I got into a car crash on May 12th,2023. I was picked up from my crash site by Louie and was taken to Perfection Auto Collision. The Process of everything was pretty simple...I was helped to call my insurance, within a week the inspector of my insurance was able to see the car, and then had to wait about a week and a half till all my pieces were ordered. They did the work on my car and was back to Normal.I would give this place about 4.8 stars. Let me tell you why...1. The process of fixing a car TAKES TIME. A lot of people here have written negative reviews on their wait time. With my car, I personally waited the time you are supposed to and they did a good job. I remained in contact the whole time. They even contacted me when my pieces have arrived and called me the following day that the work was done.2. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. To Louie, Jose, and all the other workers there at Perfection Auto.3. They do a GREAT detailing job, washing and making your vehicle feel brand new.4. Work was done on the time I expected and gained trust with a new company for my car.5. I discounted two little points due to having to go again to the shop since my passenger door wasn't locking and the windshield icon on my dash wont go away. If I lived further This would've been a very bad inconvenience but When I went to get this fixed they Sincerely apologized for their mistake and fixed it RIGHT AWAY. No complaints.I would recommend Perfection Auto to anyone who has a difficult time fixing their vehicle and know your vehicle is in good hands with them.Thank you again to everyone in the Perfection Auto staff. Very professional, my car was repaired very good. Thank you for your service! It is like a new car. Would highly recommend.With the unfortunate experience of having a hit-and-run case in my car. We sent the car here. Their service was great and they fixed my car beautifully. They help you and provide many useful information about the process.That's the reason I leave a review here. Usually I didn't leave many review but they actually do the excellent job. It looks like a brand-new car.I will suggest other people come here based on my experience. Good Morning,My name is Tony, I can honestly say I don't usually take time out to write reviews, but great service should be recognized for I rely on review when choosing places and businesses. My car had been broken into and you can see the before and after pictures. I can honestly say this has been the best auto repair I have ever been to. My car was damaged while I was at work. The agent, John, was on the scene and took care of everything. Stayed with me the whole time until the cops came and spoke with insurance. Everything. After the car was fixed, it came back looking better than when I first bought it. Highly recommend this place

Brought my 2013 Camry to perfection auto collision and they gave my car the ultimate make over they looked out and made my vehicle look brand new again quality work and very respectful staff especially the owner good guy and I recommend this shop to all my people that I know!! Those who I don t know if you need your vehicle done go to perfection auto collision in Long Island city!!!

Jose and the whole team did an amazing job repairing my car after an accident. They worked diligently with my insurance and were extremely communicative throughout the whole process. I was in awe at the excellent job they did once I got my car back. I wold definitely recommend them to anyone!

Very professional my car got hit I took it in they help with everything all I had to do was take the police report to them. They deal with insurance and ordering the parts. They also paint fixed the dent it had really nice work.

I just received my 2015 Infiniti Q50 and all I can is I am overjoyed with the results. I have to be honest I was a bit nervous after I read all the negative reviews on here but Perfection auto collision did not disappoint. Unfortunately, my vehicle was hit while parked and I was referred to Perfection by a friend. After contacting my insurance company I took my car to Perfection which were able to efficiently explain the process and speak to the insurance adjuster to get a timely inspection and start service. The only small dislike was I received no weekly updates, therefore, I had to call to inquire on the status. However, 2 1/2 weeks later and I am back driving my car. I must say I am highly impressed. Brand new paint job, no scratches, dents, feels as if it came right out of the dealer. Even has that new car smell and all.Not sure where the negative remarks/ experiences went wrong but what I can say from my experience is it went Perfect! I had a car accident two months ago where i really though my car should be totaled where it wasn't the case. so i had to repair the car because insurance company wouldn't total it. So i got referred to Perfection Auto and they were really professional in their advice and i couldn't believe that the car would come like new which happened ! i didn't feel that i had an accident even. like I've got it just from the the factory clean, polished and new. Don and Chris and john were very cooperative to contact insurance company and do other procedures. all you have to do is wait for your car to get back to you. and they do the rest.

Someone totaled the whole rear bumper and fender but I called my mechanic n he did a fabulous job I would highly recommend if you ever need a repair. On the left is the before and on the right is after.

I brought in my evo x to them. Christian the owner came and spoke to me personally about the process explained everything and told me not to worry he will take care of my car like it was his. Took about three weeks for the car to be complete as I was switching the paint from black to grey. Picked up the car it looks awesome everything was painted perfectly they did a wonderful job. I have and will continue to recommend anybody that needs a paint job or body work these guys are top notch.

Our car was keyed and at first I dealt with the insurance carrier but they underestimated the cost and sent us to one of their auto shops that was unfriendly and charged way too much for non-covered expenses.Perfection Auto Collision dealt with the insurance company directly so I never had to. They were so kind to my wife & wife and understood this was our first car and first claim and they made it as easy as possible.The car looks even better than it did before it was keyed. They are fantastic at what they do! The customer service is an added bonus.Marco, Jose, Lewis and the woman at the front desk (sorry, I didn't get her name) we're absolutely the best! The experience I had the perfection was excellent to say the least, my car went in and came out looking better then it did and the prices beat anyone I ve been to in the past, I ll be a returning customer, not to mention the car was spotless when I picked it up

My car was recently crashed while parked. Everyone involved in the repair process since the beginning were very nice/friendly. They helped me with filing the insurance claim. This was my first time going through something like this. So glad they were willing to help and patient. My car came out GREAT as if nothing had happened. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!!
