Warren and crew did a great job on my Subaru. It had suffered from bad workmanship in previous repair at Curry Automotive in Venice FL. I feel lucky to have my car running well again.They are courteous, clear communicators. Took photos to help me understand the problem. Drove me back to my residence when I didn't have a ride. Gave me an accurate price estimate. And had the work done quickly and cleanly.I will definitely come back here while I'm am in town visiting my mom. Thank you guys!

I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for the guys over at Gallaways. So genuine, very kind and honest, fast and reasonably priced. First experience with them, and they ve definitely gained a new lifetime customer.

This place is over charging people I went there to get my car checked they wanted over 800 dollars for 1 wheel hub and a fuse that is insane I used to work on cars so I know that it not going to cost 800 dollars I called a couple other places in the area and got it done for 320 a HUGE DIFFERENCE but with the other shops it was less then 500 so I wonder where they got that number from

Went in there right after getting ripped off from the auto shop down the block , these guys diagnose the problem, and had it fixed within a couple hours at a very very reasonable price. I took my car here today as visiting from NC as experienced some service lights that came on while driving to Long Island and did not want to drive home without having it checked out. They were able to squeeze me in to look at it and were able to diagnose the problem and assist me. I would highly recommend as personable, knowledgeable and transparent regarding what needed to be done. I am very thankful that they were able to fit me in and will be heading home on time.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Galloways is always honest, dependable and their work is great. I always recommend them when someone needs a mechanic.About a week ago I thought I needed brakes. I also needed an inspection and oil change. It turned out my brakes were fine. They could have done them anyway but instead they were honest and saved me money.

I ve been having issues with my car and left my old mechanic and decided to stop by this shop to ask for help and I m so glad I did.. not only did they fix the issues but they took their time checking everything out. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!! The owner is very honest and knowledgeable! Highly recommended!!!!

These guys are GREAT & WONDERFUL. I started going to them when they first opened and since go nowhere else. It's rare enough to find an honest and trustworthy mechanic that doesn't try to fix what's not broke, but on top of that they really do know their stuff. Just as important to me is that they are always so kind and accommodating and a delight to deal with. This rate and review posting only goes up to 5 stars, but they deserve so many more.

These guys kow their stuff! Had two difficult repairs completed no issues and fair price on labor spent. Highly recommended for any vehicle new, old complex, they will fix it right the first time. Easy to make appointment too.

Went in in the morning with no appointment and Warren was able to confirm my issue, take care of me and get my car done same day. Great communication too. Local and convenient, and easy to deal with.

I come from a family of mechanics and I am so blown away by the service at Gallaway's. I was heading out east from the city and had a car emergency. They were so kind and immediately took my car in. 24 hours later I had my car back and it drove like a dream! I may not live close by but Gallaway's is worth taking the drive to get your car fixed! Thank you so much again!

Pehonomal shop, great guys who are so nice and willing to help you out. Had a new Axle put in my Subaru Impreza WRX the same day I dropped it off. Amazing guys, and fair prices. What more could you ask for.

I chose Gallaway s because of all the great Facebook stories over the years and now I too have a great story to share. To long of a story to post but one that moved me to post five stars. If you want an honest mechanic that s going to do the right thing then Gallaway s is the place for you. Thank you Warren!

Probably the worst place I've ever brought a car. Brought my saturn for an inspection and nothing else, the check engine light turned on right before I dropped it off so I knew it was going to fail, I just wanted to get it looked over for the next time I go to get it inspected without the light on (was gas cap not tightened all way). Well I get a call for about 30 minutes later telling me they had to replace a fuse and a wire which was ok with me at the time, said my knock sensor needed to be replaced (false, if my knock sensor was bad my car wouldn't have started), and that no power was going to the diagnostics port so they cant even do part of the normal inspection. They asked if I wanted to replace all the stuff they told me and continue inspection (fuse and wire were done before the phone call asking permission to do further work). I said no not continue and went to pick it up, the grand total for a inspection, a fuse and little bit of wire came out to be just over $100. Took it too another shop and waited there and watched. The fuse that Gallaway put in was the wrong size for which caused another fuse to blow (wasnt serious) but they could have been able to read diagnostics if they just put in the right fuse at the time and saved me from a blown fuse.Ultimately don't go there

Needed an inspection. Had to wait a few days for an appointment. Was in and out in 19 minutes. Definitely get an appointment its a very busy shop
