very informative and had us processed without any delays. If ever at VW of Nanuet looking for a car, ask for Leslie.

Amanda is amazing!! She knows what she is talking about!!! She called me back multiple times and explained everything needed for my car. I've missed having a VW service in Rockland county since the one in West Nyack closed a few years ago. So I was happy to see the Nanuet VW shop open. I scheduled a general maintenance, which was done promptly and expertly. The next day I noticed I also needed to renew my inspection and Amanda immediately scheduled it at no additional charge - they included it as part of maintenance service done the prior day. Everyone at the VW Service Center was courteous and helpful, and Amanda in particular was extremely diligent. I'm glad to have such a good repair shop for my VW Golf in my home county.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

"I've been taking my Volks Wagen to this service center for years and have always been impressed with their attention to detail and quality of work. The staff especially Chrys, is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my car is running smoothly. Honestly Tarazia needs a raise. This girl has stopped at NOTHING to get my car in perfect working condition. I honestly don t know how she finds the time for customers other than myself, because when I m there, she makes me feel like I m such an important person. She even stayed an hour past her shift to help me into a loaner car for the week while my car gets worked on. Customer service like that doesn t exist anymore! I want to give a million starts for Volkswagen of Nanuet. I have never felt more like family. Tarazia and Collin have changed my whole perspective of going to a dealership. I don t dread going to Volkswagen nanuet like I would for most dealerships, I am actually HAPPY to go.P.s. I m Really enjoying my loaner VW Jetta while my car gets worked on this week!

I went in with my 2004 Passat wagon to have headlights checked. They seemed not bright enough. Tech determined that both headlights were broken causing them to drop down and focus too closely in front of car. Also discovered an unrelated oil leak. Gave estimate for repair of both problems and charged nothing for today s diagnosis. Both Amanda and service rep were knowledgeable and professional. Good PR.

Jashua was very patient and efficient in answering all my questions. He was knowledgeable about my new vehicle and explained everything I needed to know. I made an appointment for a NY state inspection and the lady Tarazia that took care of my appointment was very efficient and professional, it s a new dealership very organized and clean .I m glad a new Volkswagen dealership open close to my residence , definitely will continue to use them for future maintenance.

Bought an 2017 Audi Q7 form this establishment and the whole crew was understanding, treatment of professionalism was at and they guys were understanding and made a deal for me that I can afford.
