I have been using C&A Auto for about one year now. I have found them to be very professional and honest. Last year I brought in my 2007 Audi for a water pump. A few weeks later the water pump failed. C&A Auto honored that work and replaced the pump with no hassle and no cost. A few months ago, C&A serviced my daughter s Subaru Cross Trek. A Subaru dealer told her she needed front brakes and rotors. I took her car to C&A for service and front brakes. They sent me a thorough video of her car showing that the car did not yet need brakes. This week I took my son s car in for service and an inspection. They sent me a detailed video of the car showing that the tires had some dry rot and that the tire tread was getting low. Chris told me that the car would pass inspection without replacing the tires. I opted to have them replaced. I really like their honesty and for this reason I will continue to patronize C&A and recommend them to friends and family.

This is the most important thing you need to know: you are paying for quality and expertise. Chris and his team keep you informed every step of the way. They send you videos of your vehicles current status and explanations of what is wrong/what parts need replacement. I definitely trust their work. This will be the only place I take my cars to. Thanks guys!

Had a great experience at C & A Auto this past Saturday. Exception service and great advice selecting tires for my wife s car. They even provided a loaner car! I will definitely return in the future.

We have brought our cars here for years. We trust the work, it s fast, and they keep us informed of status the entire time. Including videos where they show the problem and explain the options for repair. They never try and force a repair and there are never surprises. The support staff is great too!

Another great experience with C & A Auto Service. They are always honest, friendly and accommodating. They recommend a particular tire which outperformed all expectations in value and performance. We are thrilled with service and expertise.

Happy with their service! They are pleasant, accommodating and priced fairly. I like the fact the Goodyear credit card is accepted here and provides incentives and interest free deferred payments.C&A never tries to upsell which is important to me. I left Mavis for ALWAYS UPSELLING.C+A DOES NOT Highly recommend

Quick and courteous service. Video documentation for the service s to be performed with pricing. Great installation of my new radiator, hoses and flush. they even followed up with me a few days later on the install. Go to the professionals, it s worth the $$.

Just had a major service on my 2016 Ford Edge, with almost 90,000 miles on it. Replaced a bad emissions valve, New Spark plugs, cleaned fuel injection, flush cooling system, oil change, rotate tires and 4 wheel alignment! The guys did a great job and a reasonable price!!

Jerry has been servicing our vehicles for the past 20 years. I recently brought in our Subaru for maintenance. They were able to service our car in a timely manner. C&A Auto is the only service our family would ever use.

Got me in last minute for an inspection and went the extra mile to get my car taken care of in a few hours (other work had to be done, which they called an explained beforehand). The gentleman who greeted me upon checking in/out was kind and professional. I really appreciate the amazing customer service and the accommodations that I was given. This was my first visit to their shop but will not be my last! Thank you!

Needed new tires for my SUV and gave C&A Auto a try after years of going to Sears and Mavis. Their staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process. With their assistance, I was able to find the right tires for my vehicle that was best suited for my needs. I was also informed of an small oil leak on the pan gasket and advised to bring car back to dealership because it would be covered under warranty- (thank you!). Lucky enough it snowed two days after getting tires and I had absolutely no problem getting home. The waiting area is spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. I didn t have to wait hours for my SUV to be ready- work completed in a timely fashion. Nice to have a professional auto service to bring my car to now- will now go to them for other repairs in future. Well done C & A Auto.

I had a great experience at C&A. They are reasonably priced and very accommodating. This was my first time bringing my vehicle to a mechanic other than the direct dealership and I am glad I did. My vehicle runs significantly smoother and I highly recommend C&A for your vehicle needs.

Jerry, Ray and the whole team at C&A auto are the best! My dad, up until he had stop driving long distances would come from the Bronx to get his car repaired. Terrific service, fair prices and honest work. If you re not happy they aren t happy until you are! Definitely a A++++

Was a very positive experience here. I usually hate going to the mechanics shop but these guys were very upfront about the prices and didn't try to sell me unnecessary stuff. The price was actually less than the quoted price. It was a more advanced job but they still got it done same day and followed instructions. I would recommend this shop.

Great service friendly knowledgeable staff. It was my first time there and I will be returning in the future. Ray explained my car s problem in detail to me and was great. Shuttle service was a bonus.

Try C&A Auto for great service. No matter what your car, they understand manufacturer specs and typically exceed them. Highly recommended for excellent local service you can trust whether it's just an oil change, tires and brakes or anything else.
