Walked in today with an appointment and their system was down. They didn't offer to write down my information and call me when it was back up to get a priority appointment. They didn't offer any solution. Basically they told me they had no idea when it would be back up and to leave my vehicle at my own risk because if the system doesn't come back up they were going home early. I get that things happen but as a big company you should have a standard operating procedure in case of something like this. I am a teacher across the river and don't get many opportunities to leave my car for a period of time. When I make an appointment I expect it's kept.

Brought my baby for its first service appointment and it was super smooth. Staff was friendly and efficient.Waiting room was clean, comfy, spacious and has amazing hot chocolate

Came here for an oil change last Saturday and will never go back. Service technician threw my key fob to each other to move my car and didn't catch it resulting in a damaged fob case which was then changed because I complained. Case for fob wasn't new but most likely came off a loaner key fob. Pressure in tires weren't up to spec as it looks like the car tires weren't even checked. Instill have on my windshield the old maintenance reminder from the last oil change I had from a different dealership. Had a free oil change on my account notes and was hassled when bringing it up the cashier desk like I was lying when it clearly stated on the paper work for a free oil change. I'm going back to MT Kisco for my maintenance and new lease.

I went for a regular oil change, and the service was excellent. It took 2 hours, but I got it back much sooner. Brittany has served as my service adviser for the previous two routine maintenance visits; I am pleased with her work As you wait for the maintenance of your vehicle, they have a spacious rest area with chairs , coffee, and tea. When compared to the cost of services provided by an outside maintenance shop, some of the repair work cost performed at the dealership is not reasonable. One of my recommendations is that the Honda dealership implement the live view from the vehicle service center, which is now provided in many dealerships, so that consumers can watch the work being done on the vehicle. Honda isn't up to date with it, so the customer can assess whether they finished all the activities related to my service.

Very efficient check-in and check-out process. Service Representative Gabriel was very pleasant and thoroughly explained my Service needs. The work took just the hour and a half that Gabriel predicted. The Waiting area was also very comfortable and spacious. Overall it was a good experience for something that can be a mundane necessity.

Service here is hit or miss. In my last visit, the valet didn't know how to drive a manual transmission car and was doing a burnout out of the check in area. The female service advisor is unfriendly. Maybe she was having a bad day.Before this, the service was very efficient. The service advisor (male) was quick, techs quickly finished the car, and I was out within an hour.Given my last experience, I won't be returning. Why spend money here and support this corporate dealership when the service advisor is unfriendly and they don't vet the people they hire to valet your car?

My cousin bought a car at DCH Honda at Nanuet, NY and we picked up today . We've got Good service over there...My take is that do you homework before you're Go There. CHECK YOU PRICE IN YOUR AREA or the internet etc..

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Our salesman Jeremy was top notch. talk about professional and knowledgeable; he answered every and any question we had and the finance team knocked it out of the park. Our sale went so smooth my brother decided to buy a car the same day, 2 sales in 1 amazing job!! Jeremy is the guy to ask for at DCH Honda of Nanuet!!!!

I leased a 2020 Honda pilot from them. there is a recall from Honda due to Software programming errors. for the first time since I leased the vehicle 3 months ago, I called Service to set up a recall appointment. Despite making 2 calls and a total of about 25 minutes elapsing no one picked up the call in the service department. I call the operator and she tried and no one picks up even though I am told that there are 2 ladies available to take calls in Service. She offered to take my name and ask them to call back. I declined as I had chatted online with Hailey and they took down my phone number and email ID for service to call back. This kind of service is unacceptable. Sales and Service goes hand in hand.Can someone explain why it takes 25 minutes in Service to pick up a customer's call ?

Leased and service my car here. Once they left oil on my steering wheel and seat. Then recently they went into my glove compartment apparently to check my filter and left some of the contents from my glove compartment on the floor. Very poor service!

I had a flat tire. Called seven times to see if they had my tire in stock and they never called. Then I had to call them back and after 5 hours they finally decided to call my warranty service. Bad experience
