Everyone at West Herr Collison treated me with respect and they cared about what happened to me and gave me a fair estimate based on the damage of my vehicle. They kept me informed on the progress of my repairs using text updates. When I got my car back from them it looked brand new inside as well as of course outside! It was fixed flawlessly and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle fixed!!

Unfortunately, I have been there twice this year and it s only April. Everyone there is wonderful and were able to answer all of my questions. The work they did on my car looked great.The worst thing that happened was someone left their lunch in my car. I m not going to hold them responsible for somebody busy fixing my truck and forgot to throw out their garbage. I know I forget a lot when I m busy.Great place to go.

Brought my car in January 8th got it back late February, the brand new running light that was installed doesn t work, the hood is still not aligned, the front fender isn t aligned the left headlight sticks out further than the other headlight, the front left brake makes a noise when used now, they replaced both front tie rods and now the car squeaks while turning, the new front bumper they installed doesn t line up with the grill. They charged the insurance for sanding and buffing the scratch in my headlight and the scratch is still there. They put over $10,000 into the front end and had the car for more than 30 days and it s still messed up. And my check engine light was on after I picked up the car and is still on now.

I am not one to leave reviews, but I am quite dissatisfied with this establishment. My vehicle was struck by a family member s plow last February. After the vehicle was repaired and returned to me, I noticed a few things that I was not happy with - notably some holes in the door fame and that the body of the car was not smooth - you can clearly see a line of demarcation where the vehicle was hit. I also preface this by saying that the vehicle was kept an extended amount of time because the original work done was not satisfactory. I followed up with them in July about these few issues. Pictures were taken of the vehicle and I was assured that it would be rectified. It is now the end of October and I gave have yet to hear anything back Tom is the only reason I am leaving more than 1 star.

The only complaint I have is the timeliness of repairs but I was pre-empted when I dropped it off that if other parts were needed then it would take longer. Staff is super friendly and updated me week to week. Hoping I don t ever need to go back but if I ever find myself in a similar situation I wouldn t hesitate on where to go

I would definitely say to reconsider using this facility, they have terrible customer sevice. My daughter is still waiting after several months for her repairs to be completed.

I was all nervous about the collision process. Michael was a saint. So was his team. Walked me through every aspect and made it an unbelievably easy process. Work was excellent!!

I'm LIVID at West Herr collision.I just called West Herr collision for an update on my car because I haven't heard anything in awhile. They tell me says they left a message on the 10th saying it's ready for pick up and $500 deductible is due. I'm not sure what number they called, was their response. The tenth!!! A week and a half ago Gets better. I ask if service was done as I asked to be (ten million times) because my emergency brake light has been on. "Ummm no I'm sorry it wasn't. I'll have it done in the morning. I'm sorry."I filled out a paper on how to get in contact with me. Cell number. With calls and texts ok. Really Why wouldn't they call again in a day or two??? They obviously called the wrong number.March 2024, 11 months after I left review and complained to West Herr Collision they decide to call me and see if there's anything they can do to better their ratings for me. They explicitly asked for the review to be deleted or changed to five in exchange for an oil change. Really!? How about when I complained the first time you try to smooth things over with your customers instead of bribing them almost a year later. Unreal!!

They did great work on my Jeep after a minor fender bender. Office stay had great customer service skills and very friendly. Work was completed when they said it would be.

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever had. The kept pushing out the repair from 3 weeks to 2 months. No follow up, no contact w the insurance company. West Herr Collision Center of Lockport is AMAZING! They not only helped me with my insurance claim, they convinced my insurance company that my car was worth fixing when they initially wanted to declare it a total loss! And their work is phenomenal! When I got my car back you would never even know that anything had happened to it, unless you had seen the damage yourself! I am very pleased with the team here at west here collision of Lockport took a little longer then I would of liked but that was out of there hands what was in there hands was to make sure when the parts came in it was put together fast efficiently and correctly, and all three box s where checked mike who is the manager is a great guy and you can tell he truly cares for his customer would definitely recommend west here for any collision, body, or paint workService: Body & Trim

Took almost a week to evaluate my vehicle, nitpiccked every little thing to gauge my insurance company, which basically screwed me out of my vehicle. Staff was really nice when we brought the vehicle in, and then very rude on subsequent visits. Definitely would not recommend!!!!
