Brought my car in to have a wheel & tire package mounted on my vehicle. The service was fast and the employees were incredibly kind. They even held my winter set of wheels and tires there for a day while I cleared out storage for them! I will definitely be returning for any further tire needs.

Had a great experience with Mr Tire Auto Service in Liverpool today. Called yesterday to get a Saturday appointment and Ryan got us right in! We were in & out in less than an hour for a front end alignment. Our mechanic Ryan was excellent & honest. Will definitely be going back there & would highly recommend Mr Tire!

Brought my car in for a state inspection and although they couldn't do the inspection (NYS hadn't delivered the stickers yet), Ryan did inspect the car for me and told me what would not pass inspection. I knew that the rear brake pads were not good and he said that I definitely needed new tires. He gave me different options on the tires and told me the difference. Honestly, I have no idea what good pricing is, but he did give me "package deals" and did keep the price down. But what I really liked was his friendliness, his patience and his concern for my experience. My car does run differently now and I can tell the difference in the rear brakes (he said fronts were fine). I've been there before and I will go back. Thank you!

One of my elderly colleagues brought her vehicle to Mr. Tire in Liverpool, NY and was told she needed her brakes (front & rear, rotors & pads) replaced very soon & they recommended that it not be delayed. Thankfully, she called around for pricing, brought it to a competitive corporation that completed a full inspection which showed that her entire system was in very good working order and no repairs were required. The competitor obviously has proper business ethics and didn't charge my colleague a single penny for the evaluation. In my opinion, Mr. Tire was trying to take complete advantage of an elderly woman and should be ashamed of themselves!

Mr. Tire used to be a honest place to go. I went in for an inspection and must be they didn t like the fact I wouldn t buy the fact I knew what I was talking about so they failed my car. Took my car to another place and passed. They will try to say anything is wrong with your car to get you to buy something. This sucks too because I had free tire rotations and I will never step foot back in this establishment. Find any other place to take your car.

These guys have repeatedly demonstrated customer service beyond my expectations. Best shop around for general maintenance, tires, brakes, exhaust, oil, etc. They have on two occasions called me when they found something they're not comfortable working on and recommend a specialist. And for a shop to do that rather than make a mess trying to do something they're not equipped for?? That's amazing! I trust these guys to do the job right, and be honest about every step, even when it's beyond them. They always treat every customer correctly. They're better than Monro. They're better than most anybody around!

They took my car in right away,gave me update quickly and cared about making me comfortable during my wait. Good price on oil change. Pleasant experience.

On 11/9/22 I called the service center about needing a patch tire service and Austin answered the phone and told me I could come in with my vehicle. On arrival I was quickly attended to and I also told Austin that my engine light was on. He said he would check on the engine light for me. Between 10 - 15 minutes my tire was patched and my engine light cleared (Austin said it was just a history about the engine cap that caused the light to appear). ALL DONE FOR FREE, NO CHARGE. Thanks to Austin and the other wonderful gentleman who attended to my vehicle. Much appreciation.

Recommended I needed more than what was necessary for repair. Overpriced price quotes. False advertising on the brake packages. Read all fine print before going to this place. Found a mechanic the next day who charges a fraction of the price of Mr. Tire.

Excellent place to take your car the folks are real nice and helpful and usually pretty quick. They also go the extra mile and do things that other places would charge for, like popping out a dent or whatever. All I know is they are way better than Mavis, who will tell you to drive to Liverpool and they'll get your car in but when you get there they are super packed and busy and can't even help you at all. I go with mr tire any day over Mavis that's for sure they are also a little cheaper all around. Great car repair shop highly recommend.

Was charged disposal fee for 4 tires when I kept 2. However, they fixed my hood latch free of charge. I had set up an online appt. for 4 snow tires at $107 each totaling about $600. When I got there, Mgr. Andrew pleaded ignorance and told me the only set he had was Michelins totaling $896! Oh well, given today's culture I guess it's to be expected. Sad isn't it?

Only reason I was going to this place is the previous manager was friendly, honest and helpful. I bought my tires there last year. Well today I was low on air and when I stopped at a few places to fill them the tire was deflating. I was down to 20 lbs when I went to Mr tire, 3 guys were sitting there when I arrived. The one I spoke to seemed like the manager, explained my situation and that I purchased the tires there and thought I needed air. He proceeded to tell me he was on lunch till 1 and then he has some appointments he may be able to fit me in later. I said well I may have a flat tire by then, he said yup. I walked out and will never return, this new management has some serious lack of professionalism.

This place is great. Rob specifically was capable of doing heavy multitasking by himself with no other counterparts on a Saturday. There were no delays with any of the vehicles needing maintenance and everything was running as smooth as if it were at a full crew shift capacity from what I noticed. There was even a local customer who came in while i was in the waiting room asking for help and on the spot Rob took care of it within minutes. Thank you for having reliable vehicle mechanics on your team such as the employee mentioned above who knows their profession to the T. If there s another location opening or an opening for a higher billet position - this is the guy who meets the cut.

On Christmas Eve 2021 I walked out to my car to find a screw in the tire and the tire almost flat. I needed to drive to family in Buffalo for the holiday so called a couple of places to see if they could patch it - every place said they couldn't except this place. Spoke with Austin who was wonderful, brought the car over and they had me patched and on my way in less than 10 minutes. They saved my Christmas!!

Took my vehicle in this morning. Front end was shaking and I knew I had a cracked strut spring.They got it up on the lift and within 10 minutes told me exactly what I suspected the problem was. Showed me the cracked strut spring.They suggested new struts, front wheel balance and front end alignment. Which should be done with new struts anyway.Even with the parts having to be couriered to them they had me out of there within 2 1/2 hours of showing up without an appointment... all for a very reasonable price.Vehicle runs super smooth now.Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely return there for future work that I don't feel like doing myself. ;-)

Always good reviews for Mr Tire in Liverpool! I needed an inspection and while I was there I mentioned that my tire kept losing air, well it turns out I had a screw in it! They fixed it up for me and were professional as usual! Had me in and out in no time flat! Thanks so much guys and I ll see you soon for new breaks for my truck! Highly recommend 10/10!

Always professional and helpful. The location is clean and welcoming and I can always count on them to explain everything that may be needed and provide options. I have been going here for years and it is much better with the team that is in place now. Keep up the great work!

There are many places to get competitively priced tires. If you want negative service, poor management, and shoddy workmanship, this is your place!After making a noon appointment for new tires, I arrive a few minutes early to wait in line. It was obviously a busy day for them, and I understood why I had to wait a few minutes. A quick conversation with the desk clerk confirmed that they were exceptionally busy. To make their life a bit easier, asked them to call me when my car could be picked up because he was struggling to finish my purchase with the phone ringing every 5 seconds. By 5:30 I had still not received a phone call and decided to call them to get an update. They said to come just prior to closing at 7:00. When I arrived, there were 2 other people waiting in the lobby and my car was unmoved, same tires. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to even come to the desk to talk to us. I found that all of them were still waiting on their vehicles to be serviced. I decided to help out the other two customers and bum a ride from a friend to get to work the next day (I learned though our 20 minute conversation waiting for service that they both were waiting on their daily driver and didn t have another transportation option). I came by the next day at 5:00 to pick up my car and drove home. Three days later I wake up to a flat tire. I called Mr. Tire around noon to ask when they had time to fix it. After 4:00 they said. I was able to refill the tire to drive to Mr. Tire at 5:00, only to be told they have to availability. No explanation, no negotiation, just I can t. After the multiple times I was understanding and flexible with their limitations, I can t believe I ve been treated this way. I guess they got the money they wanted and now they don't care.

They took good care of my car and I couldn't be more pleased. Owning a Mini often leads to expensive repairs, and I was happy to learn that they would work on a foreign car.I was satisfied with their work.

Was very disappointed with this place called and told them what I have for tire's and rims and they said that they could mount them and get balance them so I can be on my way home. When I should up they pulled my truck in the shop and then turned around and walked back out to tell me that they couldn't help me

So I called to find out how much they charge for a brake job. Told the guy I had my own parts since shops like to charge double the price and he said they don't use parts from advanced auto or any outside source. Then said how their brakes have a lifetime warranty. I said well all brakes do if you bring back the old ones to advanced and he hung up on me. I called right back and the guy did not answer. Needed some additional information on some other work I need done. I will not be coming here.

Showed up at 7:55am with a nail in my tire. Was cashed out by 8:10am and on the road by 8:15am. Honestly can t beat that customer service, would definitely recommend for tire work.

I'm sure anyone who has owned a car has experienced a time when everything seems to go wrong at once, at the most inconvenient time possible. It is so helpful to have a shop that will help you prioritize what needs to be worked on first, and honestly tell you what repairs can wait until you have more funds. Additionally, they have always been able to work with my hectic school/double job schedule, often fitting me in with short notice and without complaint. They definitely make bad car situations more tolerable.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. If I could give 0 I would. I stood at the desk for 13 minutes for my appointment. When the manager came in, I told him I had to be some where an hour and a half after my appointment. I only had snow tires to put on. I said I ve been standing here for a while. He responded very sarcastically, what, for 5 minutes? I said no over 10 now. He never apologized for the inconvenience, nor did he offer to reschedule. He had no right to be so condescending to a customer that had been left waiting..

My vehicle had a power steering hose that needed replacing and was replaced at the Mr. Tire center at 7582 Oswego Rd, Liverpool, NY. While under the vehicle a couple weeks later for something unrelated I noticed instead of properly securing this new hose it was only held on by some wire ties instead of the proper hose clamps that could be purchase a number of places. At this time a couple of the wire ties were already missing as well, leaving the hose unsecured.I returned to Mr. Tire and voiced my concerns expecting them to offer to secure the hose properly, instead the manager responded in a very condescending manner. He stated that is the way the do it here and asked if the power steering was working.A muffler will work being secured with coat hangers but is that how a professional mechanic should perform his work? Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this particular shop and would never return there for future work.
