The quality of work is great, the people are very friendly and everything about this company is professional! My car went in for some paint work, no collision damage, just a 23 year old car that needed revitalizing. They painted the hood and trunk to to repair sap damage, repaired scratches, then buffed the car. When I took it in, the paint looked worn, dull and had some scratches. When I picked it up it looked like a new car.Service: Body & Trim

They did great work on my truck after I ripped the suspension out from under it. They stand by thier work and have very attentive customer service. I truly appreciate the amazing job their technicians did!

I have had 2 accidents with body damage and brought the car here both times... Came back looking brand new both times! Even the inside was detailed which was a wonderful surprise!!! Everyone there is amazing and very helpful! I hope to not need them again... But if I do, I will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place!!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Very professional. Very good and clean work. They painted my custom built mega cab long bed. The only one in Western New York. Paul worked with me on my schedule and went above and beyond on special requests that I needed to complete the build. Good job!!

This is the best collision shop I have ever been to. They did amazing work on my car, and it looks like nothing ever happened. They cleaned the whole car in and out, and it took less than a week from the accident until i got my car back. A+ service!

Our car was hit in a parking lot and our driver side door would only open a few inches. Image repaired the damage perfectly. I would never have known it was hit. The people that work at Image are incredibly helpful and are amazing at what they do. They also detailed my vehicle inside and out, which was totally unexpected. We are so pleased with their work! I highly recommend Image Collision!

I went to Image to get an estimate on a repair for my truck. The estimate was fair and reasonable. They did a great job and even cleaned my vehicle inside and out. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable...I highly recommend and would definitely use them for future repairs (but I hope I don t have to!).

Paul and all of the staff at Image Collision are some of the most kind, honest people I have ever met! I was so worried about a repair that I thought would mean replacing my front bumper or at least an expensive paint job, but they were able to fix it on the spot in about 15 minutes. My family has had many other repairs here that have turned out perfectly, and on top of that they are very reasonable with their pricing and never fail to go the extra mile. Lockport is lucky to have this place!

took my truck there to get my bumper replaced and some damage to the bed of the truck repaired. Not only did i get the truck back in show room condition but the entire truck was detailed inside and out. Time frame was on the spot no delays or any phone calls with bad news ect. I cant express how happy i am with the work and the friendly atmosphere. i give Image a 10 out of 5 stars awesome work now good or great awesome Thx image your the best

Image collision is by far the best place for auto body repairs my car was damn near totaled and they made it look brand new the cleaned my car made it smell good but most importantly this nerve racking because I had just gotten the car and I was looking at advancement in my company they help with insurance rental and my nerves the one lady who works there crystal was always keeping me updated with what was being replaced and how long parts would take I just appreciate everyone that helped with my car thank you I will forever recommend you to everyone

Took my SUV to Image Collision on two separate occasions for both minor collision damage and then again after a major accident. Not only did they repair and clean my vehicle to better condition than it was in prior to the accident, but the service was also impeccable. I'd advise calling them even Before you call your insurance company as they have rentals on sight and picked me up even though my accident wasn't anywhere near their collision shop, and my insurance covered every cent of the rental.

Worst shop ever. They damaged my car while installing a part, which they were too unintelligent to fix, so I had to use my resources for a tow truck, have it towed to a dealership that knew what they were doing, and then I was billed 150 dollars to fix their damage. Image collision did not accept responsibility for their damage or lack of intelligence. They cost me so much money. It's day 5 and they don't have my car done, for what should have been a 3 hour part install. After going through what I went through, having this part overnighted to their shop, I took it back upon it being fixed. It's been at Image collision since lastnight. I called at noon today to check the status, they said they hadn't pulled it in yet but we're getting ready to. I waited 3 more hours, called again to check the status, and they tell me they're no getting it in today, and can't til tomorrow. They got the wrong wiring map, for a model that isn't even mine...and that what I'm dealing with. They should have figured this out and had this map, days ago. I also should have been priority today, not wait more days. This is my finals week of college and I'm stranded in a location too far from school. I missed my lab final yesterday, my last week to graduate. Now I don't graduate, I paid out of pocket for school, then there's the gas, time, kids visits I can't have with no car to get them, towing expense, I'm missing interviews, the bill from the dealership, and now the expense of taking my car out of their terrible hands, to another shop in another city. I'm livid! Will be reporting them to the better business bureau. They should not be giving service like this.

My daughter had a Intoxalock contract (breathalyzer) put in the car ran great UNTIL it was taken out. The car doesn t work anymore and it is currently at a mechanic and all the wiring was not put back in place and the transmission control module got burnt out due to there negligence never have they returned a call or tried making right of this issue

We were in Lockport to see the Lockport Lock & Canals when we had a coolant issue and our hood would not open. The owner and his friend spent a few hours to pop open the hood and assist with the coolant issue. As a a traveler needing assistance, these guys came through.Not much more I need to say beyond that. I would recommend them to anyone in need of service.Beers on me if we every cross paths again.

A One all the way. The receptionist is the most helpful from getting the estimate to arranging my rental car. This is the 2nd time I've used Image and I highly reccomend them.

I was hit and my car was not drivable. I m age collision was fabulous to work with! My car was done as quickly as possible. It looked better than when it got hit, and they even cleaned inside!!!!
