Hebelers has gained a lifetime customer! John in sales was great to work with. Just a down to earth guy, we even had some great laughs. Being from the rochester area, i will still choose Hebeler sales and service.

"I walked into the dealership and everyone was welcoming and very friendly. As I waited for Jacque to finish up with a customer, Joe walked over and said hello, had some laughs and walked out very pleased with my purchase. I even saw the legend himself, Bill Hebeler!! "I brought my son in to try on some new snowmobile bibs. Sasha assisted us with finding a pair that would fit. She brought over several pairs to try. She was very helpful and quite pleasant, service with a smile! My son was able to find a pair that fit perfectly and they were discounted 25% as well! I've never had a bad experience here, the staff is very courteous and helpful! Thank you Sasha! I will be back in the future for more gear!"

First time purchasing from these guys and what a great experience it was. John my sales guy was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process and help me to pick the right bike for me and getting it financed. If you re thinking of buying from Hebeler I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed. Looking forward to my next purchase

Outstanding service and communication from Dave Paplow throughout the process. Kept me update on every issues. Pleasure to deal with, very informative and easy to discuss issues with. Only gripe would be the half tank of fuel at purchase - one would think a good business practice, especially after spending the amount of money, that at least a full tank would be provided. Aside of this - very happy.

Everyone at Hebeler's was so helpful and encouraging! It was very overwhelming making such a big purchase when not having any background knowledge of motorcyles and what would be a good fit for me as a new rider. They also helped arrange bringing it home as I didn't feel confident doing so on my own. 10/10 fully recommend them!

Went in with my first bike I bought used and lets just say that the rubber was definitely well aged. They ordered me a set of dunlop mutants and they look as amazing as they grip, and they even matched an online promo dunlop was running without me even thinking to ask about it! Staff was super friendly!

I went to Hebeler's expecting very little. To my surprise I was more than set aside with what I saw what I liked and I ended up walking out after purchasing a brand new jet ski. The salesman made it very easy, short and gave me options I never thought I would have. I would recommend this place to anybody that likes water sports.

Idk about this place. It s like if you don t want to give it up on the first date you don t exist type energy. The guys in sales are okay but even still not totally personable. I reallyyyy dislike like the customer service people at the back counter. They seem so rude on multiple occasions when i ve been in there, especially the older lady (curly hair I think) and the young man (dark hair). I went in here with my little kid and asked about helmets and the entire back counter laughed at us!! So rude! Joke is on them though, they keep posting those KTM stacyc on their FB page. Well guess who bought a KTM Stacyc for my joke of a child but not from them. Guess who bought a helmet, protective gear, batteries etc but not from them. Guess who then went all the way to Peake to get a kawasaki UTV not from them. This little boy is 2yo with years of riding ahead of him. It would be great if I could just go to Hebelers a couple min down the road but I am consistently disappointed in them. It s like they lack awareness of how they come off. I understand they probably get a lot of people window shopping but the fact of the matter is they don t know who is going to be a customer for life and who is just looking, but they kind of create a self fulfilling situation IMHO.

"This is my 3rd motorcycle purchase from Hebelers. As usual my salesman Jacque first and foremost asked how my other motorcycles were doing, he also asked how my son was doing too. Then we got into the finance numbers. Everything listed out very clearly every dollar accounted for and explained. Picked out the KLX I wanted in the exact color and setup desired. No pressure to buy things I dont need. While I waited for them to inspect the bike and process financing, which didnt take very long. I did get a little board waiting totally understandable. Michael at the parts counter noticed me and my apparent waiting around. Went out of his way to strike up a conversation with me and shoot the breeze about bikes until it was time to load up! Much appreciated Thanks Hebelers "

Great dealership. Picked up a new bike at a spectacular price. Staff was great including sales and others. Everything was done quickly to get me out the door before the snow storm. The 3 people I interacted with seem to know their stuff and I think all ride and race. Nice job with the bike Mike and Jacque. Simon I'll see you at the WYNOA races.

no business is perfect, but Heblers is honest and has alway fixed any problem i have had. if you are looking for a dealer that is honest and fair Heblers is the best dealership in buffalo NY.

Wow I had a great experience with heblers purchased a used H2 ninja Jacque was great. Felt like we made a clean deal. Went on a nice test drive never rushed me to come back quick. Never felt pressured or anything I feel they did a great job in a short time. Thank you

I was shopping around to see what bikes were in the area and happened to come into Hebelers the same day someone dropped off a trade-in that was exactly what I was looking for. The buying process was quick and easy and they held on to the bike for me until the weather cleared up and I had a chance to retake a road course for some practice. Very friendly and easy going group. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you are at all thinking about getting into riding.
