I bought a car from the Lockport location and both Lucas and Jason made the process simple and painless. They worked within my budget to find me a car I would be happy with, and processed all the required paperwork for me the day I wanted to pick up the vehicle. Everything was ready and after signing a thousand times (as with all car purchases), I was out the door and driving away within 20 minutes. All of the paperwork was explained thoroughly and with ease.Thank You again to both Jason and Lucas! I recommend EZ Auto and these two gentlemen to anyone looking to purchase.

The sales associate, Lucas, was very attentive, and understanding. He also took his time and made me feel comfortable even when I was an emotional mess cause the urgency of me needing a vehicle. Sold me a lemon, brakes were bad to start and I told it back multiple times and they failed to repair it so I gave up and had my own repair guy do it. Then the battery died and triple a said the battery that was in the car was the wrong battery for that type of car. Then the emergency brake was discovered to be completely gone when I tried to get the car inspected so it technically could not pass inspection. Problem upon problem when I was already at my lowest point financially. The car was undriveable before I could pay it off. The transmission went and I had to sell it for parts.

Lucas the salesman was super nice! But they definitely sold a lemon i bought the car on Feb 10th and its been in the shop 4 times since the day i got it then the guy Anthony called me and got mad when i told him that if i wanted to buy junk i could have saved my money and bought it on side of the road and they made it seem like I should be appreciative that they are fixing it when its their problem and i have a warranty on it!! Anthony even left me a nasty voicemail on my phone Its now still in the shop for the same problems cant nobody figure it out and they dont even care about the inconvenience or money that im losing by not having my car not to mention everytime i have to put gas in it when it has to go to the shop due to they run it out all the time! Its the worse place to buy a car from n definitely wont be recommending it to anyone I know!!
