Have come here a few times. They get the job done quickly and are responsive to your phone calls. The prices are very good for the work done. I've had oil changes, brakes/rotors replaced. Very satisfied. Only wish their hours were longer

I had a great experience here. The best shop ever to bring your vehicle for any kind of issues. Frank (The Owner) and Nick work with you and explain all your options before repairs are made. This is the most honest mechanic shop that I've ever gone to. They have the best mechanic in all of Queens, and his name is Johnathan! He is amazing and can fix your vehicle like new! I can't say enough about this place!

After having my car at another local mechanic shop and getting nothing done, I took my car to Thomas. LOVE THEM!!!! They did an AWESOME job fixing my car. They didn't just repair the worn pieces but they check my car for anything that was wrong with my car, gave me options and did a smooth work. I took my car for a long drive over the weekend and it run great! I was so pleased that I need to come and post a review, They all are very professional and very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Thomas Auto Repair to all my friends and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a totally honest shop where they absolutely do not take advantage especially with woman who are by themselves. I had an estimate from pep boys telling me I needed all this work on my car when I went for an oil change and were very pushy for me to have the work done there and now. I took my car over to Thomas Auto Repair and they checked the entire car out and only to find out that I didn't need the work they were claiming..They we're very reasonable with the cost for the repairs I did need done. I give them a 5star rating and will def use them as my mechanic from now on.

I came here looking for a new place to get my car maintenance done, after a shady experience at the Pep Boys on Metropolitan Ave. I was in need of a regular oil change.I called the day before and made an appointment. The woman on the phone was soft spoken, nice, and gave me all the information I needed. When I got there I was greeted in a friendly manner and asked to pull in my car.I was told it would take about an hour for the oil change and was welcomed to wait inside for my car. It wound up taking just 30 minutes. I was in and out before I knew it. They even tipped off my other fluids.I was very happy with the friendly service. The music the repair guys were playing was also to my taste, so they get a big thumbs up for that! This place is not far from my home, so I will be returning for my oil changed, inspections, and anything else my car needs. Looks like I found my new steady spot. Take that, shady pep boys.

My mom recently brought in here Honda Odyssey for repair work on broken motor mounts. The staff/mechanics were super nice and professional and did excellent work on the car. She even had a small issue she asked to be looked at and they remedied that as well. She is so happy with how the car feels when it drives now and was really happy with her service at this garage. Would highly recommend to anyone!Service: Engine repair

These guys are wonderful! They kept me in the loop the whole time, called me everytime they said they would and they were very friendly! The huge thing for me was that they did not take advantage of the fact I know nothing about cars! I will definitely be going back! This is my neighborhood go to place for car maintenance and repair. You will get a fair shake here, and solid repairs. The front desk person is very pleasant, and the main mechanic is a gentleman as well. Came in today with a hanging mudguard due to hitting a curb, he got on his hands and knees and fixed it for me for free. The other times I have been here, they were quick, efficient, reasonably priced. Happy to have a place I can trust.

Big fan of the Kevins. Seem honest and experienced. The prices are fair and you can tell they know their stuff. These guys are my goto shop now in queens. I have been around to many shops in the past 7 years ans this place is the best hands down.

Frank is a great guy. I have known Frank for a few years. Of just saying hi. My employer owns property Next to the shop. One day I went over ask Frank for Help with my boat. He. provided me with Help. No questions asked. Gave me great advice and guidance.

Their is a massive hole right off the lie my tire went flat and FRANK THE OWNER provided me with several options to fix my tire and recommended great affordable tire service and I was done within minutes. I can t express how happy I am and my Mercedes Benz rims were not effected. Thank you frank and joe and Corrine the wonderful assistant who came an met me halfway up the block bcus I couldn t drive my vehicle. Thank you

These guys are amazing. They could have over charged me easily and instead they said "it's an easy fix, no problem, you're all set." In and out in no time.......2 years later i swear by these guys. If this was a pediatric office id bring my kids.

Several months ago I took my car in (2007 ford focus) because the steering wheel whines occasionally. Several other places wanted me to replace the whole steering rack for more than $500. Frank looked at it, explained the problem, and said I didn't have to do anything if that's what I could tolerate the occasional whine. He didn't even charge me anything. I've been driving my car ever since. Can't find another mechanic more honest than that.

I took my car (160k ) , I was thinking the transmission is done, Frank told me to get ready with same $ to replace it, but after he looked better all that she need it it was a software update and new transmission fluid, so ... it cost me only 500$ . I recommend this place , they are honest and they know what they are doing
