Customer service was great. Care of work performed slacked. Went in to have wheels swapped from getting a flat tire. So I had all 4 rims taken off and put already mounted and balanced wheels on. Price was fair at $25-$30. Went to drive the car a week later and left front wheel lugs were not tight at all. None of the ones on the left front axel were torqued. Make sure you double check!

When I arrived for my scheduled appointment the staff were very friendly and accomidating. I originally made the appointment for 2 tires and last minutre I decided to do all four. They had no problem accomidating my request and getting the job done. When it came time to cash out they were unable to locate the credit information on file (as i left the card at home) and without hesitation the individual cashing me out contacted the card company and resolved the issue on the spot. The whole experience was very positive.

I cannot express the professionalism and immediate response Randy Zaborowski took in helping my needs. He found a part that wasn't readily available and serviced our vehicle same day. I haven't have an experience with a car service in a very long time. Kudos to you Randy, you're a great example of someone who really cares about his customers.

This will be my new place for any sort of vehicle service for my truck or my wife's SUV. John and Randy were excellent to work with. Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable! Let's face it, vehicles are a big part of our lives and cost us a lot of money... It's nice to know that they are in good hands when they are getting serviced at the Liverpool Pep boys off route 57.

Had to bring my GOV in for a quick oil change. Was in and out pretty quick, great friendly service too! Also, some cool metal sculptures in there too.

I went on 01/05/2024 for an oil change, tires to be mounted and balanced and an alignment. I pick the car up, it is not acting right at all. The engine light came on soon after leaving. After I looked more into it, I saw the sticker on the windshield said 5W40 and my car takes 0W20 and it ALWAYS has. They called me a liar, threw papers off the desk, and told me to be quiet and allow them to talk. I am a paying customer and you don t want to hear what I have to say? Needless to say, I called corporate and I was compensated for the amount I had paid and they re looking into getting my engine light taken care of. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!! They do not stand by their work and screw everything up. If you re a returning customer, why not look up the info about the vehicle and not just wing it? They didn t even know the model of my car, I had to correct them numerous times.

Jonathon at the Clay NY Pep Boys was very helpful! Everyone was friendly and I was in and out in under an hour with 4 brand new tires. I couldn t pass up the Buy 2 Tires get 2 free Black Friday deal!! Great smiling customer oriented employees!!

I had scheduled an 11am appointment and I showed up a few minutes early, which was no problem with them. The gentleman who took care of my paperwork was very friendly and accommodating. He answered all my questions that I had. I will DEFINITELY be returning for future work on my car. Thank you Pep Boys!!!

Excellent service, great pricing! Thanks to John, Jake, Pat and Kyle. I had a screw in my tire, they removed it, patched it and I was on my way in 15 minutes. They also checked all my tires and made sure they had the correct amount of air. I highly recommend this shop.

I commented that they were a diamond in the rough, able to do an NYS inspection on Sunday two days before the month ends. They saved me and several others a good deal of time and stress by being available and super efficient. Will give them my business again, but next time with more notice!

Had a battery issue and John at the Liverpool NY location took me right in, explained the problem and got it fixed right away. Very respectful and courteous and did his best to accommodate me. He has a kind and friendly personality and his customer service is off the charts!

We had both sets of snow tires changed on both vehicles today due to an emergency situation on our part. Randy was very accommodating and patient with us during this process! We will definitely recommend and continue to come back for service in the future!

Worst experience of my life. Made appt for inspection which was ignored because it was made online. Was told I needed brakes and calipers in the front. Dumped 1000 on it. Picked up my car and heard clicking from driver wheel well. Never heard it before bringing it here. Came back for new tires and an alignment. Again appt was ignored and had to pick up my car following day. Immediately when I braked the car would pull left. I drove right to work and home. Tried to drive it the following day and could not. Called pep boys to see what happened and they said bring it down. Now they are saying a part of my front frame is broken. The exact place where they did work on. Randy the manager told me I must ve run over some railroad tracks lol. After spending 1600 dollars in 3 weeks with Pep boys my car is unusable. It is worse than when I originally brought it in. They tried to say it was my fault even tho I have less than 5 miles on it since I picked it up. Wouldn t do anything for me so I had it towed to a real mechanic.Please don t let what happened to me happen to you. Do not go to this place. Avoid at all costs. Now I ll have to spend even more to fix the mistake they made that they refused to acknowledge.

This was a great experienceI needed an inspection and oil change. These guys were amazing from the phone call to the in person just cool happy people doing their job everyone seems so friendly they had me in and out and a great time this location does it great and the guys I chatted with were awesome just wanted to let you know you have a great team there!They gave me information about what could be happening down the road in certain areas of my car and what to watch out for and we planned for it I'm definitely going to do it there. I know it's hard to find people that really care you guys definitely got it there thank you very much.Shaun

Great group of guys. I called at 10am because my brakes were metal to metal and wanted to set up an appointment. I spoke to Randy and he said don't wait bring it right in. You never hear that from mechanics. I brought it in and Randy was great. They got me right in and took care of the issue for me to my satisfaction. Randy also found some discounts to help with the blow of the bill. Excellent Service and I am a happy customer.

Took my car in to have it inspected because the inspection was overdue. I was brought out to the bay and shown my rear brakes and rotors and was told it s close to being unsafe and they offered to fix it , right then and there for almost $700, and when I refused, I was brought back into the waiting area. Then, I get called to the register and was told my brakes were unsafe and my car failed inspection. They took my sticker and said that if I wanted to bring it back, they would redo it for $10. Why? So you can tell me there is something else wrong with my car and have you try to fail it for some other reason? And I was told this was a good place to go annd have work done, but after that, no thanks. Avoid at all costs.

Amazing. It's hard to trust an auto place. But these guys have earned mine. We brought a car for repair and they did a due diligence and found the faulty part was changed by them months ago and it was under a warranty. They replaced it with another brand and charged us nothing, not even labor. If they weren't paying attention to detail, it would have cost us over $500. They went above and beyond.

Pepboys was awesome, I work multiple jobs and totally forgot to get my car inspected. I walked in to ask about an appointment and they said no problem give us 2 minutes and we will get you taken care of! And even when I asked about an oil change they just did everything there in less than an hour. I will be going back for sure. Thank you to the 3 gentlemen that took care of my car and the front desk.
