The best in automotive parts. The employees actually know about vehicles as opposed to other auto parts stores that the employees young punks that only know how to look things up in the computer

I've been to AutoZone and advance Auto I never got the professional like I did at Napa in Monticello NY. I was in and out of there no problems

I use this place several times a month, sometimes several times a week to maintain our trucks, vehicles and equipment with various business' I own. The employees are excellent! Well trained, respectful and honest. They know what they are talking about.....not just plugging things into a computer like many other of the "chain" stores that send you on your way with the wrong part. Sure they are sometimes busy but you can appreciate that when its your turn because they will help you solve your problem and not just look to take your money and push you out for the next person. I only mention this because I noticed some idiot left a review with 1 star because he happened to be there while it was busy....ofcourse he is also a "serial 1 star reviewer" aka : a loser with nothing better to do.If you need parts, the quality of service AND the quality of parts at this NAPA are excellent! Pricing is inline with any high quality product.A+++

Came in and was helped immediately! The person received a phone call and someone else stepped up to helped me.The part I needed, exhaust flanges, we're sold out at advanced auto and autozone. The closest store was in CT and NJ that had a common part.NAPA had the part in stock.

I came in close to closing time with a battery issue and Alison went above and beyond to help me. My battery would not start back up after trying to jump it for 15 minutes so she changed my battery out for me right there in the parking lot. I was super grateful for her help!

Extraordinarily bad in every way. First off, whenever anyone walks in, it is almost impossible to get service immediately because the place is so understaffed and being inundated with phone calls. Staff appear to do whatever they can to avoid any calls going to voicemail, so don't expect them to help you until there is a break in the calls (which may not happen for 20-30 minutes.) Once they are able to help, the store and the store's inventory is so disorganized that it may take them 15+ minutes to find you what you are looking for. It took them 20 minutes to find me a fuel cap. While I was in the store, I noticed that the staff are rude to each other and seem to be working in a toxic high-pressure environment. Their prices are very, very high. It's all a mess.

Was there Thursday for oil filter and oil ....wasnt even acknowledged ,noticed, welcomed or nodded a head at ...felt very uncomfortable especially when a blonde woman walked in and was immediately helped with her serpentine belt needs.

Great group of staff. They go above and beyond to assist you. I was a little disappointed when I needed a part ordered because the ordered the wrong one but mistakes happen. My go to auto parts supplier in the area.

Allen, at the Monticello store is always. You can pretty much ask him anything automotive and he has an answer of he'll find someone with the answer.

They have what I need every time I walk in, incluing made-on-site high pressure hydraulic lines. Not always the cheapest but not unreasonable, and they take the time to find what I need
