I recently had my Tesla serviced at this location and found the process to be incredibly convenient. Everything from booking the appointment to dropping off the car was seamlessly managed through the app. Upon arrival, a simple tap on the "drop off" button initiated the service process. The staff seemed well-prepared as they promptly acknowledged my car's arrival and kept me informed about the service status throughout the day.However, the only downside was the absence of loaner vehicles, which could pose an inconvenience if you rely on your car for daily transportation. It's advisable to arrange alternative transportation beforehand when utilizing this service.Overall, the check-in process was swift and efficient. I'm eager to see how the service quality matches up once I retrieve my car.

my brand new tesla was vandalized and had a cracked sunroof the day before my original appointment on the 11/15/23 they sent me a message saying they did not receive the part and they went ahead and rescheduled my appointment for 12/4/23 this was after i ve already been waiting to get the car fixed since 10/29/23. communication was good within the app and they responded quickly. The drop off process was straight forward i didn t have to leave my key because they said they could get in, after leaving my car about an hour and a half passed i received a message stating that the work was completed, when i went to pick my car up i noticed a dark black mark on the headliner where the crack started from i addressed it and the person who worked on the car insisted on lying saying it was already like that (IT WAS NOT) i also noticed my fresh white seats were now dirty mainly the front passenger seat as if they sat in the seat with soiled clothes, they took my car back in the garage and attempted to get the black mark out it came out to a certain extent not perfect, the next day when it was brighter out i noticed even more places on the headliner around the glass that that got dirty there were little debris all in the seats that they didn't clean up .long story short they didn't handle the car with care or any sort of professionalism I'm very displease with how they did the work with my audi its always handled with care they cover the seats with plastic before going in your car and even wash it after i hope there will be more tesla locations soon because i don't plan on ever taking my car back to this place.

I don t have option to give them zero star unfortunately I need to give them one star I go there three time just rattles noise and they didn t fix and last time technician said it s normal it s brand new car how it s normal how dumb he isAnd truck is not in level and I show them and they give excuses ?? I m not getting free this Tesla I pay full amount I request don t buy Tesla it s just wasting money

My experience was excellent!My 12volt needed replacement, so I scheduled for an appointment. The earliest time was 18 days away. I received a message through the Tesla app that I qualified for a mobile service appointment. Then I received an additional message saying a slot was available today.With my busy schedule, I asked how long such a repair would take and received a reply that it would be 30-40 mins. I arrived on time where I was greeted and my car was checked in. Approximately 25 minutes later, I was driving off the lot with the issue resolved.The service center itself is on a busy corner as it s right off the BQE. There is a parking lot for your vehicle. There is a waiting area, wifi and refreshments.Thank you for the service today.

Best Tesla customer service experience I ve had in 2 years or ownership. I went in to change out my tire as it was flat. Tracy (sp) was absolutely fantastic. Even though she was with a customer, she acknowledged my presence and said she would be right with me. She was able to have my car worked on right away even though I was an hour early. (Very nervous the tire might go down again after inflating so we headed straight there right after landing from London)She understood what I needed done (keep the old tire and use my own new tire as we have 2 backups). The car was ready in 20 minutes and when I voiced concerns I had in the past with other service centers she personally went to check the car for me and all was well. Every Tesla location should have a Tracy!

Really poor experience. Sent pictures of the issues before we arrived, didnt address the issues in advance. Then took the car for days and said they weren't going to repair it as it's not in bad enough condition. See pictures of the cracked control arm to decide for yourself. Would avoid at all costs.Very non responsive in the app also.

Phenomenal service. The fixed my car and charged it full. They also gave me $100 is Uber credits so I could get to work and pick up my car later. Inside they have a waiting area if you don t mind waiting with water and hot chocolate. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. They also texted me when my car was done

Dalvin Fordyce, the Tesla Service Technician from Long Island City, truly exemplified professionalism and expertise.To begin with, Dalvin arrived right on time, demonstrating Tesla's commitment to punctuality and customer service. He patiently waited for a few minutes while I made my way down to the apartment garage, showing great understanding and consideration.What truly stood out was Dalvin's wealth of experience in the car industry. He mentioned that he had previously worked on Audi's and Porsches, and this background clearly shone through in his approach to problem-solving. He seemed to have an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of different car models and knew how to interact with clients.Dalvin's friendly demeanor made the entire experience even more pleasant. Only appointments available were two weeks out. I booked one and waited two weeks, then the day before I'm supposed to go in, I get a message saying they only do "light service" and if the appointment takes over an hour I have to go somewhere else. Once again, great car, terrible service.

I recently visited the Tesla Service Center for maintenance on my Model X, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous and efficient. They quickly assessed the issues with my vehicle and provided a thorough explanation of the necessary repairs. What truly impressed me was the speed at which they completed the servicing. Very helpful staff. They are very thorough and they fixed my issue with my model Y within an hour. Their lounge was nice, enjoyed a coffee while I was waiting. Overall, great experience.

The team here is phenomenal. What a pleasant experience from beginning to end.From the second I arrived the team especially Tracey, were top notch customer service, and extremely accommodating to my busy lifestyle. The technicians quickly figured out what was wrong, but due to the piece not being on site I was given great options to let me continue my day.This was just as enjoyable as the day I picked up my car, and would say this team represents the company in the highest manner.

Unfortunately would rather drive the extra time to dealership, they are limited and gave me back the car with the same issue not fixed but claimed it was fixed. Still have no reception no Wi-Fi no hotspot capability can t do updates basically nothing works.

Arrogant and Incompetent. I had a brand new model S in service over 35 days for 20 different problems. They say they come to you to fix the car but they never did. Then they promised loners - never happened. Then they promised Uber credits which never worked. For most visits the problems were not even looked at. The arrogant employees never ran out of dismissive comments and excuses. If you ask them a serious question they just walk away. After six months I got the money back under the Lemon Law. If you like spending your time at a Tesla shop this is the place for you. I ve owned over 20 cars. This was the worst one and the service was incompetent.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery

Great team very helpful, Sincere, the shop is ultra organized and clean, my car came out the factory with the doors all misaligned a was worry but Esteban and his team did everything in their power to have it done correctly. This facility will not care about your concern. The asian guys sitting at the front does not care about you. He much rather check his phone all day long. He locks the front door during business hours for 30+ mins to do personal business. This service center takes multiple trips to fix issues. They damage parts when replacing others and will try to glue them to fix it, instead replacing it. They claim they have everything on hand to fix but when you return their statement changes. If your service appointment is in the morning and it is something minor they will no touch your car almost till the end of the day. The manager George us useless. This facility will try to find every reason why to not warranty certain parts. They will mess up your service ticket so you would have to pay for those parts out of pocket when scheduling with a different facility.

Aron was super nice right from the beginning. He greeted me politely, confirmed the planned service for the appointment, and gave me an accurate time estimate (1hr for cabin air filter replacement & other standard 20k mile service). Waiting room is clean, free drinks and comfy chairs inside. No tables, but nice spot to sit with laptop on your lap while you wait. Wifi included. Price was exactly as expected in the Tesla app and paying and release was super easy. They even wiped down the glass and cameras before returning the car to me. I'll try to keep coming to this center if possible.

I've been to this location twice now - once for an estimate and once for some quick questions. Both times the staff was very helpful. For the estimate Laurie was a wealth of knowledge about the issue, and gave me great advice about how to proceed. More recently I happened to be driving by and stopped in to ask about some minor scuffs around the vehicle and Nick was kind enough to bring out Esteban who took a few minutes out of their day to not only answer my questions, but actually "pop" something back into place and check my windows real quick. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The willingness to help and provide information was a welcome change to most shops. My experiences here have solidified my love of this company.

Worst Tesla service center ever.The manager, George Castro, told me in April that they will replace a new carbon spoiler on my model 3 performance because the spoiler lifted up, and it s under warranty. But when I went to their center in May, he doubted me three times that I changed the spoiler, and it s not the one when they first saw it because it has some damage, and refused to change for me. The fact is I have never changed it, and that damage has been there for about one year. When I show him the picture I took before, he just didn t admit it and refuse to do anything. The point that makes me mad is the manager just didn t want to take any responsibility that he made the wrong promise at the first place.Also, the first time I came here, I got a flat tire, and when I leave, I asked the technicians twice if all the tires are good now because I saw the car system shows the right back tire is only 25 psi. The technician said it s normal, just need some time for the sensor to restart, and after I drove for about 20 mins, the warning for low pressure is still there and the flat tire destroyed my rim. Speechless, and the only thing I can do is remind you not come to this center. At least record as many videos as possible just in case they will not admit anything again.Very disappointed about Tesla s service. Please choose any other service center, and they have much better service than this one.

24 hour windshield replacement. Super fast and simple, just requested appointment on app, dropped off my Tesla Model Y 2022 the next day. Got $100 Uber Voucher free of charge on Tesla and the car was as good as new day after

Same day repair, as mirror replacement took just over an hour. Not inexpensive, but that's on Tesla itself. Aron was incredibly helpful and good to chat with. All in all a pleasant experience.

Needed the screen fixed due to malfunctioning wifi signal, lag in the system. Brought in car in morning with the promise of having car ready by shop close.Was informed that they made a mistake and were now unable to replace the unit nor start the vehicle.As a result I asked for a loaner model x for my planned LDW trip. They sent me to Brooklyn (45 minute ride through rush hour traffic) to use a model 3 for this weekend. Driving my way back now to NJ. Will update my review once I get my car back.

LJ and Esteban are the most professional, kind hearted, and thoughtful individuals you'll ever meet in the auto repair industry. They set the proper expectations for my car's repair and surpassed them. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time ask what was wrong with my car and if there was anything else that I wanted looked at and started work on my car quickly. They were very courteous and explained to us what could and could not be done with regards to our concerns. We did get most of our issues resolved as for our other concerns, hopefully they are in the process of being resolved. The location of the shop was easy to find, just of the LIE, Van Dam st. exit. Our issues were of the aesthetic nature with regards to trim.
