Went into the dealership to discuss the end of my lease and ended up leaving with a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee! We dealt with Jimmy D. He was fantastic! He told us about all our options and worked with us! He even sat with us while we customized my next Jeep Grand Cherokee! After customizing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee, we realized that that exact car was on the lot and arrived 4 days prior. We took it! It was definitely meant to be and is my dream car! Great experience and so happy to be a Jeep owner!

Mine and my wife's experience with this dealership, in particular, with our sales consultant Joeluis (Joey) Ramirez, was among the best customer service experiences we've had in any industry. Joey was attentive, informative, personable, and professional. He truly understood our wants and specific needs for our next car and he absolutely delivered.Our first experience with this dealership was 3 years ago when we leased a Chrysler and Joey was fantastic with us at that time, and we came back to him and are so pleased with the experience and outcome as happy and proud Dodge drivers today. Without a doubt, we will come back to Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to see Joey for our next car when the time comes.

Oliver was an amazing, helpful salesman. He helped me with getting every detail correct and making the purchase of my new Jeep Renegade easy. He then showed me all of the features of my car in a thorough manner. This is my 4th renegade and 4th dealership and I will definitely return to do business with Rockland again and with Oliver, specifically. Can t thank him enough!

I walked in the showroom after shopping for two weeks at other dealerships. Nick NuccioWalked up to me and less than 30 minutes later we shook hands on a deal. Nick has an incredible personality and an amazing understanding of the vehicles he is selling. He sold me a Ram 3500 with the cummins diesel. This is a very unique truck yet Nick explained every aspect in detail to me. He hooked me up with the financing guy who was another genius. I drove my truck off the showroom the next day with a smile. I could not be more pleased. On top of all this I got a great value. I have been buying trucks for 50 years and this was by far my best experience. This truck may outlast me but if not I will be back for my next truck and possibly my last. Unless they make the self driving ones by then. Good luck Nick and thanks again for making this a wonderful experience.

Went to Rockland Chrysler looking for a Jeep but didn't know what type. Meant with salesman Jim DeMercurio. He was very patient with me. He showed me a couple of different Jeeps. I ended buying the '24 Jeep Wrangler in Blue. Its absolutely gorgeous & it drives great! Thanks Rockland Chrysler & Jim!

I am very weary of dealerships and waited a long time before finally found this place through a good friend. It s over an hour drive from my place but totally worth it for the quality and service. Their selection of vehicles that fit my budget and requirements was impressive and Oliver Mclntyre was (and is) a pleasure to deal with. He took care of everything throughout the process and made it as painless as possible, reached out over and over to make sure everything is going smoothly and that I m happy with the truck.I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I couldn t be happier with it. Definitely coming back soon to get my girl her vehicle as well.

We drove over 2 hours for the perfect Jeep and in the process ended up getting absolutely perfect Customer Service! I ended up calling about a Cherokee on Sunday for My Mom and was able to instantly hold the vehicle with a deposit and set up an appointment for the next day. The communication was amazing that morning of the purchase! We were lucky enough to work with Ada and she absolutely went Above and Beyond for us! She had the Jeep waiting for us, was very professional, knowledgeable and kind! The transaction went so smoothly and seamless and we couldn't be happier! My Mom loves her Jeep and I was so thankful this wasn't a full day wasted at the dealership! We were in and out in No time and everything was handled so well! Ada even took the time to check up on us to make sure Mom was happy and everything was going well! Highly Recommend this Dealership and Ada over and over again! Thank you so much for everything!

I highly recommend this place! I had an issue with my gladiator and the customer relationship manager Marie went above and beyond to help me. She is truly one of a kind and embodies customer service. Its a breath of fresh air to work with a business that cares about there customers so much! I loved my vehicle since buying it and they were extremely helpful as well. Know you will be treated well here and they will go above and beyond.

Although in the past I have walked out from here without a deal or even a good feeling, this all changed this year with a reference to Oliver McIntyre. Oliver is quick to respond, knows his stuff, and we felt no pressure whatsoever. He spent hours with us, in the pouring rain, showing us our options for our first fun car - even though we walked in pretty sure of what we wanted. He located the color we wanted and made the entire process smooth and simple. He gave tips for our new vehicle and we are now the proud lessees of a new Wrangler 4xe. Oliver rocks and we will be back!

I was interested in a car and was looking to trade in my car. I was highly disappointed with the offer I received. I was getting a huge difference between KBB and from what other dealers have offered me. On top of that I was looking to get warranty for the vehicle and they were charging 3 times more than the amount I've seen from any other dealer. I don't think I will ever come back to this dealer again, I travelled 1.5 hours to see the car for a good price but it was a waste of time.

I was extremely fortunate to deal with Lord when leasing my new Grand Cherokee. I came from Central NJ and everything we discussed prior to my arrival to the dealership was exactly what went down which is often not the case. I didn t have to do the whole rigmarole of going back and forth to get the best price. I was provided with it up front. I highly recommend seeing Lord for your next lease/finance.

Can I give more than 5 Stars? Because Oliver at Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram deserves far more than 5! I will never buy a car from anyone else. He was kind, engaging, attentive, and thoughtful. He listened, he was knowledgeable, I didn t feel pressured, and I didn t feel rushed! Oliver went above and beyond in his service, ensuring the car was perfect when I picked it up and sat with me to orient myself to interior. Oliver was great and the dealership made everything quick and painless!

Oliver provided such a relaxing and professional automobile buying experience.I had my focus on a used Tacoma that I knew would go quickly, but I live 2 hours away and was not able to come in for another 2 days. Oliver and I worked out a deposit to hold the truck for me. I was so relieved!I had limited time to spend coming up to the dealership during business hours, but Oliver was so supportive of the matter. He ended up staying past closing to entertain my parents and I after we test drove the truck.I could not speak more highly of our entire experience with this dealership and especially Oliver. I hope to do business again with them in the future and definitely recommend Oliver!

Strongly would not recommend. Came to this dealer to purchase a truck with a pre-approval for my company through our own lender. Was told by sales rep that if we used their lender, that they could beat or at least match our 8% pre-approval rate but that they would negotiate on the sale price due to the kick backs they receive from using their own lender. Well they came back at 14% 6 more points. They wanted to try to pull my credit also. So now myself and my company have a negatively effected credit score, we said that in order to just do damage control and move on, we d get them our agreed upon price (1200 under asking) with our financing. Their right to refuse a deal but now my personal and company credit score has hard inquiries and the scores have dropped. I was also not told from the beginning that the extended factory warranty would not be honored if the truck was for commercial use, even though the first contact was purchasing a truck for my company then after the fact was told there was only 1 key and a replacement would be another $500. So after loosing hours communicating/negotiating and taking hits on the credits, we are left with nothing to show for it. Not only a huge waste of time but we are left negatively effected. Plenty of car/truck dealers, don t waste your time and credit here.

This is a fantastic dealership in everyway. People are efficient and down to earth. They truly care about their customers.I had the chance to work with Faustino Martinez. Not only is he a great person, he takes the time to truly understand his customers and build the relationship. He is the perfect person and someone you would want assisting you in the car buying process. If i know anyone looking for a new car, i will be sure to put them in touch with him. Oliver McIntyre is the best there is! I recently purchased my first Wrangler from him and it was a total breeze. He made everything so easy and seamless. Oliver walked me through every make and model, let me know every option, and gave his honest opinion about what he would and wouldn t do. He had real experience with the cars which just made everything so genuine. When there was a problem with the Jeep (factory not dealership) he called me right away and had it fixed asap. This is the only place and man I would ever buy a Jeep from. Simply the best.

I was looking for a new Dodge Ram Laramie and I went to Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Like most people, I dread car/truck shopping. feeling like you re getting ripped off, the haggling, the stress. I was extremely lucky to meet, and have Oliver McIntyre as my salesman. I was having some sticker shock and not finding many options with leather that I needed. He told me he would find me the perfect vehicle that day and he did. A 2022 Ram Laramie Hemi with 15,000 miles. I gave him a small deposit that day. The truck came in when he said it would and it was perfect. Everything in working order, looked great, there was even plastic on the floor in the front, paper in the truck noted the dealer it came from was selling it higher than what I paid for it. I could not have happier. I was selling my current truck outright so I couldn t pick up the truck right away. He kept in touch with me. No pressure no stress. Very acknowledge of the electronics and helped set up a lot of its features for me. I would highly recommend Oliver McIntyre as a sales person! Best truck buying experience I ve ever had! Thank you!!

We have been looking for a truck for several months and weren t exactly sure what direction we were ultimately going to choose. We stopped into this dealership for the first time and we were fortunate to connect with Oliver. Had the best experience here when purchasing my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited. As a first time buyer Oliver really made sure that I understood every step of the process and what was needed. He was extremely flexible with my schedule and provided the best service communicating any updates with the car and going out of his way to ensure that I received the car in a "brand new" condition. This past week I was searching for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and I can't say enough great things about Nicholas Salamon with the used cars sales team. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and did not try to push me to one vehicle or another. He worked with my family and I on all of our many visits to the shop. The pricing I found fair, transparent and they really don't charge those crazy fees alot other dealers in the tristate charge. First time car buyer!!!As a first time car buyer, I was extremely nervous about how my experience would go with the process. I will begin with telling you about my dealer- Oliver McIntyre. Oliver, was an absolute fabulous dealer to work with. He was caring and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time explain all the bells and whistles that my car has in it as well as taking his time to explain everything needed to make the purchase happen. He wasn t pushy at all. He made me feel very comfortable the whole time. He even made sure my car was buffed out completely and a big red bow was on it when I came to sign my papers and drive off with my new - used car. I also want to add that my family and I drove over 4 hours just to purchase my car from this dealership because of Oliver being such a caring and might I also add very charming dealer. Oliver is the BEST! He is so knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted a Wrangler but didn t know where to start! Oliver walked me through everything possible Pre-owned, New, leases and Purchase. I could have gone to a dealer closer to my home but when I walked in and met Oliver, I knew he was who I wanted to deal with! He s a gem! I just purchased a vehicle from here, and OLIVER was such a pleasure to deal with. There was a hiccup that occurred on the vehicle that I was looking at, but in the end, OLIVER was professional despite me being a bit annoyed at the situation. I realized I may have used an unprofessional tone at one time, but I greatly appreciate how OLIVER handled everything. He was able to get me into the vehicle I wanted and gave me wonderful advice when it came to buying the vehicle. If you go here, please ask to work with OLIVER. Great experience at Rockland CDJR in Nanuet. We ended up trading in 2 vehicles and leasing 2 vehicles and from beginning to end these guys were AWESOME !!!! They made the process easy and we couldn t be happier with the two vehicles we left with !!!!! Huge shout out to Jermaine in sales and Don in F&I .. these two are amazing !

Great experience! Working with Chris Gunst is a must! He is organized, thorough, and seriously a great guy! He does not try to string you along just so you buy a car. This is actually my second car with him and believe me I wouldn t have gone back for the second one if the first experience wasn t as great!!
